Angie at Ulta is a beautiful amazing spirit. She jumps right in to help and is very knowledgeable. I was at a low point with I’m sure not pleasant to be around but you wouldn’t have known with her. She pulled out fragrances for me to smell in the scent I like and I ended up with two. It wasn’t the fragrances as much as her positive friendly helpful spirit that lifted me up and changed my current way I was feeling. I of course recommend this Ulta. If you get Angie you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Thank you Angie

Such a wonderful selection of beauty needs. I took advantage of a 20% coupon during Christmas and I was able to use it on Estee Lauder moisturizer! Be careful to watch the price as they scan at the register because sometimes the price rings up higher than the sticker labeled on the shelf. This happened to 2 Maybeline products. They have great sales, and thats just about the only time I shop since the products are a little overpriced. The employees are super sweet and very helpful! I love browsing this store for new ideas.

Worse service ever, bought an expensive perfume that got damaged from the spray top and had my receipt yet they told me at front counter o was able to exchange it then all of the sudden the manager 😡 said she couldn’t exchanged it not even with receipt will never shop here again !!!!!

This Ulta is absolutely great at racial profiling. They judge you on what you’re wearing what you look like etc… I’m a mom and don’t always have time to look my very best as all moms, and let me tell you that when I came here with my 3 year old son and hair up in a bun they absolutely ignored me ! I would walk right in front of them and they wouldn’t even say Hi! Let alone can I help you ?! I was amazed in how they treated me .., I finally got the courage to ask for assistance at the Mac department and the girl that was working there was just chitchatting with her other coworker and wouldn’t care to give me her full attention and made me feel like I was bothering her . I’ve given this place a couple chances to the point that I came in one day purposely looking great with hair and makeup done and without my kid and the experience was different, not great! But better than before to say the least and it really makes me sad that they treat customers here that way . You guys work in retail lol I own a restaurant and I would never ever treat my customers this way ! Do better!!!! Read your reviews! Whoever the manager is here needs to really do her job better. Don’t come to this location if you want to be judged by the clothes you wear rather than a human being. Or have a security guard follow you around like a hawk and make you feel uncomfortable. This location is horrible!

Love the perfume section here, they have everything!! So underneath all the fragrances they have a Detailed description of what each one smells like and a description of whats added in their perfumes which makes it so much easier to find the scent that you like and the staff here is very friendly and helpful

I live within the area, and I would visit this location frequently. However, I decided not to shop at this store anymore because of the racial profiling. I went two weeks ago to buy some concealer and perfume. I love and collect perfumes, so I smell as many as possible before purchasing one. I felt like I was being watched, and I noticed the security guard turned his direction toward me and kept staring at me while talking on his earpiece. Numerous employees pretended to ask me if I needed help to monitor me, which was pretty obvious because they were not doing it to anyone else around me. So I stopped looking around and purchased my perfume and concealer and left to go to Sephora up the street. I will not be setting foot in this location again.

Johnny and Alina helped me out today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at Ulta. They were really helpful and didn’t mind the thousands of questions I was asking. Neither of them pressured me to purchase anything and also found the products that I did purchase. They gave me some wonderful recommendations. They where genuinely kind which is difficult to find such amazing people like them in the retail industry. Definitely will be looking for them when I come back (:

I’m not happy with my most recent experience. I had a benefit brow bar appointment at 12pm and I arrived a few minutes late because it was my lunch (my fault) only 12pm or 12:20pm was available. I told a lady in the front I had an appointment and she went to go find the brow lady. She came back and said she was on her break and would be back in 10 minutes. It was longer than 10 minutes and I didn’t sit down to have my brows waxed until 12:30. While I was waiting I shopped around because I needed a few things. I picked up shampoo and 2 items from Benefit (mascara and a brow pencil). When the brow lady saw the shampoo she criticized me for using the brand. She also over waxed my brows and left them thinner and uneven. While cleaning them up with a tweezer, she said very condescending that I used a small razor on the lower part of my brows and because I did that I will have ingrown hairs in that area. The cashier experience was horrible too. And I was the only one waiting in line because they were not busy at all. There is a promo if you buy $35 of benefit product or more you receive a free fun size brow setter. It does say until 5/28 or while supplies last. But nothing was offered to me. She checked the drawers and said they have no more. But maybe something in replace would have been cool. I left feeling very upset. I’m very sad and disappointed with their service. I never like to leave bad reviews but I felt like I had to this time.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in stock ANYTIME you go. it doesn’t matter when. they don’t get any new items delivered. everything opened and used even if at the back. all shelves of any brand pretty much empty. not even the GIFT CARDS WERE IN STOCK. if that isn’t concerning i don’t know what is.

