If you desire to have a higher education but have a lot of other activities in life such as work, family, hobbies, etc., this university is a great opportunity. Ive combined it with heavy courses, employment, dance training, travelling, and more. And still, with persistence, Ive been enjoying my education and have been able to get high grades. You can choose how many courses you want to take per term, and the terms are going all year long (you still have breaks to rest). In addition, you still have opportunities to find study peers, participate in activities like being an ambassador, and overall enjoy student life. The only problem was the unstable Internet connection, which caused me to miss assessments and lower my grades. Its very convenient for people who want to get their degree but its hard to find the time. I honestly had to update my review. It is very helpful to have such affordable education but they made it too difficult for me even it should be easy. They have an instructor who intentionally gave my team a zero grade because of one group member who decided not to participate so why the entire team needs to suffer? I appealed my grade since December 2023 and it’s not March 2024 with no response from their side yet. Their UoPeople portal is so difficult to navigate and will grade you poorly regardless of how non- user friendly their portal is. They have program advisors who either don’t respond to your concerns or completely misunderstood the question and copy pastes everything to answer you. I am completely at lost! I was supposed to be almost done with my MBA degree but they’re saying something else otherwise. Can someone just reaches out to me and explain? What happened to education quality? Am I being treated poorly because how affordable the program is?

The downsides to their approach is the pressure on the student. You have to do almost 100% of the work. There are no live sessions. Hardly do you get a video lecture too. Everything is about reading.
