This staffing service is a god-send!! I have been looking for a job for MONTHS. Alexis C., from the Pasadena office reached out to me and offered to help connect me with positions I was more aligned with. She came off very helpful, professional, and sweet, so of course I agreed. We had a meeting through zoom, which I really enjoyed, because she was able to get to know me and goals. I emailed her my resume and she was able to help me change it around and make it look and sound SO much better. It took no time before she was speaking to me about a position that fit my resume and fit my goals. She helped me apply to their position and I was able to get an interview within a couple of days! Alexis unfortunately had to be out of office for several days but she went above and beyond by connecting me with one of her colleagues Serena. Who was also SO helpful!! She gave me information for the interview and checked in after I had it. Fortunately, within the same day Serena called me back and told me I landed the job!! I was ecstatic!!! I was feeling so helpless after not being able to get any jobs, even after interviews would go great. Update: Just stating again what Ive already said that when I was offered the position, the assignment was in Pasadena with a possible chance of going remote if we could not relocate to Diamond Bar (remote was not guaranteed but offered as a potential possibility to me on the phone, I did not ask about working remote) but the assignment was meant to be 3-4 months even if we couldnt go to Diamond Bar and that was not the case. The client let go of staff in the first week once they realized most couldnt go to Diamond Bar which is about an hour away from central LA with the traffic conditions being what they are. Im stating again what I was told and what my expectations were.Getting hired with the company wasnt too hard but being let go in the first week after turning down other assignments was not a great experience for me.Dishonest. I was hired for a Call Center assignment in Pasadena that was full-time and possibly going remote after a few months according to my recruiter. After 3 days the recruiter called me and told me that the company changed their minds and were moving to Diamond Bar which is 2 hours away from me and that they werent keeping anyone who couldnt work onsite in Diamond bar/werent keeping the LA team.Fast forward to now, they have it listed as me quitting. Again very dishonest and deceptive.

After deciding to restart my career in non-profit management, I contacted Ultimate Staffing on March 10th. Alexis called me back and set up a Zoom interview for March 13th. We had a good meeting, and I told her more about my work experience and the type of non-profit position I was looking for.Alexis did make it clear that Ultimate Staffing cannot guarantee placement in a job, and recommended that I do my own search as well. I took her advice and looked around online job sites.A couple of weeks later at the end of March, Alexis called me and asked me if I was still looking for a job. Alexis arranged the screening call, it went well, and I was invited to an in-person interview. I was looking for a job in preparation to move from NorCal to LA. I applied to Ultimate Staffing and they were so helpful and easy to talk to. They sent my resume to companies that suit my work experience. Serena took really good care of me and when she went on leave, May looked after me. I was contacted via telephone from Dita, she advised me of a company that was hiring for a recruiter and said they needed someone to start on Monday (again, she called me on a Thursday). She scheduled me for an interview the following day and was more interested in my previous positions with other companies. When I asked her about the job she supposedly had, things changed. There was no start date of Monday and she couldnt give me any info on the fake opportunity. This scum bag only wanted me to give her info on my jobs so she could call them for business. Dont waste your time and if you do, dont help them with info on your previous positions.