This is Jacqueline I live in Chino Hills and I shopped here today and I asked a question that if they still sell hair extensions and she answered No No No shaking her head angrily. I told her that they use to sell extensions there and she looked at me angrily and annoyed and nodded her head aggressively not anymore and she rolled her eyes angrily. She had horrible customer service to me I dont even know why she is manager if she treats certain people that she doesnt like like trash. I never experienced such horrible customer service in my life at least employees should fake a nice attitude is not like there giving the things for free Ulta is expensive for customer service like that.

Found what I needed and got out. Store was clean and organized. I like that no one came up to me go ask if I needed help lol. I did need help with the benefit section since I wanted to get a suggestion on different shades for my eyebrows. Their line was confusing to pay. Staff was occupied with something about another customer and forgot to tell me the points I had. Not mad at it, just what happened.

This is the worst Ulta. All I wanted to do was return some products that I purchased online. I had the physical receipt and the receipt on my phone. The first girl really tried but something was not going through. So I asked for a manager. Manager didn’t come over but another cashier did. The other cashier had such a bad attitude and kept asking me to find a different receipt on my phone. Between waiting in line for 20 minutes, being pregnant, and with my two year old, I said I wasn’t going to search through my phone when the receipt was right there. The second girl kept giving me attitude about it. I lost my cool and asked for my products back. The second girl was really rude about it and the first girl seemed annoyed. When I finally got the manager she explained they have had issues with their return system. Cool. If someone had said that from the beginning or grabbed their manager like originally asked for, everything would’ve been fine. If you work in customer service you do your best to be understanding, kind, and solution oriented. There was no reason for me to accept store credit or a bad attitude. I won’t be coming back to this Ulta and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Concerning a pickup:I received a text message today reminding me to pickup my order so I went there. I waited 10-15 minutes while they were trying to find my order in every box that was available for pickup orders. They were telling me it was probably put back last night. But it clearly states on the Ulta site and on the e-mail that I had 5 days to pick up and Sept. 8 was the last day. The text message I received also stated that! Today was the last day to pick up. But here I was, the employee telling me in a tone that there was nothing to be done, that they already put it away. Okay... so should I say Thats ok! and go home?!She finally called the manager over. When the manager came, she tried looking through all the boxes as well. Which was another 5 minutes or so. And when she was done, she was telling me the same thing the other employee told me. Im here thinking, so is this my fault? Is it my problem? I have to go home without my order? I also got the product on a Beauty Steal price, so now I lost that offer. Then the manager says, Okay, go get the item and I can maybe discount the item. Well see. I believe in this kind of situation, one of them should help me retrieve the item. I should not be instructed to go get the item like it was my fault or like I was an employee there. And she also said maybe it will be discounted? So if it was not discounted, am I forced to pay full price if I dont want to walk out empty handed?Fortunately, the system allowed her to readjust the price to the price I paid. But then another inconvenience occurred where their credit card system did not work so I had to pay with cash. When the discount went through, the manager just left. Because obviously her job was done. She did not give me any other further info concerning my order, which I have already paid for. So now currently I have paid for 2 items, but I have only received 1 item.I understand mistakes happen, but these actions were very unprofessional and inefficient. There could have been better ways to handle the situation and their attitude was not helping the situation or making anyone happy. Very disappointed in how this problem was handled.

