I have been so impressed by the service that I have received at Ultimate Staffing. From the very first meeting that I had with Marley Canchola, I could tell that this company is dedicated to matching the right candidate to the right job.My initial interview was a pleasure, with the emphasis on my talents, my goals and my preferences. I felt that it was important for Marley to get to know me as a person as well as a potential employee. Within a few weeks, I had a series of interviews thanks to Beth Eldridge. After months of job searching, both on my own and through other popular agencies in the area, I was unsure of what to expect from Ultimate Staffing. I quickly received a call back from Joanne, and within a week I was scheduled to have several interviews for some amazing positions. At each step of the way, Joanne and Beth checked in with me, gave me advice and coached me on where I could improve during the interview process. The entire Ultimate Staffing team is knowledgeable about their clients, and put in front of me positions that they knew would align with my long term career goals in addition to being a great fit for my personality.From my initial interview with the agency, to interviews with clients and finally the hiring process, Ultimate Staffing exceeded all of my expectations in ALL areas. They emphasize customer service at every step and it is like nothing I have ever experienced before. My time with Ultimate Staffing was short lived but a great experience. I had been struggling with finding work that was a good fit for me for months, and after applying for one of the positions on their website I quickly received a call. I worked with both Regina Roudebush and Katie Tener, and the communication was incredible. Even when Katie, who was the recruiter handling my position, was out of the office, Regina was in contact with me to keep the process moving. I unfortunately had a back injury that made it impossible to continue training on my first assignment, but they were quick to work with me and try to find a new role that I could start once I recovered. I ended up getting a permanent job elsewhere, but I cannot recommend this agency, specifically Katie and Regina, enough. They were supportive, quick, understanding, and communicative.

I was recommended to use the staffing company by my father, who also quickly was able to get a job. I was quickly able to take some assessment tests and after about two weeks, I was able to be scheduled an interview. The next day I was able to land my job and have been working over two weeks now. Honestly I feel like this staffing agency is very picky and only wants to help certain people who have more experience with whatever jobs they listed. Every time you call them and see if they have that certain job that you are looking for, they’ll tell you that they don’t have anything and for you to call back and check in with them next week or so. But it always the same answer every time you called them. But when you stopped calling them, they don’t care to call and check in with you!

Ive attempted to contact this place several times on LinkedIn and by phone.Whenever I call, hardly anyone picks up and Ive left messages expressing interest in whatever job openings are available. Gurjot and Beth were both incredibly helpful in my search for a job that fit my interests and skill-set. Gurjot interviewed me and made sure she had a full understanding of the type of work I was looking for and I received a call from Beth with an offer before I even reached home! I learned a lot on my assignment, but my overall experience working with this staffing company is terrible. Turnover rate for employees makes it so challenging to reach anyone. The staffing company never checked in during the whole assignment and did not have any other assignments in line when they knew the temporary assignment was ending. I have reach out several times over the course of my assignment and after for various questions and have yet to receive responses. I do not recommend.

I was going to just let this go but I feel like others should be aware. Everything started out great with my assignment but when it came time to expressing to Beth Eldridge the issues I was having, hostile environment and issues with my pay. I was quickly shut down and just questioned why I would want to stay with a job if it’s not working out, I have a right as an employee to express issues and hope for them to be resolved but that wasn’t the case. Beth violated my rights as an employee, when I asked about more money and let her know a conversation myself and a colleague had about pay she threatened my position and said it’s illegal to discuss pay with coworkers. I let her know the equal pay act protects me on this one and she changed her story. She let me know my assignment would most likely be ended due to discussing wages and 3 days later I lost my job. I had called out that day because I wasn’t feeling well and really didn’t have the energy to ask why but I can put 2 and 2 together. I was let go for discussing wages and was left unemployed after having covid. Thanks Beth

I called earlier inquiring about employment for warehouse positions and proceeded to tell them I was homeless then I was told there were no openings at the sametime Im looking at there website that is showing that there are openings...so an hour later I had someone call them back inquiring about warehouse jobs and the same lady that told me no told the person I asked to call back that there multiple positions available.....Shame on you Ultimate Staffing,what ever happened to equal opportunity employment..yes Ive fallen on hard times but you should never judge a book by its cover
