United Fitness is more than just a gym, its an awesome community with welcoming, like-minded people. I look forward to seeing familiar, friendly faces each time I go, with people often asking Are you coming tomorrow?.The coaches know every member personally by name, which makes you feel very included as a member.We have members of all ages and fitness levels, and the coaches are able to modify things to be easier or harder based on your level. I love that they give personal attention to each member, motivating you throughout the workout. They get to know you and are able to push you to get a great workout. The variety of classes they offer keeps things interesting.Things I love about United Fitness: the gym is always clean, the community of people, the coaches, the personal attention of the coaches, and the workouts are always different.Its just somewhere you want to keep coming back to!

A friend of mine referred me to United Fitness, so I thought Id give it a try. I have been unmotivated because of long work hours and little time and as a result, I have a lot more fat on my body than normal. The thought of being able to lose at least 4% body fat in just 6 weeks and the fact that I only need to work out about 35 minutes a day excited me. The first moment I stepped inside, my mouth dropped. The paint job on the walls are amazing and the music makes me want to dance nonstop. This is definitely way better than any other gym or fitness club Ive been to. Its much more fun, but theyre serious about getting you the results youre looking for. The trainers are so friendly and always willing to help. Im super shy, but everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. The workouts are awesome and they go by so quickly! You definitely come out of there feeling amazing. Ive just started my challenge and already Im feeling the difference! Im definitely looking forward to every workout and excited for my bikini body!

The United Fitness gym is spacious and clean. The trainers are very good at motivating you without intimidating you. I was completely out of shape after 15 years of couch potato status and a very sedentary life style. I have a 2 hour daily commute and a 10 hour work day where I sit for a majority of the day. I have steadily gained weight and am more than 60 pounds over my ideal weight. When I get home, I am too tired to workout on my own. Therefore, I needed a push and the 6 week challenge was perfect for me. The first workout was very challenging but after 4 weeks, I am much more comfortable and feel my self getting stronger every day. I am half way to my goal of a 20 pound weight loss for the challenge. I have lost more than 8 inches from my waist but the feeling of accomplishing a work out and diet with a minimum amount of effort is very rewarding. The diet is tailored for your specific needs and is completely doable without any hunger pains. In fact most of the time have to force myself to eat all the food. United Fitness is awesome and it works if you follow their guidelines. I highly recommend it!!.

United Fitness is awesome. The trainers are amazing and the other gym members that join you in each class are great. Everyone is friendly and supportive. If you do the 6 week challenge, you are accountable for your effort and results, but the trainers are there to motivate you- and that really does help push you. Every time you come in, you see familiar faces and it sort of becomes like this group or family that you count on seeing each day. You dont want to disappoint yourself or them. If youre having trouble pushing through a workout, trust that these people will cheer you on and keep you going. The trainers provide you with an easy to follow diet plan that you put together in a weekly prep, and each training session is only 30-35 minutes so its not time consuming if youre really busy. If you have any questions or concerns, the trainers are on it. There are various exercises they go through and each person can adjust as necessary to get the full benefit and effect of the workout. You will see results. Definitely worth it.

United Fitness, what an amazing place. Atmosphere is great, trainers are great, people are great, and the workouts are amazing. After 6 weeks I was able to loose 25lbs, 6% body fat and 5inches on my waist. I feel GREAT! Devin does an amazing job consistently following up with you to ensure you are on track and definitely has an open door policy if you have any questions. All trainers are there to modify any food intake or alter workouts based on your physics ability. Anyone and everybody able to complete all the workouts. Thanks to the support of all the trainers I was able to complete my 6week challenge.

Ive been working out at United Fitness since January 2015, and I love it, I dont see myself working at any other fitness center but here. Ive never been into fitness before I joined United Fitness, and now I cant go a day without working out. The staff is very friendly and approachable with any questions or concerns one may have. The trainers will motivate, teach you the proper forms and give you one on one help if you need it. The gym is surrounded by pictures and words that will motive and push you to strive to hit your desired goals. Not only will you learn about nutrition and fitness, but you will gain friendships with fellow workout peers and the trainers.

I went to United Fitness to get into better shape, lose some weight, and entered the 6 week challenge. The challenge is to lose 20 in 6 weeks and get your money back so all the training is free. I lost the 20+ pounds. At first I thought the diet had too much food in it. The diet was really easy the only hard part was preparing all the food for a week ahead of time but that really pays off because many times throughout the week you dont have time to cook/ eat right . So I followed the plan and the weight just came off. The exercise program is really cool because for the whole 6 weeks I never did the same routine twice. We worked Every muscle group. The work-outs are only 30 min long but they are as difficult as you push yourself. I liked that they have 12 different start times for the group classes Mon - Fri from 4:00 am to 7:45 pm and 4 classes Sat and Sun mornings. You can go every day as many times as you want. The trainers are really a good bunch of guys they demonstrate the proper form and technique for every exercise before you do them and they help out people with their form constantly. That really helps since youre always doing different exercises. They use a good mix of weights and body-weight exercises.

I just finished my 6 week challenger this past weekend. I lost 31 pounds, 6 inches off my waist and 5% BMI! United Fitness staff and the program helped me and encouraged me to stay on track to meet my goals. The nutrition plan is not hard as you have may great choices of meals and food selection. They dont starve you, but after 6 weeks, I learned how to eat healthy and still enjoy good food. I really love the class setting of the workout as all the people that go to the gym are super friendly and helpful as well! My recommendation is to do the challenge or at least come in and speak with the staff at United Fitness. I was really convinced in getting my health back and not carry extra weight around anymore. Sure glad I did, as I am able to fit into clothes that were too small for me before the challenge. My wardrobe seems new to me again! Just think, you can do it! United Fitness staff and my new friends I met, THANK YOU so much for each and every one of you! I am continuing with the program because it works. So, see you all soon at the gym!!!!!!

I truly love this place. I wanted to get in shape for my wedding and the trainers at united fitness helped me create a goal and work towards accomplish it. The workouts are only 30 minutes so they are short and sweet but they will truly work you out. The challenge of losing 20 pounds in only six weeks seems like a lot, but it is something that with the help of the trainers you can totally do. The greatest part for me has been the community. There are people from all walks of life and all ages and we all come together to get our workout on. The support is what truly makes this fitness program work.
