Super prompt and classically professional the way the Urgent Care office takes care of its patients.Granted…it wasn’t a full waiting room by any means (which is a good thing) but the service was no less phenomenal.Smiled and engaged warmly with my wife and I the moment we stepped foot into the Urgent Care.Thank You to the entire Urgent Care staff!!!Warmest Regards…Lovie Ray Johnson Jr.

We got in and out very quickly, the nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful, listened very carefully to what we needed and she did a Thorough exam and we were in and out within 30 minutes

This location has no x-ray machine, so if you need it, they will send you to different facility which make this unit not thoroughly urgent care. Service is very slow and not much helpful. There was no other pation and I still had to wait 20 minutes.

I made an appointment for a Covid test. The process was easy. I arrived on time and was taken care of promptly. The results came back quickly and the doctor called me to report the results. The staff was helpful and caring. My only complaint is that even though I completely filled out all of the online forms before I arrived at the clinic, I was still given a clipboard with 4 pages asking for the same information they already had.

There was only 1 woman working- but she was a complete all star. She was managing all the phone calls, patients appointments, as well as walk ins like me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. As well as her, I wish I caught her name but she had beautiful blonde and brunette curls! So sweet really made my day much better!!

I got appointments for all my relatives here so they could test before travel. For two of them, results were submitted at the very last second. Three of them have yet to receive their test results (3 days and counting). They have not been responsive on the phone or online. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you need your test back by a certain deadline.

Excellent friendly fast and efficient service for a rapid COVID test. Literally 15 minutes from pulling up to having the result in my hands. Booked through Solvhealth.com which is a super user friendly and well designed website. Great search function to find a location and appointments, text based reminders and check-in. Very easy experience all round. I would definitely use both again!

Great experience! This is my second time visiting AME Medical Group (an Urgent Care) in the same building as Kramer’s Pharmacy in Agoura Hills. I highly recommend them. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, could see me right away both times, efficient but never felt rushed.

It was a one-woman show, but she handled it well. The healthcare worker did everything from check-in to collecting specimens for COVID-19 tests. I came 15 minutes before the appointment and was done about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Booking the appointment was also a lot easier than many other sites. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because you can get free COVID-19 testing at many locations, but this place charged a $50 non-refundable fee for PCR (if you have insurance) and a $75 refundable fee for antigen (but you have to send the claim to your insurance company yourself for the refund). Because of the cost, Id only recommend this place if all the free testing sites are booked (as they are now).

Pluses are that I was able to schedule a COVID PCR test and that the staff were pleasant.Minuses are that three days later I don’t have the results to get on my international flight in a couple of hours (despite assurances that I would). Also no one sent me the information on how to access the patient portal to get results initially and I had to drive back in person to get it. Why? Because no one picked up the phone when I tried calling (at least a dozen times) and when using the automated phone system to get information on results it replies “invalid option”.I would avoid for PCR testing.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. I went here because of a cough and just needed Rx cough syrup since I always get bronchitis every year. The doctor at this place is almost 100 years old, can barely walk, can barely hear and came into the room using a walker. It was very apparent that this doctor was not 100% mentally cognizant. In the 20 minutes I was there, he said to me about 10 times Did I tell you my wife died of Covid pneumonia? and he also kept asking What was that? repeatedly because he either could not hear me, could not understand what I was saying, or BOTH. It was very clear to me that this doctor should NOT be practicing and that he was NOT mentally all there. He also wanted to order me a chest x-ray, which I did not want and just kept saying Did you know my wife died of COVID pneumonia??.... I left the office without a Rx and had to pay $100 for a doctor to tell me his wife died of COVID pneumonia. Never will I go to this Urgent Care again!!! BTW, I then went to AFC Urgent Care on Kanan and the doctor there listened to my lungs, told me to pick up some OTC cough syrup and said that my body would heal on its own, which it did. I highly recommend that Urgent Care instead!! AME Urgent Care should be ashamed of themselves for keeping this old timer doctor in their office who should retire already.

Not a professional office at all. I called asking if they accept walk-ins and if they accept my insurance. They said they accept walk ins and said they will see me soon. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to arrive and then the woman starts laughing at me telling me they don’t have a doctor in today, but yes, they do accept walk ins.. Already being frustrated that I drove 30 minutes out of my way, I really didn’t need to be laughed at.
