Urban Appliance Repair is my go to on all appliance issues. Denis is a magician when it comes to problem solving very hard to do jobs and has never failed. We recently had an issue with our DCS Oven that seemed unfixable as the parts don’t get made anymore. Denis is always very honest and shares all the options available and in this situation shared that he felt it would be possible to find a similar part that would work. Not only did he find the part that was a hard find he was able to figure out a way to install it perfectly. It’s like new now!

I called Denis based on glowing reviews and I had the same great experience. My LG washer stopped draining yesterday and I called first thing this morning, got a same day appointment window and now my washer is working! Denis was prompt, gave accurate estimates of time and cost, and even had the part with him. He was polite and informative. If we ever need appliance repair, I’m definitely calling him! Highly recommend.

Denis was awesome! He fixed the timer and the knob on our staking dryer. We had issues setting it back in place and he came back to assist! I highly recommend!!!!

Our dishwasher suddenly gave up, causing water to overflow. Following a friends suggestion, we reached out to this company. Denis promptly arrived on the same day, delved into the problem, diagnosed the issues, and explained everything in friendly and easy-to-understand terms. This was particularly helpful for someone like me, not well-versed in technical jargon. The entire experience was pleasant, and I highly recommend his service. Without a doubt, Ill be calling him for any future appliance repairs.

This place is amazing!So I found Urban here on Google and I called them and they got me on their schedule right away! I was so surprised at how easy it is!Tech came next day on time, for my Viking range. My oven would not get to the temperature i set, it was ticking when my cooktop burner is on.He quickly pointed at the issues with my oven burner, it had a big burned hole in it, and explained me why my cooktop isn’t working properly.He was so knowledgeable!And miracle! He happened to have parts on his truck! He was able to fix it right away! So on my top burner is working like new, he had to fix spark and he had to replace bake burner with igniter for my oven.I’m very satisfied! It’s time for banana bread!I would definitely call them first if I ever need anything fixed!

I highly recommend Urban Appliance Repair! Denis fixed my dishwasher, and later, fixed my refrigerator as well. Hes a very kind, humble, honest, hard worker. Both times, Denis was quick to diagnose the issue, walk me through the mechanics, and explain potential solutions. He always made sure to confirm my choices before charging me anything, and his services are fair and affordable. Denis even saved me costs where others would usually upcharge me. I always appreciated his active communication both on and off site. I would definitely hire him again!

Dennis answered my call on a weekend after our Bosch microwave/speed over went out and we made an appointment for him to by the following Monday. He was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. His service fee was also reasonable and goes toward any work you have him do. I’d call him again but hope I don’t have to!

Easiest repair ever! Denis was super quick and polite, did a fantastic job and knew exactly what was wrong with our LG dryer that was making a very loud thumping noise. Will definitely call him again if we ever need a repair.

Denis is with Urban Appliance Repair and worked on our washing machine a year or so ago and did a great job so we kept his card and called him again when our Jenn-Aire oven wasn’t cooperating. He checked everything out and ordered a new part and once received, returned to troubleshoot and install it. He also found there were some burned wires under the oven that had touched the metal when it was very hot. There was no insulation (manufacturer oversight!) so he created some with a special tape he put around the new wires to avoid this problem. Denis went the extra mile and is detail oriented, careful, efficient, professional, knowledgeable & friendly and obviously reliable and we will contact him again if any of our appliances have issues! We highly recommend him!

Denis is fantastic! My home warranty contacted two other appliance repair shops that declined service because my dishwasher was an unfamiliar brand and size. Denis went above and beyond. Prior to the fix, he requested the make/model and contacted the dishwasher company for more information. Dennis is straightforward, kind and approachable in his process to solve the problem with your appliance. He went explained how, the dishwasher error code worked and each of the possible issues and solutions. The day before a road trip, our washer quit draining properly. Denis was able to swing by and found the drain pump was busted. By the time we got back, Denis had the replacement part and was able to schedule the repair a day later.

My GE built-in electric oven would not come up on temperature in either the bake or broiler mode. Using careful, methodical, technical expertise, Denis identified the issues at fault and corrected all malfunctions. I would highly recommend his professional service for any major home appliance in need of repair. And his business practice is reasonable and fair with cost for labor and replacement parts.
