I cannot say thank you enough to Hailey for an amazing job with the hiring process especially being virtual. I applied on Tuesday and by next week Wednesday I was ready to begin work. Being my first time going through a temp agency I was hesitant as to what was to come but I got the job of my dreams and have had all my questions answered along the way. Thank you again Hailey for getting my foot in the door.

Had a fantastic experience thanks to Hailey and her senior Stephanie. I had a job interview in October with a locally owned company in which I wanted to get my foot in the door. Although I wasnt the perfect fit for that position, Hailey remembered me, my resume, and my desire to work sales. When a sales position opened up, she instantly thought of me. A few weeks later, I got the job offer!

I’ve never used temp agency’s before, until now. And because of the great experience I’ve had with Hailey and Stephanie I’ll forever recommend Ultimate Staffing! I used to work for a staffing agency and I was laid off. I knew how it all worked and I was a little worried about going through one to find a job. I got call from them, did paperwork for a job open spot, background check came through, and I’m starting the next day. I’m so glad to be working for Ultimate Staffing. Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with; always responsive and in a great mood! She was incredibly fast at finding & lining up interviews for me and really understood my wants and need for employment. I am happy to say that after my very first interview I was sent to, I was offered the position that met all my needs! And all of that was possible thanks to Stephanie - she is a great listener and great at what she does!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roth Staffing and my recruiter was Hailey F. Throughout my assignment Hailey was such a good recruiter from the start they were very professional and never lacked in communication, if I had any questions they were always so prompt at getting back to me Overall, I felt heard as an employee! The staff at Ultimate are by far the best people I have had the pleasure of working with. The positions that are available for us professionals have by far exceeded my expectations as far as relating to other temp to hire positions. When one of my contracts ended with a business, I was not home for more than a week when I was offered another position with better pay, and closer to home. Stephanie Randolph has the best outlook for those she assists in our career goals. Her and Nanci Nishkian have helped me obtain a permanent position with a Great team of professionals. I emailed Stephanie Randolph about a job posting I saw on LinkedIn and she emailed me back and set up an interview to meet with me so quickly! I was laid off from my job in July 2020 and for two weeks I looked on my own with no luck. Thats when I emailed Stephanie. Within a week, I was getting set up with multiple interviews - thanks to Nanci Nishkian (she also works at Ultimate and is amazing!). I started off as a temp at my current job and within 3 months I was hired on full-time. Seriously, could not recommend Ultimate Staffing enough. They will find jobs that really fit what youre looking for, I am so grateful I found them.

I was looking for a senior accounting position in the Fresno area and relocating from the east coast. Within minutes of contacting ultimate staffing Lorena reached out to me with opportunities in the area. Lorena was able to set up remote interviews for me and within days I had a job offer from a highly respected CPA firm in the area. I highly recommend Ultimate Staffing. I’m keep it short as possible,but if I wrote word for on how amazing caring and serious William Lopez and his staffing company’s is, I’d be writing a book, I said to say I was unemployed and had a very hard time looking for a job,I came across William and the very next day I was employed,not only was job was nice but also as being a single mother William made sure he found a decent job for me that was able to work around my son homeschooling schedule, I honestly can say there’s no company or staff that’s willing to go above and beyond to help find employment but William and Ultimate staffing was there for me and many others as I also read the reviews, soo if you looking for employment as early as the next day this would be who I recommend you go,their very nicely mannered,respectful, supportive,friendly,and opened to help you!!! Audrea is quick, helpful, listens to your needs, and looks for the best employers. I apply on indeed for jobs and have experience in the field I was pursuing. She found me multiple offers on positions and got an interview every time. Highly recommend if you dont want to waste your time.

I have never been to a staffing agency where they genuinely want to help you find employment and succeed. I had an interview with Lorena on Wednesday, received a call from her Thursday I had an interview set up for Friday with the employer. Now, Ill be doing my paperwork Monday and starting work Tuesday. They are fast and extremely friendly!

The ladies here say they have job placement and will submit your resume over after first meeting with them. And then you NEVER hear back from them. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they never get back to me with any jobs. I’ve wasted so much time waiting on these ladies, Stephanie, Amanda and Ashley. Thanks for nothing.

I have recently been looking for work. When I walked in their agency I was greeted and immediately started with paperwork work. Lorena has been my ally throughout the whole process. I did receive a short temp position from a family friend who needed help so I told them. They said no problem and placed my file on hold. Now Im looking for work again and they are constantly keeping in touch. I look forward to working with them more in the future!

Lorena is amazing! She helped me with all of the paperwork, the computer work, and answering any questions that I had. I did my part and she did hers, she was always in contact with me via email or on the phone I couldnt ask for better communication. Very professional! I received a call and discussed what I was looking for and was assured I would be called back. After less than 2 weeks I got a call backTo schedule an interview. 2 days later I was doing drug screen and background check. I will start next week! Everyone was amazing and super helpful!

I must admit when I first applied I thought it might be a scam because it was so easy! I did an interview, received and replied to some emails and I was employed. I am now almost three months in and I am paid like clockwork. I complete my timecard and less than a week later.... boom, my bank account is replenished. The staff is awesome, especially of note, thanks Irene.

Pro Tip: Dont waste your time! When I first contacted them, they were eager to see my resume, and had me come in and record a video (I wasted 3 hours there that day), but it seemed like they want to help. After that, I got ZERO feedback, ZERO communication from them. They didnt even have the professional courtesy to return a phone call. I left messages, sent emails and never got a response from anyone. Very unprofessional place, and it smelled like cigarette smoke inside the office.

The worst recruiter to deal with have been waiting for a response for almost a month, with fake promises and lies from both parties the recruiter and the job decision makers. They first give you a quick response and then they leave you in the dark stressing with yourself about hearing the news. Once you don’t get it they’ll tell you we are sorry I know you are hungry for the job, what a word to say. Liars liars liars

This is agency is the best there is. I been to a lot of agency and they did nothing but ask me to call in every day. They found me a job at the very moment and asked me to go in to work the next day. I have called and emailed several times in this past month and no one is doing anything to help me. They did a good job when they found me my first job in June. I have been unemployed since the end of August and they are not answering my phone calls or my emails. Very fed up with this place.

William Lopez at the Fresno branch is a liar he told me there was no work at Netafim in Fresno so I went down to Netafim and talk to there hr department and they said they have a lot of job positions open, if anybody looking for work dont try your luck with them they will stab you in the back and when you need work they will say we will put you on are available list and dont call you at all....

This place is full of people that do not help you. I reccomend them get a new branch manager. This place doesnt care for there employees they will send on a 1 day assignment and thats it. Leaving them now.
