This is the second time in a year that they have lost my check to the LA county tax bureau. Last time they said oh it just happened. That’s totally unacceptable. There’s a few people that work there that are very rude. Don’t seem like they care. It’s really sad for a post office/government employees to act like that, you take something in and they stamp the date and then they lose it or who knows what they do with it. I have been going here for 20 years. I don’t know what’s happening. Maybe someone should investigate.

These are the nicest post office employees ever. Any problem I’ve had, they’ve attempted to resolve right away to the best of their ability (some of the issues resolved the same day). Keep up the great work!

My husband and I got our passports for the first time and Christina was a wonderful help, she was polite, Knowledgeable and helpful. The office was clean, peaceful and welcoming. We will definitely go back to this post office!! Great place!! Great help!!

Amazing staff, so kind over the phone and in person. Definitely better service and overall nicer people that other post offices in the area. Highly recommend for college students who don’t know much about post office related things and passport services.

They are so rude here!!! They lack professionalism and they have lost my mail MULTIPLE TIMES. The old Debarge looking guy with the jerry curl ponytail thats balding needs to find another job if hes going to have an attitude every time its time to do his job. Find another location, because this one is HORRIBLE!

Normathe manager gave me extreme attitude. (I am updating my review because I called an hour after my visit to speak with the postmaster regarding my experience and turns out Norma is not even a manager like she claimed to be, she is a clerk.) I got there at 10:38AM for my 10:45AM appointment for my passport. I asked the family of 5 if they were waiting to get their passports as well. In the scheduling system it asks you how many people you are looking to schedule for so that way it can modify how many minutes or hours you need. I didnt think they were going to be helped before me since per individual its 15 mins & they were 5. I had an appointment at 10:45AM & it was already 10:40AM. Norma ended up calling them in. At 11:35AM when she decided to assist me I let her know I was waiting almost an hour when I had an appointment at 10:45AM & needed to go back home and study. She said the family of 5 that she took before me had an appointment at 11AM but were there early and before me. She said if I was so concerned about time, she said & I quotewhy didnt you just leave. When she was taking my picture she said not to smile and look straight that it wasnt a photoshoot. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Definitely not a smooth running USPS, but what USPS is actually smooth running?They’ve lost 4 of my packages. Have returned packages with insufficient data. And have also returned packages claiming it’s a higher weight than what the package actually is. Not sure if it’s the petty employees that work there, or if they scale is off, or if it’s just pure laziness. Stay away from this USPS. They really know how to make your simple life much harder than it needs to be. And they are extremely unhelpful and you can tell they are over worked. I don’t think I’ve met a single employee that seems like they actually want to be there.

Hands down the worst USPS service you can receive. I lived in San Dimas for a couple years and just had endless weird experiences with the postal staff and delivery here. They would constantly show up and say packages hadnt received correct postage and demand payment or they would return packages. These packages were coming form large well known companies who ship thousands daily so to think they wouldnt know their shipping costs seemed bizarre (which they confirmed theyd never had that issue raised before at all.) and this wasnt the first time I had to keep paying the postman for various packages over the course of a year or so. These requests for extra postage has only ever happened to me while living in San Dimas, and nowhere else where I regularly use USPS with no issues and appreciate the service. I shipped items from San Dimas USPS which never got to their location and were never returned. There is something seriously off about this place and its practices I suggest making the trip over to a neighboring city USPS office to get a more reliable service.

WARNING: THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THAT THIS PLACE WILL LOSE YOUR PACKAGE.I’m very surprised that there’s a few five star reviews for this place... the employees are not helpful and lack any sense of customer service. I walked out of there feeling unconfident in their ability to correctly ship out my package. It has been two weeks and I have no my received any updates on my package, it seems like they may have lost my package just like a lot of other people here. Seems like a common thing here, almost as if they’re stealing your package if you don’t like you for whatever reason.

There is a very unprofessional mailman working for this post office. Last Saturday on 10th of March, I was supposed to be receiving 3 packages of kitchen supplies from Amazon, but instead of seeing my packages, I found a ripped half page of note in my mailbox saying “packages @ post office”, without even the full information of my 3 packages, or any reason for not being able to deliver my packages. So basically he decided to not deliver my packages because it was too much work I’m guessing. I called the post office today, waited for an hour on the line, until 5:08pm when they closed and no one answered, so I couldn’t even request a redelivery. I’m very upset with the service because I thought I paid to have my packages delivered to my door. If they refuse to deliver my packages when I request it in person tomorrow, I will ask Amazon to send me replacements until they deliver my packages.Also to that mailman who did this: please remember that delivering packages is your job, you are paid to do this. Don’t be lazy because you’ll still have to do it another day anyways. Being lazy for one day is just gonna cause frustration to all of us.

