I needed a long distance move from the East Bay to Granite Bay. I really liked that Debbie was always responsive and she was able to get me into the last available slot in June, which is one of the busiest months. Amber was also helpful with the payment and scheduling. I really depended on the move to be a specific day and start early - they were able to support this very smoothly. Both Debbie and Amber are very friendly!On moving day, Rodney and Darrin were friendly, energetic and fast! And thats what I really needed for the morning. I gave them a walkthrough and pointed out what needed to go versus things that needed to stay. They followed directions very well and got out of the starting destination in about 2.5 hours. They worked efficiently well together. And would stop to ask me questions just in case they missed anything which I appreciated. Great crew when they can enjoy themselves and still be productive. Nice energy. Upline Moving has good customer service and yes, I would use them again.

We hired Upline Moving to relocate my family to Florida recently. I was really worried as we were shipping a whole house & needed it there before my kids had to start school & I had to start work so we could get the house set up. I got many estimates from major companies & also some smaller ones. Upline was very competitive & gave me great attentive service from the sales manager John to the estimator Eithan all the way through the crews both at the pick up & delivery. We chose a partial packing service where the movers packed all of our furniture plus kitchen & breakable items. It was well worth it not to have to worry about packing it correctly to get it there safely. The pick up team were great, worked with my wife & I to make sure all items were wrapped & packed the way we wanted. The delivery team arrived when promised & were super accommodating in putting items where we wanted (even when we asked them to move our china cabinet twice in the living room). They worked hard & it was a long day but they never once complained & worked at a steady pace. All in all, good pricing, great customer service from everyone & excellent movers - I highly recommend them!

Im still in the midst of what I hope will be a good resolution to the issues encountered during my move. The packing crew was not professional and did not properly secure some items, while wrapping others directly in duct. AS a consequence, many items arrived damaged and others have duct tape glued on them, that is impossible to remove (glass door of a mini fridge, chrome legs of tables or sofas...).The delivering crew felt very sorry and apologized. I spoke with Jeff York, the manager, who acknowledged this was not representative of the quality of service provided by his company, and guaranteed I will hear back from Customer Service for compensation. I thought that was reasonable.The issue is that its been over 3 weeks. Customer service never reached out to me and Jeff York is now ignoring all my follow up emails. This sounds like they will not own their mistake as they first indicated they would. This is very disappointing. This move was not cheap to start with and, if some issues can arise during a move, I would have expected Jeff and his team to live up to their words and own their mistakes.Edit: 6 months out now. Jeff at upline never returned any of my calls or emails. Total ghosting. Bringing down the review to 1 star. I would highly recommend you DO NOT hire these movers in the Bay Area. Very nice at first but you are on your own if something goes south (and based on the crew they are hiring, chances are high).

I hired Upline Moving & Storage to do a move for me from San Leandro CA to Atlanta GA where I was relocated for my job with the military. I chose not to use the military movers since I wanted to select a good moving company and over see the process from start to finish. When the team arrived, the crew leader Jeff was so professional, introduced himself and his team and did a walkthrough of my house. I told him I was nervous about some heavy pieces of Italian furniture that I had brought over from Germany, but he reassured me that they would take them apart and wrap them carefully which they did. I had them do a full packing job so they would wrap my dishes, breakable items, and my large collection of collectibles. They worked very hard over 8 hours and packed every single item with great care and expertise. After they left my old house, I was in touch with their dispatcher who gave me updates on where my items were and when they would arrive. The day came and their crew pulled up with my belongings on their truck. The guys were great, smiling, accommodating & said yes to every request I made even when I had them move my large wall unit (5 pieces!) several times to get the position just right. They cleaned up after themselves, put all of the boxes in the rooms I have labeled on them, an then walked me through my house to make sure everything was complete. The driver had me speak with the dispatcher who also confirmed that everything was complete to my satisfaction. What I expected to be a stressful and difficult experience was anything but, and I can only thank the employees at Upline for this.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I wish I had not hired them for my move. It had been a terrible experience. Moving is in itself a stressful experience with all the packing and unpacking. They worsened it by their awful service. Two people showed-up when I was promised more. They took forever to move my little stuff so that they can charge me for more hours. They asked me for tip in middle of the job and added extra charges to my final bill which werent discussed at the time of quote. This is a fraud company who is out there to rob your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Upline moving has a great team of movers. Theyre professional and efficient in their work. Packaged and secured belongings well. They move and operate in a timely manner. I Like how they wear their companies uniform to show their customers the company they represent which is very appreciative and respectful. I would recommend this moving company.
