We had an amazing time at Uptown Jungle! The kids absolutely loved the climb wall, and it was such a thrill to watch them conquer it. The obstacle courses were both challenging and fun, keeping the kids entertained for hours. The trampolines added an extra layer of excitement, providing endless opportunities for jumping and laughter. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Uptown Jungle is the perfect place for a family day out – well definitely be coming back!

I have a 9 year old and a 9 month old. I didnt know how i was going to entertain them this summer that wasnt screens. Thankfully, the baby/ toddler section is perfect for my crawler and the 9 year old runs around doing all her favorite things. The facility is clean and everyone has fun.

Have been coming here since they opened. An associate who checked us in said horrible things to my son. I gave him the benefit of the doubt turns out my other son heard him cussing on his phone talking about the incident while other small children were present. I reported incident to the manager but still no one got back to me. When I called two days later I was hung up on. When I called back a woman named Jill was very rude and said manager would call me tomorrow. I asked her about hanging up the phone and her name and she didnt want to give me her name until I kept asking for it so I can report her to the manager. Now we have never had a problem but be careful and watch your kids because one of the workers male can be very rude and doesnt care to cuss in front of the kids or be rude to the kids if parents arent present. Luckily his brother was standing by and over heard! Twice.

Fun place to go. Variety of activities. Trampolines, swinging, sliding, and climbing walls. Under a full two storiess high. A few areas for toddlers. Nice young people who work there. They keep things clean and have spills mopped up quickly. Not really for older kids (Young teens) Equipment more set up for elementary ages. But still had a good time.

Fun first time experience. My daughter had so much fun. Theres a lot of fun play areas throughout the facility. A lot of seating throughout the fun areas so you can watch and be close to your kids . I was able to pay online and fill the waiver out before we got there . I would of liked some food there, but they do have an area that they sell drinks, some snacks, & ice-cream. Overall experience was excellent

Brought my kids here for the first time today thanks to a Groupon deal. Ive been here one time before for a Friday birthday party that was absolutely chaotic (my children werent with me) so I was honestly dreading coming today.Upon arrival, I filled out the waivers for my monsters which was a breeze and the girl working at the counter was calm and kind.BE FOREWARNED: BRING GRIP SOCKS. They are required or your child wont be able to play, unless you want to purchase a pair here for $2.50. Dont make my same mistake, I had no idea.The place is pretty small so its easy to get claustrophobic and get very loud. I highly recommend coming during the week, in the evening. Its is much more calm and your children will be able to enjoy the place more.A good sweep and some bathroom clean up would be pretty nice to give it a clean feel. The hand sanitizer everywhere was nice!Id come again, just not often.

Love taking my kids here (6 and 7). 3-story fun park is awesome cardio for adults and the environment is family friendly. If you want the kiddos to have a blast and unleash all of their energy w/in 60 minutes, spend 50 bucks on any given weekend and play tag or hide and seek with them. Totally worth it!

Great for the price of $25/month unlimited. My kids are always happy coming here. They have crafts and games which are a great addition. However, this place is a little run down. I understand equipment can’t always be replaced, but it could be wiped down and trash could be picked up. Going through the tunnels kids just throw trash and who knows what everywhere.

Took my kids, for the first time, to uptown jungle. All I can say is amazing! I have seven kiddos and as a mom I’m always looking for inventive ways to occupy my kids. I stumbled upon it they are Google listing and reviewed pricing through their website and even this was a pretty cheap price considering I have seven children. We chose a 90 minute session and they enjoyed every single minute of it. From jumping on the trampoline to running through the maze and up the rock climbing walls. Pure joy and fun for all to have. I want to give a special shout out to one special man that was there that truly made my children have so much joy, Ron Jermaine. You were so nice to all of our kids from helping us check in, to assisting all the little ones on the rock climbing walls and even when we’re leaving you entertain my oldest by discussing his YouTube channel. It’s customer service like that that keeps people coming back from more. I hope they really look into making You a manager and in charge of training others. You have definite leadership qualities and any company would be happy to have you. Thanks again for the fabulous time, we look forward to seeing you soon!