Showed up to pick up my curbside order and waited 10 minutes. Tried using the “call us” button and it wasn’t working. Finally called the store to only to find out they stop doing curbside at 5pm. I had gotten here before 5 but by the time I got fed up with waiting and called it was already 5:03. I came here on Saturday and not one associate approached to he assist me. So I went to another Ulta and was helped right away.Today, I decided to look for a foundations and primer. They weren’t buys at all. I am looking tos we if someone will assist. So I begin to look at foundations and see an associate just stand there looking. Since we made eye contact she said “do you need help?” Ummm yea!.I asked if she can recommend me a foundations based on my type of skin. She didn’t didn’t really care to help so I asked her about Nars that it was given to me as a sample and i think I would like to try it. I asked her to color match me and gave me one color and said “this one looks like your color” and put some foundation in my hand. Never did she try other colors or recommended other foundations.I asked her “can you color match me?” She said “yea” and gave me a wipe to remove my makeup and again squirted the same color in my hand for me to apply. I removed the makeup and i applied it myself. I understand maybe the associates are not applying foundation to customer maybe. But I didn’t get that at other Ultas. Only this location.The other Ulta I went to and purchase my items was the opposite. They gave me options in foundations and colors and also gave me samples to try (the associates did the color match for me).When I asked the associate if I can have a sample of a lighter shade color she said “you can buy the travel size” 🙄. I was trying to avoid purchasing a bottle and then having to bring it back.I will stick to Sephora. Only reason I came here was because I had a gift card.

If you come here be prepared to be followed and stared at in the store as if you are gonna steal product. They will greet you as normal when you enter the store but if you are not blonde or look “rich” they will continue side eye glances. Customer service is also very weak. I can’t ask a question without looking like bothering them. The only helpful employee that was kind was the Asian woman in the Benefit section. She helped us look for product without making us feel bad or as if we don’t belong there. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this type of behavior has happened in this store and we are not the only ones who experienced this. Other customers have been vocal about this hostile behavior.

Clearly a pick up order is so hard to do because each employee kept dumping me to another. For “customer service” this place is a joke. I was followed around and having employees glaring at me while shopping. Customer service wasnt the best either, It feels like I need to be a MUA or a blonde white lady to get good service around here. The only decent service I had was with one of the only colored woman in the store. ( she was great btw she was working the benefit counter and was only helpful employee I can find) I even had security chase my down an aisle while I was walking down the store. He just looked at me the walked away. I would appreciate buying some decent concealer without being looked at like I am gonna steal the whole store.Perhaps a face full of makeup (with no mask) will get me better service, it did for others at the store.

We placed an order online and we were able to pick up the product in about an hour. they were very attentive towards the curb side pick up as there were other cars also picking up. you just have to call the store and tell them your name and car model youre in and they will bring it right out to you. im sure well be ordering again in the future

The store has every type of cosmetic product, such as makeup products, hair products, dermatology section, a hair salon, and more. The store is very organized and easy to navigate. The employee who helped showed nothing but kindness, knowledge of products in the store, and professionalism. She helped pick out a foundation and gave genuine recommendations on foundation. If I knew her name, I would recommend everybody to her. She is the perfect example of customer service. 10/10

The salon manager Kylee is amazing! Her work is beautiful and she goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I was very specific about what color I wanted and she heard me out and worked with me. I absolutely love my color and cut! My hair looks even LONGER after she cut it! This place has the worst customer service. There was a long line and an employee came up to help one person, who was an employee shopping on her day off, and then got off the register. Loving the line to continue to grow. Twice they asked for additional help for checkout assistance and eventually help came. We were in the store for 20 minutes. 5 minutes shopping and 15 minutes waiting to pay. After paying the cashier said thanks ladies! to my sister and myself. Im no lady I have a beard. Pull your head out of your backside and look at what is going on around you.

I’m very light complexed but I love to look like my glowing like a gold brick not like a shiny spoon but 24/7! “I told her I love make-up, and I want to look made up! However I want to look natural,” and she helped me find products that are going to do just that. Foundation, brows, and lips.
