Lets face it, if you need an attorney its usually because something is going wrong. Its stressful & all consuming. That was me this week. In a last minute acquisition issue, Mel and Wes were able to bring such ease to a very stressful situation. It was calming to know someone looked at my stress with an I got you attitude & took my problems, made them their own and resolved them while reassuring me I was correct in my process. Thank you Uplift for living up to my high expectations.

I am so grateful to Melissa at Uplift Law for her exceptional work. I needed assistance with some delicate legal matters and she was the utmost professional during all of our interactions. Melissa of Uplift Law is by far the best attorney I’ve worked with thus far! She successfully helped me negotiate and obtain a commercial lease agreement for my business in my favor. When Mel says she’s the mother of small business. Its rare that I write reviews, but I feel this needs to be talked about. Melissa did such an incredible job on my case. Not only was she attentive and available at all times I needed but also made things easy to understand in the legal system. We not only got the outcome wed hoped for but also in a very timely manner. Mel and her team are such a gift to our non-profit, and we highly recommend Uplift Law! As we grow into a larger organization, Mel has been there every step of the way to guide us in our hiring and employment needs such as creating our employee handbook, contracts, networking on insurance needs, and so much more.We were so touched to arrive at Uplift’s holiday party, as a new pro bono client to the firm, to see a beautiful wreath they made for us with our name on it, up on the wall with all of their other clients.
