I started working with Ultimate Staffing in Brea in October 2023.From the moment I started working with the agency Troy Means was a GREAT help. I got the job Friday evening and I started working Monday morning. It was a pleasure working with Troy. He answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout my 5 months with them. Very professional & helpful. I will absolutely recommend this agency and Troy Means.

I stumbled upon Ultimate Staffing Services Brea Location and got to chat with Bertie Mura. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with finding me work. She really understood the importance of wanting to work and having a meaningful job. I was valued as a person and given helpful tips throughout the process. In less than a week, I was setup with an interview and got the temp position right after my interview! Less than a month later, I am officially hired as a full time buyer assistant!! Spoiler alert: This is a bit lengthy and praise is beyond well deserved to their Brea location recruiter Bertie. From the beginning of our new employment journey, initially we all might jump in with a bit of optimism. Unfortunately that’s short lived by a cluster of mostly unknown or ridiculous expectations sometimes listed for positions. Mainly for me it’s the unknown, the replies from places you would never have applied to or want and of course the sound of silence, is so frustrating. But luckily there are places that are like this that have little recruiting fairies like Bertie with her nonstop professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail throughout the process,. Somehow she made all of the necessary elements fit and work together from making me actually feel like I was actually recognized and not just another heifer in the herd. She’s professional and knows what she’s doing so her understanding my skills, experience, and preferences were intuitively known and she seen the path to my career goals. Bertie’s competence, integrity and graceful knowledge of the employment process was most impressive. I’ve never had this level of professionalism,appropriateness, and all around feeling you can trust from an employment service before . The peace of mind that Bertie radiates is one of a kind. I would recommend this employment agency anytime.

I reached out to Ultimate Staffing Services after they messaged my fiance on LinkedIn, although the message wasnt originally sent to me they were more than happy to help. I received a very fast response from Bertie and she has been so helpful since! I loved that it wasnt just about helping me find a job but she really took the time to help me find something I would enjoy and be good at. Bertie was focused on finding a good fit between myself and a future employer and within only a couple weeks I accepted a position that I am so excited for. I had never worked with a staffing agency before and was a little nervous to reach out to them but Im so glad I did. Just the other day I had Marilyn Orozco reach out to me through indeed with a job offer after viewing my resume. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I met with her soon after and the next day she had an interview for me. She prepped me for the interview and gave me all the necessary tools I needed to insure my success. I was informed that same day that I received the job !!!! Marilyn was such a pleasure to speak with and she was beyond helpful. Ive worked with other staffing agencies and event had much luck nor have they provided me with such amazing service or shown so much dedication in finding a job best suitable for me. I have been using Ultimate Staffing for a couple of years now. Bertie Mura and her team are the best! Everytime I am in-between jobs, I know I can rely on Bertie to find me the right job that fits my skill set. She always follows up to make sure the job is the right fit for me and if its not, she quickly finds me something else. She also checks periodically to see if Im still happy working at the place Im assigned to. Out of all the temp agencies Ive used, Ultimate Staffing is my favorite and its all due to their employees like Bertie Mura.

I found them through Indeed and I was immediately contacted about an hour later. After a few questions, we did a short video interview and tried to determine what job was suited for me. With the help of Bertie, I was placed in a job that I really enjoy and the company recently hired me full time. Im happy with all of the services provided as well as and how quickly they placed me.

Best staffing agency ever!! As I was applying for jobs online Bertie got to me pretty quick, and lined me up for an interview. She took care of the process and applied to multiple positions that were available. Keep in mind that you have to be really patient with the interview process. Bertie and her team really try hard to get you to these interviews, and if all goes well you would start working soon! They’re really informative, nice, and amazing!

I was referred to Ultimate Staffing Services by my two sisters (who are currently employed by jobs also found through Ultimate Staffing Services), and was lucky enough to be helped by Marilyn. Finding a job during a global pandemic is hard. Finding a job for a freshly graduated college student with minimal work experience is even harder, but Marilyn pulled it off...within a week!!! She leveraged my academic school work and business reports to make up for my lack of work experience, and thankfully for Marilyn, I was able to get a well-paid position.I will definitely recommend Ultimate Staffing Services to everyone I know.

I really wanted to change paths and transition out of the construction, Troy helped me exactly with that and exceeded all expectations. He worked really close with me and always called me often to see how I was doing. I am in such a better now that Troy worked his magic! The whole staff here are also all top class individuals! I am so happy that I found this agency and started to apply with them. I applied one years ago with the Brea branch, and they sent me for a couple of interviews. I didnt like them, or they didnt like me. After a couple months pause they called me again and they set up another job and I got it. They are very organized and very updated. They will be in touch with you for anything you want so fast. I was really happy with them and I suggested it to everyone.

I worked with ultimate staffing in brea for about a month. The job I worked for wasn’t organized, didn’t know what they were doing becuase it was a new position and didn’t even train you on anything you had to read everything yourself and just answer calls and when customers had questions about HAVC we weren’t properly trained. The company I worked for let me go. When I called Sandra from Ultimate staffing in Brea about what happened she was told that by the company I worked for Sigler that I wasn’t the right candidate for the job but that I would still be able to work for them because I didn’t get fired. I called 5 months later and spoke to Sandra to see if she had any work and she was so rude to me that she told me that she couldn’t really help me find another job, that sigler was her best client (telling me that since sigler is her best client that It would be hard for her to find me another job elsewhere becuase I lost the best job to her since all she cares about is people looking good for a company so she gets paid. I was hurt and pissed off) and than she tells me as well that the other girl I worked with at sigler that started the same day as me got hired on and that was a slap in the face right there. Sandra is unprofessional and I feel that wasn’t right at all to throw that in my face that the other girl got hired on and I got let go. I am a hard worker and dedicated to my jobs and when I was told that I was so hurt that I called her the next day and said something to her and she acted like nothing happened. Yes ultimate staffing is good to work for and every other employee is nice but Sandra is rude and unprofessional and I would never go back to her.

I met with Sandra/Sandee, not a first good impression. I have emailed, called to check in, yet she never returms my calls. I feel it was a waste of time. I realize some recruiter are better than others. Would not recommend this one! I will stick to other ultimate staff in other citirs, plus other agencies on top of my own networking. I went in to find a job and was told there was a position but, never heard back. I went back in to find out if there was anything and was told No. I asked do I need to call in once a week to check in that Im still available. They told me if something comes up in my field theyd contact me. I havent heard a peep.
