Russ Nelson has been such an incredible person to work with during my home buying journey as a first time home buyer! He has patiently walked me through each step of the process and explained every little detail - no matter how long it took. He made sure I understood all the new jargon related to home buying and kept me informed and updated all throughout the process. He has been so patient through every little bump on the road and last minute unexpected situations with Escrow and has always gone above and beyond to advocate for my behalf and process my documents as soon as possible! I truly appreciate his response time to any questions I had and how he has this unique way to genuinely showing you that he truly cares about you and that this isn’t just a business transaction. I definitely recommend Russ to any first time home buyer or anyone who appreciates a detailed approach to navigating the whole home buying process!!

Brandon has done an amazing job once again for us. Our first refinance went so smoothly we decided to come back to Brandon for our second refi. He is great at communicating and answering any questions we had immediately. We will be sure to recommend him to all our friends and family.

My experience with this company, particularly Aaron Huber, was not good. I’m glad to see others had a great experience. Though maybe they have better and more competent loan officers than I had. I used this lender at the beginning of Covid when things were very difficult to process new home loans and that process was tedious and frustrating. I assumed at the time that it was because of the pandemic and not the company/loan officers fault. However, fast forward 1+ year and having tried him again, I now am convinced it was the loan officer who was incompetent and not the pandemic. He frequently does not get back to text and emails in a timely matter. He gave complete fabrications regarding my appraisal costs and “credit” as he likes to call it (when they charged me extra than I had already paid for). Once I jumped ship to a new company who quoted me at 2.8 (which Aaron said was impossible blah blah blah), he could care less about keeping cordial ties or returning my texts when I was frustrated that he/his company could not transfer the appraisal in a timely matter. I would chalk it up to immaturity and competence. Buyer beware, use an older more competent officer if you use this company. But I wouldn’t use them at all. When I reached out to rectify the issue with the appraisal, the response from the company was to throw the Fanny Mae “rule” in my face instead of address the real issue I had, which was why he LIED TO ME and said the appraisal would not need a re-inspection and I wouldn’t have to pay another $150 on top of the $600 appraisal I already paid for. 🙄 How about just apologize for your employees blatant fabrication and be done with it. it’s a large company so they obviously could care less about keeping a prior customer.My new mortgage company has been a breeze to work with. No games. No back and forth. And they quoted me at 2.8 (with no stupid points added in) versus the 3.25 Ameritrust told me couldn’t be beaten because rates are up, blah blah blah.I will never use them again, nor recommend them to any of my colleagues, real estate friends, or family. Steer clear of Aaron Huber as your loan originator and ask for someone else if you must use this company.

Work with Brandon Friedel and his team and we couldn’t have been happier. He was very prompt when we needed pre-approval letters to submit offers and helped us every step of the way once an offer was accepted. Whenever there was something we didn’t understand Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what everything meant. 10/10 would recommend!

Armando Gaytan was such a blessing to work with. From beginning to end Armando was very attentive, informative, and always very on top of it. My wife and I embarked on our journey with Aneritrade through an internet search. After speaking with a representative from an out of state affiliate, we were connected with Aaron Huber who works within our state of California. Within a day of getting connected with Aaron, he contacted us and initiated an appointment for us to meet. During our phone conversation, Aarons personality and energy was the spark that we needed to start on our journey towards buying a home; we set a person appointment after this call.Prior to our meet, my wife and I had some reservations and pondered whether we were really ready for what was ahead. Just by chance, we met Aaron in the parking lot as we were preparing to go to his office. He immediately engaged us in conversation as we walked to the elevator and we talked until we reached his office; it was in that moment that we were sold. We hadnt even started talking about financial jargon and what we were looking for.Once we actually started to talk business, he made us feel comfartable and really helped us believe that we could truly become homeowners. While this was going on, our 2 lil guys were making it difficult for us to concentrate. However, Aaron didnt budge and was very patient and kind as we tried to communicate about our prospects of buying a home, while trying to calm our 2 rambunctious guys down.After we left the meeting, we had a great eeling that this was our guy who was going to help us buy our home.Throughout the process he always checked to see how we were doing personally and how he could assist us in the process.After a few conversations he connected us to our Agent.We were finally set to start looking and the pandemic officially just began in March. My wife and I were left with the idea of maybe postponing our search.But we were determined and Aarons forcast on the home market during this pandemic really helped us overcome our anxiety and we began to view homes.He was always available to answer our questions and always followed up with us.After several months of looking, our chance to achieve our dream was finally a reality.It is undoubtedly our belief that Aaron was the catalyst who helped us to where we are at this point and that is inside our own HOME.

Aaron Huber was our loan officer, he was very responsive and helpful. As a first time home buyer the process can be very intimidating but Aaron took the time to help, listen and answer all of our questions.It was a long journey but Aaron was always on top of it and went the extra mile to make our dream a reality.