This place has the potential to be great. My son thoroughly enjoys his time there, as of course he’s oblivious to how dirty it is, and the fact that they could not possibly hire more dis-engaged, zero work ethic employees if they tried. I mean what is the hiring process here? The teenagers do nothing but sit on their phone, they literally avoid making eye contact with you, out of fear their going to actually have to be productive. As a Sales and Operations Manager, I would fire at least 75% of the staff I’ve observed in my visits there, and completely re-vamp the talent selection and hiring process. Find some active, sports minded teenagers, who possibly have a knack or passion for teaching and developing others. The rocking climbing area would be amazing, with an engaged employee, who actually cares about the children’s experience, and engages with them and helps them, instead of literally sitting on the bars, drowning in their phone, while kids dangle from the harness.Your place has the potential to be awesome, it needs revamping and it starts with the people you’re paying. This is an awesome place for kids to use so many ways of exercise. Rock climbing, inflatable jumpers, trampolines and jungle gym with slides. They also have free wifi and massage chairs and all kids have to wear grip socks that they sell there and its clean. They also have plenty of snacks and drinks for sale.

Tons of different options for the kids, some great hideouts for the parents and a cool room for a birthday party, if you have one. They serve, clean and cook everything so you dont have to deal with it. The free WiFi is a nice touch and the massage chairs are definitely worth the money. I highly recommend coming during the week because its not absolutely insane. Also, check Groupon and you might get a good deal on the tickets.

We currently have a membership here and everytime I come here I want to cancel. I have a 1.5 old son and it was recommended to try Tot Time. Patty is great, but at 1.5 my son is still too young to do some of the activities. We try to go there during this time to stay away from big kids since online it says Tot time is from 9-12. We barely get an hour if that. Everytime we come here there’s big kids, even in the tot time room big kids come in. One time there was a field trip of older kids! The employees are all teens just hanging out in the front not doing a single thing or holding anyone accountable for not following the rules they have posted.Also, because of how gross this place is, and the fact that they allow everyone to play, even very obvious sick children, my son has been in and out of the ER due to catching different things here. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places he enjoys to play when the weather isn’t great and I can spare the $25 but this place needs a better cleaning team, they need to hold kids accountable when not following the rules, and even the ball pit thing usually doesn’t have any balls or the machines are broken. They stuff all the balls in the tubes and me and my husband try to fish them out everytime just so my son can play.

I was in shock today. I came today with my kids, the youngest is a toddler. I’m not a person who put a bad review, but I need to share. It was so many people, so crowded and noisy. The worst part was dirt, dust, and trash. If they charge people, why does nobody clean this place. My little one was so dirty because of the dirty baby room. The gate to the babys room was broken and my little one hit himself.;((((( the last part was smelled like urine. The smell of urine was everywhere. We came here for a birthday party last weekend. Its small but, its cleaned and the employees are quick to help. I love it how they have the QR code ready so we can just scan and fill out the forms. Its fast. My kids had a blast here. I was looking up the prices which is affordable compared to Luv 2 play. The one that was in Temecula near tj Maxx. So, my family and I will be coming here again.

Took my kiddos here for my 2nd yr old bday and I should’ve turned around as soon as we went in ! It smelled and was dusty every where it was so dirty inside you can tell they aren’t cleaning regularly like they should be during a pandemic! All of my kids and myself got sick going here ! This place has gone downhill! So gross inside. There are clumps of hair and lint above you as you walk around. Many of the cushions for the structure are destroyed. There was trash everywhere. In the toddler play area the plastics were ripped open. We had to make sure my daughter did not get stuck. There were also exposed cords/wires in the toddler play area.

This place is soo much fun and costs less than the local trampoline parks. There is so much more to do than just jump. They have massage chairs for the parents and a room with couches and a big screen tv with remote controls for the parents. However, if you would rather play with or just stay right with your child, you can go all through the play area with them. There is a small snack bar with fountain sodas and drinks you can buy out of the vending machine. They also sell chips and some candy and other snacks. There are charging ports on the counters where parents can sit and watch their kids. Other reviewers have criticized the fact that the doors are wide open and your child could escape. It is true the doors are open and you can go in and out whenever you want, but if I had a child that was too young to know better than to go out the door, I would be watching them very closely and staying right with them anyway. This place does not offer babysitting.

