Sol at Unity Networking is our hero! He was highly recommended by our web design team (ICHRONstudio). Over the course of a couple of years, Sol has answered our urgent calls quickly, professionally, and graciously. Each time, he has been able to identify and resolve our problems while simultaneously putting us at ease during stressful situations. Whether for business or network issues, or home computer glitches, we are relieved to know we always have a great resource in Sol to back us up!

Our company has used Unity Networking for the past year now and we couldnt be happier. We get fast and accurate service for all of our help-desk type questions, and we get help with strategy and big-picture system issues. They take care of data back-ups, virus/malware prevention and detection, all things firewall, security patches & updates, compliance issues, and all of the strange one-off problems we incur. Their service is solid and they are proactive too. The owner, Sol, called to us during the very early stages of the WannaCry ransomware attack so we could proactively warn our employees.I would recommend Unity for any small to mid-sized business that needs IT help, no matter the scale. Our organization has multiple, semi-independent locations that operate on multiple systems, and they make it run smoothly. I have worked with probably a dozen different IT companies like Unity, and they are hands down the best.

Unity has been on-time and on-point every time weve called, from the setup of our network, to service calls when our internet causes problems, to configuration of our new office equipment. We have a complicated network / high-end server & firewall, and Unity dealt directly with the company to get everything setup the way we wanted. And when our printer went out, they worked with our service provider to get the new one configured with seamless functionality. The Unity team are very responsive, and make themselves available to us via chat screen, email, even cell #s. The only time weve had such service is with an in-house IT director, which is obviously way more expensive. Unity Networking is a great solution to a problem we no longer have!

Sol is very professional and not pushy. Unity takes care of their clients and knows how to handle any situation. They are knowledgeable and help educate everyone they work with!

Sol is the man! He helped me for nearly an hour finding a clients MX, DNS, and host records and breaking down each of them for me. I wouldnt have been able to get my clients site up without him! Highly recommend his services, I look forward to doing business with him again.

My computer was not working properly. Going black many times. Unity Networking, took my computer and restore it to working condition and explained in slow details what I needed to do to make it function. Great service
