Urban EDC has been my first experience into the EDC gear and it’s been awesome! Not only do they have cool gear, but sometimes exclusive gear with their own seigaiha motif. Ive made several purchases from Urban EDC. Ive had zero issues with any of my purchases or items received. Urban EDC carries high end knives and EDC gear you wont find anywhere else such as the F5.5. I love the fact that they bring back older models with new blade steels and scales. If youre a knife collector or just want something nice for every day carry do yourself a favor and give them a shot. If there ever is an issue with anything you purchase from them Im 100% sure they will work to make it right.

Update 08/06/2022 - I have updated my review to five stars due to Urban EDC Supply went the extra mile to resolve an issue that occurred on a order. After the review - Urban did contact me about the issue and after a few emails and discussions we reached a proper resolve that would benefit both of us and allow my IG to do a special unboxing with EDC Flashlights.I have purchased around 4 products now, and the service just keeps going down while the prices keep going up for less quality products. They even sent the wrong product and when asked to send the correct one - they claimed they was out of stock and ONLY offered a 10% discount - if you want what you payed for - might want to look somewhere else.

The website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of unique edc items.I tried to purchase a copper flashlight and the item I was sent was not in the correct packaging. Pictured in bubble wrap. Customer service was very quick to respond and resolve my issue with an exchange but they sent me the same item I sent back to them but it came back to me in a box this time. Pictured in a opaque box. The light is supposed to be sealed in a vacuum sealed bag. Customer service says that the light was used in photography and they swear it’s new.I did not consider this a brand new product if they opened the package, unsealed it, and USED it in photography. They were kind enough to take the item back and refund me after a very long chain of emails. Started the complaint March 2nd and final resolution April 2nd.I still recommend checking out their stuff. Very unique products you don’t see in your average edc stores. Lots of collaborations with designers and a loyalty program. I just pre ordered the qvist variant pe 2.0 in blue micarta! Wish I didn’t have to wait till August to receive it though.

I bought the Urban EDC F5.5, and I was skeptical despite the positive reviews (mostly bummed out that my only option was Jade G10). But, when I got it my perspective changed! This is a tight, handy, comfortable little knife and has been my daily carry since I got it! I got %15 off so Im very happy with what I got. For those who love knives, useful gadgets, and anything in that realm Urban EDC is the very best vendor of this type Im aware of. Pricier high end stuff is top shelf, and less expensive items are ALSO high end and top shelf! I love the fact that when I check out something new or on sale they might be promoting Im often drawn to something else. Its a fun thing just to look at their inventory (which is impressive), even the things which may not interest me personally. They stock things one might need and definitely will enjoy, and the are honest, friendly, and offer a loyalty plan that cant be beat (it adds up fast too). I am going to go ahead and give UrbanEDC 5 stars even though I had one negative experience out of 5 purchases I made with them. It was an instance where I was confidently assured by them that the product description was correct but when I received the knife it was not correct at all. Still, the price was a good deal and I ended up being happy with the knife I receivedAll other experiences have been great. Good communication and fast, free shipping. The guys have been immediately responsive to texts. It has been nice having UrbanEDC as a contact in my phone and sending a text when I have a question. They always get back to me very quickly and are very helpful.I often find myself just browsing the site frequently because they have so many different things and such a good variety. These types of things can be quite expensive but I inevitably spin the reward wheel and land on 10%. Even better, this Memorial Day weekend, dozens of great products were available for 23% off and I had to take advantage of that. And finally, their compass point reward program is icing on the cake. Just a few more points and I will have a $100 gift card.To sum it up, UrbanEDC is my favorite store for knives, fidgets, and EDC items due to : quality and selection of many items, responsive and friendly customer service, fast and free shipping, generous discounts, and a very nice rewards program. My newest favorite retailer for EDC stuff. Their inventory is truly unique. Yea, they have knives, but also cool tools and fidgety stuff that is not just cheaply made junk. All very high quality and well chosen. They also have shop exclusive items that are noteworthy and not just designer garbage. And their prices are excellent. They do sell out of the certain things really fast. I do wish they had some way of being able to hold/lock your cart while still shopping around on gear drop days. But all in all a wonderful site. My FAVORITE thing is that their prices are flat! No sales tax added, no hidden processing fees, and they always have a free shipping option. What you see is what you pay!! Let me start by saying the gear is phenomenal. If you’re in the EDC world you know things that are exclusive are expensive. This is a wonderful place to get things at MSRP. One caveat is that a lot of these exclusives are limited quantity/stock so even if you’re on time you might not being able to get what you want. If you learn to be okay with that, and understand that’s just the way it goes sometimes. Having a set time for the drop every week with sneak peaks if you sign up for their newsletter makes acquiring gear you want really easy. The Loyalty program giving you points on all your purchases is super dope as well. The only thing I’m unsure of at this point is there new early tier programs they’re gonna be rolling out. Especially the higher tier as it will enable early access to gear drops so by the time people who don’t have the extra cash to spend on the subscription the item you want might be gone. I feel right now everyone is on an even playing field in terms of getting gear but this might cause some discrepancies. Not gonna dock a point for it yet, but 10/10 would recommend if you’re interested in EDC Gear and knives.

I’ve been purchasing products from Urban EDC since 2016 and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I love their unique and exclusive products which seem to continue get better. I recently purchased the Serge Knives Slipjoint Razor from them and I love it. They shipped my item promptly and the whole experience was great. These guys are great. They always have the nicest stuff. They ship on time typically (pay attention to the time that they intend on shipping because sometimes its a bit in the future). I recently had an awesome interaction with them.........I was missing some points on the reward program. I needed 2 more points to cross over to a higher tier. I had recently made a purchase that would put me over the points that I needed but the points had not shown up yet. I sent them an IM and explained my issue. Wow this retailer is good. They get exclusive products you wont find anywhere else and they always reply to social media comments and messages promptly. When big, highly anticipated knives or gear drops, their server never gets jammed and crashes like some other retailers out there (*cough blade hq). Definitly highly reccomended by me. Their website is picture perfect with professional descriptions of featured products and mouthwatering images of beautiful handmade items. Each description gives a complete background of the item with a short history of the maker and his/her motivation for creating the piece. Shipping is lightning fast and usually free. Compass points add up quick if you visit the site regularly! Shawn puts out a clear and concise email shortly before each drop so you have a solid chance to preview items and decide what you would truly like to add to your collection. I love that UEDC doesnt spam my email with daily updates or useless information. Be careful though, if you like to collect any kind of EDC you can easily drop a paycheck here haha! Pretty awful experience here. Bad customer service...terrible communication...and the definition of passing the buck. Being a high end collector I’ll never shop here again.They shipped my $1000 order in a thin mailer which came in damaged. ALL of my items were lost in the mail. I reached out to them as soon as it arrived and that’s when the runaround started. Getting any kind of timely answers from them was terrible. I informed them of the issue and they told me that I had to contact THEIR insurance company. Why the customer should have to contact their third party company is beyond me. After jumping through hoops for them I get told that I have to file a police report for the damaged shipment. I asked Urban for help here and got radio silence.After about three weeks of getting pushed off I told them I was going to file a chargeback if they didn’t either resend or refund the order. Within a few days I got an email saying my order had been refunded. Again...NO communication.Oh...and with minor digging online I found out that the other review here on google is from one of the ‘managers’ poor showing and low morals.