This was an excellent stop for us. Lots of different activities for little ones to do and nice sitting areas for the adults. We did not get to partake in the sitting area as the children wanted us to run around with them but we had a ton of fun AND adults are half price with a child.The trampoline is heavily watched while the other areas are not watched much at all. They also have dodgeball games with a ref which is great. So many times Ive seen kids try to do dodgeball and it just doesnt work out because no one is enforcing the rules.

My husband and I took our grandson to Uptown. We had to tag team play with him because because our energy levels don’t match his. We usually go in the morning: less crowded and they have a morning special for toddlers.We all had so much fun. Awesome! Place is clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Liked that a staff member watched over the trampoline area and told kids the rules first. They also put on a few rounds of a dodge ball game and got all the kids involved that seemed fun and cool. There are no height requirements or restrictions so both my very small 7 year old and 10 year old was not turned away like some other places we have been to. Parents are also encouraged to play. You can bring charging cables and charge your devices at different areas too for free. There are massage chairs starting at $2 for 6 minutes.

This is a reall cool place for kids to let loose. The shirt the employees wear says it all, wearing kids out since 2014. Plus they have really nice massage chairs for mom or dad to sit in while the kids go nuts. Of course the chairs cost money as well. Or you can put on some socks and join the kids. We always have our birthday celebrations here and it’s always been fantastic!! Our host in June for my son’s birthday was phenomenal and then today we had Zack as our host..I can’t sat enough about these amazing staff!!! We had a great time here. My boys (8, 5, and 2 years old) played hard and slept well. We will definitely be going back! I especially liked that they tried to make this a family experience. I had my childrens bday party here. It was amazing!! We got there early, and from the moment we got there until we left 5 hours later, my children and their friends had a lot of fun. My wife and I took the grandchildren and NEVER again! The place is disorganized, its run by a bunch of high school kids who dont know anything about anything. My youngest grandchild is two and there is no separation from mych bigger kids so she was shoved around and roughed up by other kids. It was impossible to keep an eye on her at all times and there is no staff supervising in the play areas, none that I can speak off. I felt like someone could snatch her away from me and ugh I dont even want to say it or think about it.Needless to say we got out of there after 10 or 15 minutes and will not be going back...ever. I just didnt care for the joint.

I did not expect this to be for only small kids. I took my 14 year old and a friends but only stayed 30 min of my 2 hour session. I still gave 4 stars because the facility was semi clean and staff was friendly. I wish an age appropriate sign was somewhere so I didnt waste my $60. Took my 4 year old granddaughter here and she had fun BUT this place is filthy, falling apart and there is no employee supervision in the play area. I did pay to play with my granddaughter and I supervised her but most parents were sitting out and on their phones so it would have been good to have an employee on the floor making sure kids were playing safe (which they were not). Although it was my childs initial visit to this spot, I found it to be a satisfactory indoor playground with kind personnel. However, I am unsure if it was only crowded and chaotic during todays visit. Upon entering, there was a noticeable urine odor at the entrance and while it was somewhat clean, it could use improvement. Since this is a childrens venue, it should always be spotless for everyones safety.

Overall a fun place for the kids. Only negative is that the baby/toddler area needs an employee working the entry gate to prevent older kids from entering. I believe the sign posted shows 0-4 in age or maybe younger to enter. My 2 year old was knocked over multiple times by older kids. This has happened during several other visits and now feel the need to review.

