This Bank treats you like family. I switched all my accounts from a local bank, accounts that I had for 22 years. Umpqua has better rates and is more accommodating. Imagine walking into a bank you have never dealt with and the commercial loan rates are 1/2% better than the local bank.. Imagine that bank working with you, when the local bank will not, on a simple no risk deal.When the local bank offers to match..shame on them, they should have been looking out for me and their customers all along.Umpqua cares about its customers. I will take the strange name with better rates and service over nostalgia.

I went in to see why my account was under review and ANDREW treated me like a criminal and gave me a hanious amount of attitude. Even though I am the victim. I will be closing my account bc of this negative experience. ANDREW should be more sensitive to customers and their money. If not, perhaps ANDREW should not be in banking.
