Horrible Customer Service. Our company decided to part ways due to business advantages with another company and Unifirst Service Manager Chris was very Vulgar and upset and threatening to sue our company and was very unprofessional. I am glad after experiencing this level of customer service that our company has Left. If you are a small business or any size business do not explore this option there is No Accountability for management!

We at Ebenezer Truck and Trailer Repair in Fresno are very pleased with the tailored services we have received from Unifirst of Fresno over these past years. We are extremely satisfied with our sales representatives and feel they are well informed of their products and services. We want to especially recognize with gratitude Roger who conducts himself in a professional manner, who informes is of important information such as promotional items, and who does a very thorough job here with us at Ebenezer Truck and Trailer Repair. We began using UniFirst about six months ago and have received excellent service and exceptional service. Personally, I have ordered shirts and jackets and love the quality, the colors available, and the service. I would recommend UniFirst for any company, or individual looking for quality clothing and exceptional service. We also have the best delivery person in Johnny. He is a great communicator and always looks out for our best interest!

We have Willy as our driver from UniFirst and he does an excellent job. Anytime weve ever had an order that seems like its taking too much time, we can ask him and he will check on the problem. As far as UniFirst policies and management itself, Im not overly happy with the yearly price hikes but I do understand that service companies will have to pass down the rising prices of wages in this state onto their clients at some point. Overall, the company is fortunate to have Willy as he is great with customer service and Erwins Pest Control, Inc. enjoys seeing him weekly!

The driver I always deal with is Johnny, he is always pleasant to speak with and very professional. I am always happy with the service provided! I highly recommend UniFirst, we use them for uniforms and carpets and I am always happy! Special thanks to Johnny for always taking the extra steps to ensure we are good with anything we need!

Id like to thank Zack Reed from UniFirst for being such an excellent delivery driver and always being on time with his services. He takes the time to communicate changes and also lets me know when he will be arriving at a different scheduled time. The delivery driver we had before Zack was hired was horrible! Talk about a complete 360 change around!The star ratings are for your companys management not for you.

The service manager that services us is horrible, dishonest and unprofessional. We have been trying to get out of their contract since September, now it’s January… during the four months time, we were not serviced properly and Lee has been making threats that we were automatically enrolled in 3 year contract and that if we wanted to get out of the contract, we would have to pay a penalty of $4,985.00. When we requested for the copy of the contract we supposedly enrolled, Lee has delayed in producing the document and when Lee finally provided a document, it was an old service contract signed in 2018 and no mention of the three year enrollment. We are very dissatisfied with Lee’s service and will be terminating their service for good.,

Johnny is a great service route driver. Always manages to solve any issues and is thorough with our facility. Very respectful and nice to all Olam employees. Handles everything in a timely matter.

If it wasnt for our driver Johnny, than we wouldnt be continuing our contract with UniFirst. The reason is being that the Facility where they wash the uniforms is about 4 hours away from us, which it has been giving us so many issues with our uniforms being either lost or damaged sometimes. We got very lucky with having an efficient and conscientious Driver/Rep. Johnny is always correcting the issues and has effortlessly taken time out HIS day do so, he always brings a good attitude with him and just overall giving us a better experience with UniFirst.

Excellent service and top quality items. Maurey is our delivery driver for the Deli Delicious restaurant in Porterville. He does an amazing job and always has a smile on his face. I recommend him and the company to other restaurants who need a great linen service. Thank you!