It was much bigger than expected, lots of activities for kids to do: trampolines, rock climbing, play areas. Another plus was the amount of seating for parents, and a they had massage chairs (for a fee of course). It also gets pretty crowded, we got there around 11:30am and it was already busy. My only knock is the fact that there is very limited visibility in the upper area of the play structure and its incredibly easy to lose sight of your little ones - especially on busy days when there could literally be over 100 kids running around. I held my child’s birthday party at Uptown Jungle in Murrieta yesterday. The price ultimately charged was $1,200 for 23 kids to eat seven pizzas and some salad, drink some coke, and play for an hour and fifteen minutes. The place is clean and big. My 3 and 4 year olds really like it. But they were left with the desire to be able to shoot, since they did not have balls at the moment for that. On top of that, I had to ask twice, to find out when my children could climb the walls, since they had no one in the place. This was a fun place to visit with kids. There was a trampoline that was ripped and it was closed with some caution tape and a standby staff member. This place was super fun for the kids but I have serious concerns about th cleanliness. The floors are super dirty sticky and just flat out need a good sweep and mopping. How ever what Im mainly concerned about is the ceiling its falling apart and I can see the moldy insulation. Kids had fun.After 11 it became extremely crowded.It is very dirty and dusty, chunks of dust along with hair literally hanging from under the climbing equipment.Think I’m exaggerating? Look up while walking through the padded walking structure.As much as they charge you’d think they’d have money for at least a vacuum.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, many things for the kids to do. The pricing here is 60, 90, or 120 minutes. They have message chairs, a lounge, and charging ports for the adults. Adults can also participate and I was told adults are half off but dont me quote on that. I only wish they would post someone at the exit so the kids cant just walk out. When the kids are in the upper portion of the gym, you cant really see them well so they can easily disappear on you or go to another part of the gym. Party packages also seem pretty reasonable.

I hate to leave a bad review because my kids had fun however the did get colds. Thankfully we tested negative but my daughter was sent home and I had to 2 days off of work. Besides my family only one other family was wearing masks, which is odd because it did block the horrible smell of sweat and hot dog water. It was very crowded and I didnt witness any cleaning perhaps they are understaffed.

Went there with two children ages 8 and 5. They loved it! It had only been open for one month. Plenty of seating available for adults or children if they want to rest. The exit is not secure so you need to keep an eye on your children if you are concerned about them leaving the building with out you. The entire experience was pleasurable. We will return again soon.

Fun place for the kids (and adults) I went during the day and it was dead (so I cant speak for the busy times) but it was a lot of fun. I didnt find myself having to squeeze through tight places to try and keep up with my little kids. They were able to run and climb and I was able to keep up through out the entire inclosed structure. We even had a little wait (due to training new employees) during the check in, and they gave us 30 minute free play passes.The owners seem eager to see this place be successful, which helps lift the entire experience for the customers.

This place could be amazing but it is WAY to small. For everything they are trying to do you would think they would have planned it out better. Party line is out of control and there is no where to sit. No way to see your kids either with so many people standing around. We are probably a violation for the fire department right now.If they expanded it would be the best place in town to take your kids every weekend.

Absolutely love this place! Kids play for a while you get a little massage. Only complaint I have is the lights in the back TV room for parents. If they could just dim the lights a bit so you can relax without the bright lights in your face lol. You can also play with the kids for half the price, which is also really fun!

Very crowded, very loud. The place smelled awful and the upkeep did not appear to be done well. Check-in took a very long time. Most of the staff members seemed confused or disinterested.The design of the space is very awkward and as a result it is very difficult to keep an eye on your children.We have visited many other similar childrens play areas and we wont be returning here. Perhaps if your children are older (around 10) you will have a different experience since the supervision is less of an issue.One final note, there was no access control to get out of the building so young children could easily leave on their own

Nice place to have a birthday party, they do all of the work. You let the kids burn off energy and tire themselves out. Then, an awesome party hostess serves, sings, and takes pictures for you. We had Peyton, and she was super awesome! We are very thankful that it was a stress-free, clean-up free party. (So stress free, that I am thinking about having the family Thanksgiving there.😜😜😜) They did a great job!

