Fixed my phone in like 30-45 minutes but unfortunately they did not ask me for my password so they could check my cameras. And now my camera isnt working. My camera is the most used app on my phone. I am scared that if I have to go back in they will charge me again and I dont have enough money for another purchase like that

A few weeks ago, we took our amplifier in to Urban Integrity. We thought one speaker was not working. Chris called and said he tested it and found nothing wrong with it. He cleaned it and only charged a very nominal fee. I dont know Chris, but I appreciate his honesty. We dont know much about amplifiers, and he could have said something was wrong! I wasnt able to get into my phone after an update, and they were able to help me out with getting my phone open and to get all my information back to me. I was really scared that I lost all my pictures, videos, and everything else on my phone. I highly recommend them for anything electronic.

2024-04-24 21:09:52Fixed phone within a week, wouldnt charge. it would have been fixed same day but an inner part was busted, they ordered the part and had it fixed within the week, phone charges like new! Employee was respectful and even delightful! Good price and wonderful service!

2024-05-02 15:33:29Do not, I repeat do not do business with them. I gave them an item to repair two months ago. They said it would be two days and theyd get back to me. After messaging them week after week to get info or updates they just kept saying oh it needs this now or this now. Finally they said they were unable to fix the problem, and they would call me for pick up on a Tuesday. almost three weeks later and theyre ducking my calls, and not answering any texts.Not a massive loss took me one small item to know not to do business with these people ever again.

2024-06-08 23:23:54I had a Samsung s20 5G phone screen that was completely broken it took about a week to be fixed and when I went to pick it up it had a little issue with the glue not staying completely together on the phone, I messaged about the issue and brought it back in and it was fixed free of extra charge. Chris was very professional and understanding, I would recommend getting your devices serviced by this business.

2024-01-05 22:19:09So my small kitten stepped on the number two key on my computer keyboard. Actually, it was a laptop. I took it into him to have it put back on, he got it done in such a short amount of time, and the charge was so reasonable that I’d be a fool to say anything other than then, he’s awesome. Please don’t hesitate your computer need items to him, he is the real deal.

2023-11-16 17:57:12This guy is just pure lazy. Take an apple computer into his store that’s clearly not working. It stays with him for 3 days. The guy tells me that there’s nothing wrong with it and charges me 40$.He said if your issues persist to txt or call him so I did. Sent him a video of what was going wrong and the guy ghosts me and doesn’t reply.Great business when you feel like you got robbed.

2022-11-28 21:34:16This was my first time using Urban Integrity and I was totally impressed by Chris and his staff. They were respectable, honest, and fair with there pricing. I dropped of 2 of my ipads that had the screens broken and to my surprise Chris had 1 of them fixed by the end of the day and the other 1 fixed the following day which was way faster than anybody else I talked too. I was very happy with the service and he was very polite through the whole process I couldnt have asked for anything better, I highly recommend him to anybody looking for top of the line quality service.
