I scheduled/reserved a visit online for 2:30pm. Upon arrival I was told there would be a three- hour wait. I was there for flu like symptoms, as most, but I was told to wait outside because of covid concerns. My temperature was never assessed/tested. But, on discharge documents my recorded temperature was 97.8. The (male) medical assistant seemed to be upset I requested an antibiotic. My systolic BP was 170, which was taken over my sleeve. He did not retake it. No temp collected. I left with antibiotic prescription at 5:30pm.

After going to this place happily for 14 years and taking my children here, i experienced one of the worst experiences of my life.This place is a split pediatrician and urgent care facility. On the afternoon of 5/22, I stopped by to pick-up a physical form, for my daughter to participate in sports at school. While getting into my car, my chest got really tight and I started to fill light headed and sweating.Instead of getting into the car and taking the chance of something happening while picking up the kids, I thought maybe I should walk back 40 feet to the urgent care to get checked out.When I got to the front desk and explained to the lady I think I might be having a heart attack or something, she gave me forms to fill out and took a copy of my insurance card. I told her I was having trouble standing and would be hard to fill out forms. She told me to just go over there to fill out the forms. I stared to fill a lot worse and I brought the forms back to her and asked if we speed things up. She rolled her eyes and asked me to just go have a seat. This whole time mind you, there is only 1 other person in the place patiently waiting and the lady at the front desk never reached for a phone to call the doctors or got up to inform them that they had something urgent in the waiting room.Luckily on of the guy nurses, that has seen my kids for the last 14 years, saw me and recognized me. He grabbed the paperwork and called me back there.The doctor in the back and nurse took great care of me and fortunately it turned out to be a false alarm, but wow what an utterly, unpleasant and demeaning experience at the front desk...like treatment you would get in a third world country or a inner-city general hospital that deals with overcrowding trauma patients that rarely have health insurance.

Superb urgent care. Everyone treated me with the utmost care and concern. I wasn’t discharged until there was a clear diagnosis and prescriptions were ordered for me. I am so appreciative of the concern shown by the entire staff. Thank you for a job well done!

This Urgent Care facility was excellent. I did not have to wait. I went in, filled out a couple forms, and my name was called. The nurse I saw first took information from me. Then the doctor came in. He ordered two tests and 2 x-rays. I had bronchitis, and was given a prescription for 3 medicines. I felt much better in 24 hours. I was so thankful I went there.

The reception people and CN’s were great. There was no wait time and I was seen quickly. The reason I give only two stars is for everything afterwards. They gave me a prescription for antibiotics that unfortunately didn’t agree with me and I landed in the ER. When I was contacted about my lab results I explained what happened and asked if there was a different antibiotic they could give me. I was met with a condescending attitude, was told the results showed no infection and to follow up with my regular doctor. A day later I get the results from my ER tests and they were positive and I was finally able to get the medication I needed. This place just took my money and wasted my time. I will not go back no matter how nice the office staff is. The follow up nurse was horrible and their test results are inaccurate so why bother.

I made an appointment online. The wait was minimal — 10 minutes! The entire team were friendly, kind and efficient. Had X-rays and a splint put on in less than an hour.

I came here alone and really anxious about treatment for an injury - felt no judgment from this team. They were super patient with me and answered all of my questions, saw me and x-rayed very quickly, gave me time to think things through, and kindly helped put me at ease during procedure. Grateful!

I have had really great service the last few times Ive needed to come here and Ive had exceptional service from not only the front desk staff but from the PAs here. Everyone is super friendly and really attentive and thorough. Sometimes the waits are long but Ive waited much longer at other urgent cares with not nearly the level of service I get here. Thank you!!!

I scheduled online so I had a short wait of approximately 5 minutes after filling out paperwork. The health aide and physician assistant were attentive and listened intently. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to see Orthopedic specialist Dr.Morgan, for an ankle injury, with a suspected fracture. First off there receptionist got back to me almost immediately after my referral to their office she was kind and asked for all information needed to make sure my first visit went according to plan, from insurance to imaging and appointment time and followed up with me routinely up until my appointment I believe her name was Liana. The day of the appointment was just as expected following her initial impression. The were able to check me in right away there M.A Edgar was clean and professional removed my splint and made me feel comfortable for the visit. First I was seen by Ortho P.A Jessica who was great gave me great news and walked me through her assessment thoroughly and explained my injury with ease .Turns out my injury wasnt as bad as initially detected. Dr.Morgan followed up shortly, walked im clean cut, in a great mood and explained my high ankle sprain with great detail .. he said things in a way that I made sure I understood by making sports references, I felt calm and in good hands under Dr.Morgans team through out my visit ... Turns out that my initial recovery time of 6weeks would turn into 3 tops with proper care and physical therapy, also provided information on what I could do at home and gave me to chose between medications for pain management that were suitable for me .. overall great experience
