2024-06-28 20:12:50Nelly and her team have exceeded all expectations and truly deserve a perfect score of 100 out of 5! We completed a contract last February, and within a mere 2 weeks, I began receiving updates from credit bureaus. Unfortunately, I had to terminate my contract a month in due to financial constraints. During this period, a friend recommended a relative who offered the same services, but this individual ended up scamming me out of the little money I had. In contrast to my experience with Unlimited Credit Repair, she did not provide a contract nor did I receive any updates from the bureaus, so I requested a refund or evidence of progress to no avail. I remember sitting in my office in tears when Nelly coincidentally reached out to me, inquiring if I was interested in continuing with their services. I immediately called her and explained the recent events, leading me to sign a new contract with her. She was incredibly understanding and reassuring, which instilled the confidence in me to refer my mom and two cousins as well. It turned out to be the best decision we all made. Thanks to Unlimited Credit Repair, my friend (who initially referred me to UCR) and her husband were able to purchase their first home.Thank you, Nelly, Diana, and the entire team!

2024-04-25 22:24:20We paid $450 for credit repair issues with chexsystem . Nelly was all nice, but nothing was ever done. She took the money and that is last time when I talked to her.SCAMBAGS!We got most of the money back, it took a few month...But I would never recommend this business to anyone.

2024-06-12 20:56:04Oh my goodness, I just found out that Parmeda and her team are filing a police report on my behalf. When I started with them, after a couple of days, I received a mail from my bank about identity theft. So, I called and talked to Hilia, and she said that when we put a fraud alert, you will get this kind of letters. After a couple of days, I received a call from my bank, and they said, We are calling about the identity theft, so I didnt hang up because they told me if the banks are calling you, just dont answer them. So, I listened to them, but this time I talked to the guy, and he said, You filed a police report and you are claiming that this credit card is not yours. So, I told him, No, I didnt, I just want to reduce my credit card balance, and he said he has the files and there is a police report in his hand. So, I went to my bank, and after the identity verification, they showed me the FTC report, which is like a police report... Excuse me? You filed a police report on my behalf and told them that this credit card does not belong to me? This company is engaging in illegal actions, and you need to stay away from them ASAP. Parmeda, Ill see you in jail. Ill update you guys for the next step which FTC would be involve.

Unlimited Credit is a very professional corporation with knowledgeable staff to resolve your credit repair, and they accomplish what they promise you. For the first time when I visited their corporate office, I was ultimately in shock and impressed. First of all, their HQ office is located in one of the well-known business high-rise buildings in Woodland Hills. When I walked into their office, I was greeted by their receptionist, and asked if I needed any coffee or anything else while waiting for Roxy. They also offer freshly baked cookies, with the company logo decorated with their company logo. I was very impressed. When I was invited into offices, Roxy ran my credit reports and evaluated them. She explained the entire process step by step and truly fixed all the negative impacts within the time frame that she had promised. My credit score was over 700 by the time she was done.