Seemed like an average office. Lines were long inside, but it was close to closing both times I went. Oh and I just remembered, my coworker got her mail stolen out of their drive thru mailbox. Someone washed her check and cashed a fraudulent $600 check (made with the bank account and routing number from a real check made out for one of her bills).UPDATE: I stupidly mailed some time sensitive DMV paperwork from this Post Office in November. I found out they never received it.

I shipped out an international order here to South Korea. After the postage was made the agent said that tracking was not available. I was concerned, and had faith that the package will arrive. Its been 3 months and my package got lost in transit, I wanted to get a refund and the superviser said that they dont do refunds its an old school way of doing it, and I had to do it online. Long story short, they lost my package and didnt get a refund. The experience I had here was terrible and stressful. Save your time, dont do International orders though this post office go to FEDEX OR UPS and get a tracking number!

This location is the WORST!They insisted that they left notice about my packages but there is ZERO notice!Also, they would not give me my packages because my billing address and permanent address are not the same on my I.D.?!Stay away from the asian lady with black short hair and glasses! Her attittude is over the roof! She LIFTED MY I.D. for the whole post office to see, and was like THE ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT, HOW CAN YOU PROOF YOU LIVE THERE?!I offered and asked if she wanted the information from my leasing office, and spoke even louder with her ATTITTUDES as if Im trying to steal my packages ?!Maybe make sure you did leave notice before you claim you did!The supervisor was very kind and understanding though, my throat was hurting so I couldnt speak properly. I was like whispering so she leaned closer to try to understand me. Thank you supervisor lady for being very nice.

I hate to rate a location based on only one visit or one person. I just has to let people know how rude the service is from the person who does the passports. Ive renewed before at other locations and its been a simple affair. This person made it a big deal. The print out wasnt to her liking, clearly legible and obviously pdf computer printout. Has she never gotten these before?

They’ll say they could t find your address but in reality the drivers just wanted to leave early I hate USPS I WILL NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM AGAIN! I put the address perfectly even the name of my business and I literally waited outside! I didn’t see not one USPS Truck pass! I’ll only use UPS or Fedex USPS IS THE WORST!

This USPS is located in a convenient location and has lots of parking. Dropping of packages was quick and easy. There were a lot of people there but it seems like people got in and out quick. Theres also a separate driveway to just drop off letters in the mailboxes. Its separate from the parking lot and closer to the road.

Had to wait for so long and they would not scan my items since there were too many of them. Have had problems with them losing my packages and i just wanted a receipt proof. Lady that helped me was very bitchy and acted like it wasnt her job to scan the damn packages. It would have taken her less than 5 minutes.

The service is this place is terrible especially when you ask questions before you do a passport for underage even like that I had to come three times to get the right documents after I ask the same thing twice. This employee named Norma is the worst customer service ever. She is the rudest person for this kind of job. Please supervisors read this review and train your people to have a better attitude for customers. On top of that we should not have to pay a fee for this awful service.

Previous Review, giving a 1 ⭐️ rating and a lengthy summary as to why ..., was never posted . .... So I’ll simplify the matter and state ...., This Post Office has been the “ Most Problematic Post Office”, since we moved here in 2013 . We have had our delivery cancelled ( Due to non-existent Pets ) . In actuality, the mail person had issues with stopping and exiting mail truck to walk 20 paces to front stoop, Insisting that “Problem would be eliminated if a ‘Curbside Mailbox’ were constructed . There have been days when our Mailman was off or on vacation and we watched, as the replacement drove by our residence for the same reason ( 20 ft. Walk ). Conclusion ?? .... My theory is the US POSTAL SERVICE, sends their Problematic Employees to this location, in order to keep them from receiving more complaints and being fired ..... I’m retired ...., but I could use extra income .... So relinquish an employee that refuses to do the job their earning good paychecks for and I’ll do the job .

This post office is the most unfriendly, inefficient post office for Passport Services. Norma should really be ashamed of herself and her treatment of customers. She doesnt deserve to work here or any place for that matter. Norma you are not entitled to your job, it is a privilege. You should remember your customers first instead of your unhelpful and deliberate actions to delay and stall in assisting customers. Its postal workers like you that give the US Postal Service a bad name. Shame on you!

I dont know if he or his boss is going to see this but I just had the best experience thanks to Deante. He was welcoming, super helpful, and didnt rush anything. Greeted people like regulars at a coffee shop and smoothly and politely got out package shipped. Wouldve tipped him if I couldve. Deante, if youre out there, way to go restoring out faith in humanity.
