Ultimate Staffing service contacted me directly to set up an interview with me for a company that was hiring directly. After 2 interviews… One with Carlos Alvarez and the other one with the hiring company, I ended up getting the position with flying colors and I’m very happy with my new position. Remy at Ultimate Staffing is absolutely AMAZING!!! I had been posting resumes and different cover letters several times a day, for a couple of weeks with minimal bites. I met with Remy over Zoom, she sent my resume to 1 or 2 employers and that was it!!! Within in day or two I was hired, at a job I love. She knew me from just that Zoom and placed me with a perfect match. There is no reason to search without the help of Ultimate Staffing 👍😁

They should protect sexual harassment, xiomara and lilit ultimate protects sexual harassment and harassment in the workplace and that is very unpleasant. I was fired for defending my rights due to the sexual harassment I received at work... I not recommend working with us if you dont like sexual harassment...

Don’t waste your time if you’re East Indian. These people asked me for a birth certificate. They racially discriminated against me. They also lied to be about a role being filled. I will be reaching out to several news outlets I know. They will also be reported. Andrea and Isabella are a bunch of disheartening people. I will make it known to the entire south Asian community about their actions.But sincerely, if you’re middle eastern they won’t be hiring you.!Take your time elsewhere

I LOVE this Agency!!! They ALWAYS have your next assignment ready when your current one ends. Most assignments have a long duration (which is really nice). Since Ive been registered with Ultimate Staffing Ive gained experience and knowledge in fields I otherwise wouldnt qualify for. Ive worked in call centers (Customer Service & Medical), been a Billing/Payroll Specialist, Office Clerk ect. In addition to the possibilities for career advancement, Ultimate Staffing cares about their Ambassadors. They have always responded to all of my email/phone calls, resolved any issues I may have had and provided advice/feedback. Their website offers programs, classes and certifications. They pay nicely and provide sick time. Best Agency in the WORLD

Xiomara is a terrible staffing Professional Just to let you know,when they say shes there and theyll connect you to her and it just brings you or goes to machine,thats princess Xiomara, sitting there avoiding you making sure you remain unemployed because you tried to go over them and apply for permanent at a job, she placed you at,And after she sabotages that and made sure they dont call you,she then doesnt answer calls for you either leaving you unemployed while she sips her tea acting innocent.THIS IS a For real PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.They are a cold hearted backstabbing agency so be careful if you ever decide to apply for permanent at a place Xiomara placed you at.If she doesnt get her cut neither do you 👎🏼 because of her Im an adult man who cant get employed anymore at the place who said and asked me to apply for permanent and MS XIOMARA magically refuses my calls even though shes there or not return them.Sadistic and sabotaging to the highest.Not realizing I have a disabled brother and rent to pay. Even though I turned down the job since I accepted another job offer, I was very appreciative for the hard work Lyanne Ramirez has done for me to try and get me employment. I felt so bad that I turned down her offer since she put in so much work, but I had to go with what was best for me. Much love to Lyanne and I highly recommend those looking for a job to go and check out Ultimate Staffing. Ask for XIOMARA MEDRANO. Shes the best. She actually shows you that, you as an ambassador, matter and are valued. This company cares about you, checks on you, makes sure your okay, and also importantly, responds to all your needs extremely fast and promptly. They never forget about you or leave an issue unresolved. My personal experience is exactly that, the best Ive had, working with an agency. If every supervisor or lead was as caring, compassionate, and understanding as XIOMARA, employees would have a much better job experience overall. If you ever need help at all, trust me from my experience, ask for XIOMARA.

About a year ago, I reached out Ultimate Staffing, due to I was on an assignment that had me driving to Pasadena, That assignment had me constantly tired. I reached out to Lilli she did an interview with me and within weeks, I had an assignment, and I have to tell you, I have never been more please with my current assignment. During Covid-19 and moving to a new state, I had no idea where to start. Luckily I came across Julie Spear, she’s one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Her response rate was always great, it genuinely feels like she had has her best interest for you at heart. She was always there to set up interviews with different clients and when we went into the stay at home order, she reassured me that this will all blow over and she will continue to put out my resume. Now that I’m on an assignment, she never fails to check in every week and see how things are going. Truly one of a kind!!! One of the best!!
