I would give this place a 0/5 if I could but it sadly will not let me. Had the worst experience with an employee by the name of Aaliyah. When I showed little interest in buying, she began pressuring me into buying, saying I was wasting her time. When I refused to purchase, Aaliyah cursed at me and threatened me.I feel scared to come back to that place and would strongly advise the company to take action against this employee. Hate and racism have no place here.

Prices were good employee in the front was very rude though. We asked if they took law enforcement discount and she gave us a rude remark to us when we showed proof of my girlfriend’s dad being an officer. Lady was had short hair and glasses we did not appreciate the sarcasm she gave us and insulting her father. She needs to do better as an employee especially with how she disrespected us we’ve never had a problem before showing his police officer picture.

Terrible Customer Service.I clearly had 7 good minutes before they closed at 8:00PM. In fact one customer was let in 15 seconds before me. I got there and there was at least 2 employees working. One on the register and another manning the door.As I got near the door he kept waving me off and I said You still have 7 minutes ! He heard me so he decides to fold clothes away from the door and as far from seeing me.I tap the window enough times in which the cashier saidIgnore him (I can read lips ) .The customer that was just ahead of me was done and on his way out . I thought they would let me in but they said no.I said you couldve let me in 5 minutes ago instead of pretending to fold clothes .I totally understand as an employee that you want to go home and that we have lives.If the POSTED Hours of operation are stated, then you should comply.Just my rant.

Great selection and cant beat the half off prices. Buy a lot both here and online. They make excellent exercise attire and shoes.

Horrible and disgusting customer service. It was the manager of the store. He had no patience to answer any questions of the customers. He was rolling his eyes and being sarcastic to everyone. He was mocking the customers and was just standing there doing nothing absolutely. If he’s the manager, l can just imagine how worse can the staff be. Just one sentence for that guy - U WILL BE ONLY IN RETAIL FOR THE REST OF UR LIFE IF THAT’s THE ATTITUDE U WANT TO STICK TO.

Received great customer service from Leo who I found out was the manager. Had the wrong size shoe and was discontinued, Leo took the time and went out of his way to find my size with many choices! I went home an extremely satisfied customer and because of Leo and his team I highly recommend this Under Armor store in Livermore CAThank you Leo!!(I will be back)!!

There are only like 4 stores I ever buy anything from in these outlets, but this is one of them. I especially like the clearance racks here. Im always able to find some things I like for good prices. The non-clearance stuff is typically priced a little below pure retail, but its not a bargain. The store itself can feel a bit compact as they dont leave a ton of space between racks. Ive never had a problem with the staff either. So thats good.

To Whom It May Concern:As a customer of your I am truly dissatisfied with your poor service.On Monday (11/7) night I called your store 6 times starting at 6:06 pm and no one answered. Then when I finally arri ed at your store at 6:45 the doors were locked and no o e would amswer the door.The internet and sign on the door both say you close at 7pm. So, your staff de ide not to answer the phone nor open the before closi g. Poor service.

Come here at least 1 or 2 times a month to see what they have. My last 4 visits have been lousy. I wont be shopping here again. They have very misleading sales. T-shirts are discounted but once you get to the counter the normal graphic t-shirts Im buying are different prices and not part of the same all t-shirt special promotion. If something is not included, make it clear. Also the customer service is atrocious. I waited in line to purchase and was told I needed to go to the otherside and get behind people I was a head of because theres no sign to tell what side to enter from. Yeah Ill keep my money and spend it elsewhere from now on. 4 chances and you guys blew each one.
