I had a great experience working with Alex Vargas. My role as an admin contractor via Ultimate Staffing was a significant career change for me. I appreciated Alexs quick and thorough responses whenever I had questions, and there were many. He was always super patient and supportive. I especially appreciated the positive energy he exuded in all of our communication whether it be phone, email, or text. Though Im happy to have been converted to full time, I will genuinely miss working with Alex!

Ultimate Staffing is by far the best temp agency I’ve ever worked for. They care and listen to what their ambassadors have to say. Customer service is also great! Alex Vargas is great and quick to respond to all my emails. I would highly recommend them! 😁

Ultimate Staffing has made it easy for me to transition from full-time to part-time work. Their staff is helpful and my point-of-contact, Alex Vargas, is great to work with. Crystal was a great help in my job search. Her response time was fast and informative. From my very first call with her to the day I received an offer was less than 2 weeks! She gave honest reviews of the companies so there were no surprises during the interview/onboarding process. A huge aspect that I really appreciated was Crystal handled the salary negotiation on my behalf which took away some of the nerves that come along with that process. She secured the amount I was asking for which was higher than the initial offer. If youre looking to work at good companies and want the support during your job search, I would definitely recommend going through Ultimate Staffing and especially working with crystal!

As much as I would like to give a good review I cannot. They got me a Job and I am Grateful for that. BUT I have been trying to get some back pay that has been owed to me since January of last year. I am working with California Department of Labor to get my owed money. They have just messed around with me through email and phone over and over again. I am tired of it and I hope the man who has been dealing with me loses his job over this.

Had a pretty bad experience here a few months ago. I came in to interview and it felt like I was just a number to them. They had very vaguely described a role to me and upon meeting, the description completely changed. Although I had decided for myself that I clearly wasnt a fit (for a call center), they immediately dismissed me, no warmth, it was really awkward. I still think back about this experience and it makes me feel strange.

I am getting harass calls from these individuals at ultimate staffing services, its sad that they need to continue to call me and be upset about them not knowing to communicate with the applicant and their clients. Made me miss 2 job opportunities because of the lack of information. I hope they stop calling me. I have blocked their numbers at this time.

I cannot believe this company cannot reassign an employee...and that they can sleep at night knowing an employee is homeless due to lack of work.....They have abandoned not just myself but other employees as well......Unfair and unjust......no concern for the very people (employees) that make them money......I have worked for many various Temp services who maintain Integrity.....I have never had any issues with any of them But Ultimate Staffing has definitely become the worst employer ever.....