Absolutely fabulous!!! We had my daughters birthday here last night and I was stunned! The party was a breeze to book and the place is stunning!The climbing area seems to go on forever. Everywhere I looked there was something I hadnt seen before. So many things for the kids to climb on, slide down, swing on, jump on and so much more. The kids could have stayed and played all day. They are still talking about it today and Im thrilled I picked up a couple of Groupons last week so we can go back soon.Favorites for the kids were and I quote EVERYTHING!, The ball shooting, the log swings, the slides...I loved how the climbing walls were set up so there was never really a line, even though the place was packed, and the kids could try as many walls as they wanted once they were harnessed up. My son was determined to make the best time on the challenge wall and was so excited to add his name to the winners board.There are lots of places for parents to hangout and watch too and many spots even have charging ports so you can recharge for pics or just so you can stay connected, if you need to, while the kids play. Several adults were playing too and seemed to be having a great time. The lounge seemed comfy and somewhat quiet and a nice break from the chaos for those who needed it, though the 2 TVs werent on and some wished they were. Next time Ill come prepared to spend some time in the massage chairs they had too. :)The party overall was the best deal in town and totally worth every penny! I would 100% book another one without hesitation. The only negative from guests was how rushed the party room time felt. That 30 mins went fast. I didnt even have a chance to eat my pizza and when we stepped out with our host to take the suggested group picture, we came back to the room and everything was already being gathered up for the trash. Next time well do the picture on our own time. Some of our guests food and drinks were not finished when they were cleaned up. We wouldve all happily taken our remaining drinks with us, etc. I understand though that the parties are close together and appreciate that most of the time is allowed for playing. The kids loved that too.Check in was very very easy and the second the kids had their wrist bands and socks on they could run off and play, no videos or long talks or waiting for your whole group like other places weve experienced. No time wasted at all. It was awesome! We will be back OFTEN!

Very fun place to take your kids, I wouldnt recommend it for parties as their party bundles are pretty steep and you only get the room for 30 minutes to do cake and presents, the party rooms are very small and loud. If your just going here for an hour or two though the kids have tons of fun.

Kids had fun. It gets packed and there is no one really enforcing that no big kids go into the toddler area. You kind of have to monitor closely. Some parents let their kids run wild and break rules. My girls had fun regardless. A good alternative on a rainy day. $12 per person for an hour is pretty good. 90 minutes run at $19. They also do partys. If youre a germaphobe, this place is not for you.

Uptown Jungle is AMAZING! I had so much playing along side my 6 year old grandson! Thats the best part! Definitely plan on a minimum of at least 1.5 - 2 hours. 1 hour is not long enough!!! Too much fun to be had! Oh... and the staff were super nice!

Not worth the visit. Upper management is more about making profit than taking care of their own people. Too crowded and staff are nice, but new store manager is not qualified to run this place on their own. Kids get hurt, not enough to monitor all the kids and theres always a wait time. Not worth scheduling a birthday party for your kid. Way understaffed and only care about getting you in and out asap so they can move on to the next birthday kid. Take your kids across the street to the roller skating rink or trampoline park.

Im so glad we decided to go right at the opening time because it started to get really busy right as our time was up.Suggestions for future remodel or other locations would be to have the parent lounge up by the front doors so as to keep an eye on little ones and make sure they dont go out the door by mistake or otherwise.

This place was a blast! A larger-than-life funfest for my three year old son, and an unexpected workout for his 40 year old daddy! Haha, it was a riot for me too, sliding down every kind of crazy slide you can imagine and shooting cannons filled with foam balls. They only charged me for the boy, and I could go on everything except the trampolines. Great event for the kids!

We just had my grand daughters birthday party and your service, respect and up holding your contract understand was horrible. My kids spent over $600 for nothing! They over booked the party room that was paid for. They called the night before left a voicemail stating we couldn’t have what was paid for then when people showed up they were told that the party was scheduled for an hour and half later then reserved. You need to go out of business or fire your rude employees who through away food right out of our hands! Started clearing the room in less than 20 mins and then tried to charge for more jumpers then what we had. You stated water would be provided it wasn’t!

This was my first turn here. Very loud and pack d on a Monday but that is not the reason for my review. My 5 year old son was on the wall climbing and they switched attendants while he was in there. When attendant Destiny took over she took my son out because she said he had been on two walls. The older kids had been on all 5 walls over and over again where my son and his friend had to wait in line for a long time. She went straight for the little once. When I asked her about it she had not one ounce of compassion in her tone of voice or demeanor.Definately not a fan. I prefer Luv2play.

