We were unfortunately sold on something they didnt have. We were deciding between Paylocity and Ultimate and were leaning towards Paylocity. The deciding factor was that the Ultimate sales Rep Dan assured us that Ultimate had a direct connection with Quickbooks ONLINE (we were very specific about the online so there wouldnt be any confusion) and that they had a 360 integration (EDI, API) and could integrate with our personal business software so we could push commissions into Ultimate automatically. Unfortunately it wasnt until loads of money later and after we were neck deep into our implementation with Ultimate that we found out they could to neither. We also dont do Time and Attendance which added steps to our payroll processes so we are where we were before with our old payroll system except we paid way too much money up front and have more manual processes. The only reason I gave two stars is because we felt our implementation team at Ultimate was great especially Libby who was our contact and held our hand through the process. Its not worth the super expensive sign up fee.

I continue to have a Terrible experience with Ultipro, I have to call HR to reset my password every time I need to log in. I have to schedule my day around when I can get a hold of HR when I need to address tax docs, vacation, sick leave, insurance info, etc. They do not answer the phones and tell you to contact your administrator if you get an email back...which seemed automated.
