They constantly lose clothes and do not bring back the uniforms on time.. At this point its going on three plus weeks and We are stuck washing the same two uniforms over and over again because they never return our items. I would absolutely stay far away from this company as possible.

I would like to say that our customer service representative Joe is amazing. Joe is very professional and personable. Joe provides excellent customer service each and every week. If we have any problems or requests Joe always takes care of them quickly and with care. Aside from his impeccable work ethic and standards, Joe brings a certain sunshine to my morning with his genuinely kind and caring heart. Cole is my route driver for our company and he is great. Every time we have any sort of issue he is quick to help us get it fixed. He replies fast when ordering new uniforms, and verifies every time anything new is coming in. Couldnt ask for a better driver.

Our route driver Edgar comes every week and does the uniforms for our body shop. Service is great he is always on time and attentive to the shops needs. I find the hassle-free service to be efficient and affordable for every employee here at the shop. We own a plumbing business in San Diego and had used another company for over 10 years. They could no longer provide the customer service we were needing. When I contacted Unifirst, I was blown away by the customer service we immediately received. My expectations were not high and I know how difficult it is for large corporations to provide quality customer service. We have been using Unifirst for over a year now. I can always count on our rep Alex to come through and provide us quality service in a timely manner. In addition, with the COVID-19 pandemic we were having a difficult time finding the personal protective equipment we needed for our technicians to continue to do their jobs. Alex again came through! I really do not like posting negative reviews but I feel in this case I need to because I just cant take it anymore.From the get go, there have been nothing but deficiencies in the service and quality of uniforms coming back from laundry, misspelled names, and billing deficiencies. I have warned them several times via documented email correspondence that if they didnt get their services straight, we would need to cancel our contract, one time specifically in January 2018. I was promised they would start giving me turn in counts, that happened for 1-2 weeks then stopped again... In October 2018, I wrote an official notice of cancellation of contract due to several deficiencies which I had documented and listed in email and on letterhead. Instead of releasing us from contractual obligation for several very valid reasons and after several different warnings that I would cancel services after receiving the letter, they bullied me into giving them another 60 days to correct deficiencies as well as a $24,000 bill for contract buyout. They had over a years time to correct deficiencies but keep making the same mistakes.... They are filled with nothing but excuses and nothing ever gets resolved. The issues persist. The driver is really nice though and I feel bad for him because they basically blamed him for their lack of follow through and for their lack of service. I do not have the time to babysit my uniform company! I shouldnt have to.I am extremely frustrated and exhausted from all of this! Our guys even stopped turning in their uniforms because they werent getting them back, basically refused to turn them in even after delivery schedule changed. Still uniforms were not being returned. AND we were being charged for several guys who had been terminated from employment, some gone for over a year. I still have YET to see my credits!!!I do not recommend this company. They are horrible and the account managers have zero customer service skills!!

Unifirst has been providing uniforms to our janitorial company for about a year now. The service we have received so far has been great! Unifirst helped us transition into a more professional looking uniform that is very comfortable to our janitors placing our company logo. Throughout the process of picking a uniform their representatives were very helpful and patient. Our dirty smocks and managers shirts get picked up once a week to get washed and brought back the following week. Our office is very busy each day so it is nice that Alex (the driver) knows what to do when he gets to the office without causing any disruptions and is helpful with any questions or add on I would like to make. Their prices are very reasonable!

Called before I left to find out if they had fire resistant clothing, specifically pants. The woman was very nice and said yes they did. I asked about specific sizes and if they have those in stock because my husband needed them right away. She said they did. Drove all the way from Escondido down to Market Street only to be told at their office that they dont sell to the public. Very disappointed that this question was not asked by them since theres nothing that indicated they were wholesale only.

Cant get it right. Week after week, short on uniforms. Invoicing customers for services and products not delivered. Double billing for their own mistakes. They claim to have bar code inventory control to prevent shortages, but they either dont use it or it doesnt work. They claim invoicing mistakes are because of automatic billing, ------ Really ??
