Finding a new job is probably one of the most stressful things in our adult life but Erin and Ultimate Staffing made it so easy. Erin is extremely kind and personable and takes the time to really break down the procresses and the different opportunities so you can make a confident and educated decision. She followed up consistently every step of the way and genuinely seems to enjoy helping others. I struggled for so long trying to find a new career path on my own, I really owe a lot to this lovely lady and the rest of Ultimate Staffing.

Grace was amazing to work with the last 2 years. She was helpful and proactive when it came down to helping me with my needs. She would constantly check in with me when i started new assignments and made sure it was something i felt comfortable doing. She understood my needs as a mom and kept that in mind when finding me assignments. After working with several agencies in the past I would like to say with an open chest that Ultimate Staffing is the best and a must go if you ever need help with finding a job. I would highly recommend working with Lauren Murphy! She was very helpful and had the right level of judgement with choosing the right assignments for me. I first started working with Erin in July of 2021. She interviewed with me to get a feel for what I wanted and needed in a job, and lined up a few interviews for me very quickly! I was placed in a job shortly after and was with them for a year. When I wanted to switch gears and find a new position, Erin was just a text away and immediately got to work. She kept me updated every step of the process and has been a huge advocate for me. I can’t even express how much I appreciate the work she’s done. On top of that she’s a wonderfully kind and welcoming person, and has helped me gain confidence in myself and my work. My recruiter, Grace in Carlsbad, listened to my needs and criteria during my job search very closely. I was initially placed in a fun project temporarily, then found a full time position with great culture. Culture and location were my top two priorities in looking for a job and now I work 10 minutes from home with higher pay. Looking for a new job is exhausting especially when you are working at a place that is not the right fit for you. If you feel stuck, do something about it.

I first had an interview which I did not get. Some time later I had a phone interview in which I think I did well. A week went by and no one reached out to me to tell me if I got the job or not. Then I email them only to find out that the position I interviewed for was closed as they didnt need to add more personnel to the company. After this, they never called me again but I emailed them several time to keep me in mind for assignments. After a while I simply gave up as they apparently forgot about me after the phone interview I had. Such a waste of time. First they put my hopes up and later they abbandon me.