My children had a blast for the grand opening a couple weeks ago. Yes, we have been back since then.Uptown Jungle is a great place for your children to go and have fun. There are various things to do from rock climbing, jumping on the trampoline, inflatable maze, and so much more. There is even an area for toddlers so they are not trampled on by the bigger kids. They even have an lounge area for the adults with messaging chairs and outlets for your phone. Parents if you would like to join your children in all the fun, parents are half off. I join them almost every time we go. My favorite with the kids is dodge ball on the trampolines.There is a snack stand where you can buy snack, beverages and candy. Uptown Jungle also offers party packages which are at very reasonable prices. I had a party at one of there other location and my kids could not thanking me for how much fun they had with their friends.To the staff they were amazing. They helped us with any questions that we had.Me and my family will be back. It is one of our favorite place to go. Plus, its a great way to burn off a lot of energy before putting them to bed hahaha.Until next time.

Management needs to get its head out of the gutter and stick to a cleaning schedule that works. There needs to be gaps in the day for your employees to actually clean your premises. At the least, you need to clean everything in between days (which apparently isnt happening). im usually one of the first families in, and my last visit shocked me. Place stunk, filthy, pit balls were everywhere but the ball pit, many obstacles had broken or torn vinyl allowing sharp corners to be visible. Bringing up my complaints to staff was met with blank stares.. it feels like this place knows its going under and is just trying to make what money it can before then. Prior to pandemic, no complaints.

Its a very cool place for kids I just have a few complainants, we have very few cool places for kids to play especially on the weekends unlike Temecula and it would be nice if they stayed open later especially on the weekends. 9 p.m. for Saturday is super early and 8 p.m. on Sunday is early when it is a holiday weekend. The prices are ok with a military discount and makes it more affordable. They did have the front doors open for kids to take off and no staff were around to man that area and there was only one guy at the register checking people in and I had to wait in a line for quite some time to get checked in. It was completely different at the grand opening where there was staff manning all the areas and way more people at the registers. So my two suggestions would be longer hours and more staff or properly placing the staff in different areas.

Extremely well engineered for the maximum amount of diverse activities that create the ultimate indoor playground for children give to eleven (give or take a year either way). VERY noisy and multilevel, so its very easy for kids to get separated from parents. And parents too easily lose contact with their kids when they get out of sight. I suggest that when you arrive with your family and you get registered at the front, then you should all take a walking tour off the entire facility. Before parting, select a specific place for kids and adults to meet every half hour or in case of an emergency. Finally, when employees make announcements over the PA, thier voices are drown out during the busiest times of the evening.

Been here a few times twice for a birthday and twice just my daughter husband and I. She is 4 and enjoys it yes wait upfont takes awhile but fill out the waiver online EVERYONE before you get there and youll get right in both times Ive been there even though its stated that even if your not playing you need a waiever adults huff and puff and give the cashiers a hard time making check in longer which is no fault to cashiers. Its busy and huge and if theres only one of you with your child it may be hard to keep an eye on but theres really only one way out so I dont worry :) theres also a Groupon I saved 50 percent got an hour and a half for 7 bucks good deal :) anywho its busy but theres plenty of room and plenty to do for the kids its loud chaotic but itll wear them out for sure!! We love it

So much fun. When we were there it was mostly toddlers which was fine cause thats what we are. Upon arrival we were greeted by a toddler strides ahead of attentive mom on his way right out the front door, a cars lenght from cross traffic. With all the emphasis on waivers it seems negligent in fact not having a barrier of sorts to the danger of a toddler out of their mind having fun running right out the front door into traffic.

Great place to escape the heat. Grip socks are required. They also sell them there if you dont own any. Theres rock climbing, trampolines and a large playground with slides and climbing toys. They also have a small area for any kids 5 and under. Theres a lounge area with free wifi and lot of benches and chairs to sit and watch your kids.
