My destiny brought me to Ultimate Staffing 3 years ago at the Granite Ridge location. I was so lucky to meet Natalie DeWitt who is the best recruiter I ever worked with in my professional career. She was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Her manners put my nerves at ease. She was very thorough assessing my experience and academic background. She was very pleased with my resume and what I have to offer to a potential employer. She informed me she is very familiar with my career, and have many promising leads that would be a great match to my background. I felt I came to the right place. Soon, Natalie sent me a job lead which I liked. She secured me an interview in couple of days. The interview went very well. Natalie informed me shortly after the employer offered the position which I gladly accepted. The position was what I was looking for. Right now the job market is a jungle, and you can instantly tell when a recruiter is genuinely working with you to get any kind of decent job position you have basic qualifications for, when you desperately need a job and to survive.Ultimate Staffing was a very negative experience. They got one interview for me, which was a complete dead end and ever since then the recruiter I worked with lacked empathy, clear communication, and consistency. She would say I’ll call you but never does, then started always dodging my calls. I can understand if one job is assigned under another recruiter, but but wouldn’t both recruiters come together on the job candidate’s behalf, for a job they are completely qualified for?I don’t understand. Do not go for this recruiting agency. They will lie and string you along. There is no excuse for this at all whatsoever. Shameful.

I called late afternoon on a Friday and he scheduled me for an interview on Monday to discuss my experience in more detail. He submitted my resume to be considered for the position. I feel so lucky that I found Ultimate Staffing while I was looking for my next job opportunity. I initially heard about Ultimate Staffing from my Mother in Law, who had used their services in the past for multiple job opportunities, saying she enjoyed every job she was assigned during that time. I set up an initial Zoom interview with Brando, who was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
