I have been using United Agencies Insurance for over 16 years now and they are extremely professional. I have been approached by many companies trying to get our business over the years, but have politely turned them down. It is hard to change to another company when Jeff Ramirez and the rest of the team take care of you like family. Jeff has always gone out of his way to make sure I have the most competitive rates with reliable and credible companies for all our insurance needs. I would highly recommend them. You cant go wrong with Jeff and his trustfulness, dedication and high level of customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with United Agencies. My agent S. Madero was very knowledgeable in the business, extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, very patient, thoroughly efficient, professional and trustworthy. I switched from a company that I had been with for over 30 years. I didnt feel pressured or fast-talked by Ms. Madero. Shes a breath of fresh air and it was a pleasure doing business with her. The rates are competitive and affordable and I am happy with my decision to do business with United Agencies.

I purchased auto and home insurance through Sofia Madero about two years ago she gave me more coverage and a lower price compared to AAA who I had my insurance with. If you want a knowledgeable Agent I would defiantly recommend Sofia. United Agencies is a great company.

I have worked with United Agencies for decades. From auto, life, house, and business insurance they have done a great job. Jeff G. wrote my wife and I life insurance policies over 20 years ago, and 4 years ago Chris S. wrote life insurance policies for our business. I cant thank Chris and Ivonne enough for the time they put into helping us get the life insurances right for our business. Last year we then had them setup health insurance for our small business. When we had issues when communicating with Blue Cross, but Chris was there to help straight out our issues with Blue Cross. UA will be there when you need them. I highly recommend them especially the Chris S. and Ivonne M. team!

This agency and there workers are great. My dad is an older gentleman and the workers there really helped them out to get a good insurance rate for his truck. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to help him get a good low rate with the coverage my dad needs. Would gladly recommend to others looking for help with their insurance to find a good rate and knowledgeable people.

I have had my auto insurance policy with Mercury Insurance for many years and they have always been a reliable & professional company to work with. It is especially nice to know that they are there for their customers during these difficult times as well. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was a nice surprise to find out personally from my insurance agent, Sofia Madero that I would be receiving a discount in order to assist their customers during these uncertain times. United Agencies has been my business insurance agents for nearly 30 years. The owner Ken and his staff take care of my small company like I am their biggest customer. For many years I dealt with Ken when he would come to my office. I thought he was a a small agent due to the personal service he provided. Several years later I visited his office to find he had about 60 employees! I was shocked that he has such a large operation yet always had taken time to check on my business. His employees Yoselin, Sarah and others show the same care towards me. Five Stars for United Agencies!

You simply cannot ask for more from an agency. Matt S. and Jeff Y. have always taken fantastic care of us between our GL, Property, W comp, Auto, and Medical. We consider them personal friends and can always confide in them. Trust me, you need a solid team guiding you through the insurance world. These are the guys. Ask for Matt and Jeff if you own a business, youll never regret it.

United Agencies is the best. We use them for our Auto, GL, and WC insurance. Jeff Ramirez and all of his team have always been quick to reply and very helpful. Do not work with them! They are super unprofessional. They gave me insurance for our television show, only to then drop us without notice because an ACH withdrawal didnt go through. They didnt even have the courtesy of letting me know the withdraw didnt go through. If I would have been altered I could have made the payment and my insurance coverage would have lapsed. Now my team is without coverage. Unconscionable. Their President Jeff Ramoz has a very testy tone on top of it. When I apologized and offered to pay the entire year upfront he responded that I should look for another agency. Obviously thats exactly what I will do. Zero customer service and very badly organized. Dont work with them. They will leave you high and dry.

Once I realized the insurance company they had signed me up for gave me a quote at $102 cheaper than they had been making me pay, I called to complain. They spoke over every sentence I said once I was calling them out. Once I threatened to fire them, they just hung up on me. They don’t make effort or care about their customers. They’re lazy and unhelpful. Even the director of the entire agency told me that any other quote I got was wrong because otherwise it would be the same. They’re supposed to work for you, but they are more concerned with protecting their egos. They’ll hang up on you and won’t take your concerns seriously.
