I dropped my phone 1 too many times and this time the glass needed to be replaced, yes, even WITH a cover! Both the counter and tech were extremely helpful and were quick to replace the glass and let me know when it was completed! They even have a device coverage for all devices in the household! Evan was a great tech. Gave us an update with ETA when he was on his way. Greeted us warmly and let us know he was going to fix the device and would knock on door when he was finished. (Having UBreakIFix come to our home to replace the screen in the mobile work van is easy and quite honestly amazing) Evan completed the job quickly and handed device back off to us. We asked about screen because it made a clicking sound and he kindly explained that it was due to the adhesive still setting. Great job Evan!

Friendly people.Location is in a strip mall with inadequate parking.My phone needed a screen protector replacement. This is the closest authorized Samsung repair center to Lancaster, so on March 17, I scheduled service through Samsung Care for a repair to occur at 6:30pm on March 23. I received a text from Asurion asking me to confirm the appointment on March 18. I responded in the affirmative.That brings us to today March 23.I drive the hour it takes to get here solely for this repair. Tech tells me it takes 3-4 hours for a screen protector replacement, because they have to run a diagnostic...for a screen protector thats peeling... Tech also says the repair costs $30 instead of the $19.99 quoted by Samsung, AND they may not even do that repair anymore. 🤷 Tech says they tried to call, but my voicemail was full (thanks political robocallers for filling my voicemail all the way up).Couldnt they have let me know by text? I received and responded to a text.Couldnt they have checked to see if they actually perform a repair that got put on their calendar a week earlier?So then tech offers to schedule another appointment, but I should call the day off to see if they can fit me in and if they will actually do the repair. Sorry, what? If you commit time on your calendar to do a repair, make gosh dang sure you can keep your commitment. Ive already wasted almost 3 hours on this. Theres no I know you blocked out 5-6 friggin hours of your Saturday for a minimally important task, but we committed to a job we cannot do. Sorry I guess.Now, I dont blame the tech as much as I blame Samsung and Asurion.

I Had an appt thru samsing to figure out why my galaxy s22 ultra stopped connecting to the network suddenly. I was told he cpuldnt find my 6pm appt, and that if i did come in theres nothing they can do tonight, which is fine, i expected as much they made my appt 1 hour before closing. My issue, is that without even seeing the phone which doesnt have so much as a scratch on it, that it probably couldnt be fixed. Somehow he knows it cant be the attenea or sim card reader. He was very rude and condecending. I dont know how these guys have such good reviews.

The employees are friendly and helpful at the Santa Clarita, Ca location. They give advice that helps with deciding what repairs would be most beneficial and cost effective. The technician showed up explained what he needed to do. He went to his back to his van and fixed my phone. He went above an beyond. He even put a brand new screen protector on my phone after he replaced the the screen on my phone. He did amazing. Very kind also. I would highly recommend this company. Stellar; a great value! 2nd time I’ve had an iPhone battery replaced. Iphone 8+, & an iphone Xmax. Both times the battery replacement was reasonable, I was expecting $100+, and both times it was $20 less. About 2 hours to replace the battery. When I was paying with my card, Jose flipped to the next screen before I could hit the 20% tip. He said, instead, go give some good reviews … so here I am. THIS is the place other shops send phones to have fixed. For you … just go here instead of a kiosk.

I had an appointment today to fix my S21 screen. When I got there I was told that it could be up to 4 hours to repair and that theres a possibility that my phone would not be ready until tomorrow, which does not work for me as I need my phone for work. There were only two staff there. I dont get accepting appointments when short staffed. Anyways, I called a kiosk at the mall, and they had my phone fixed in an hour.

My phone died unexpectedly... well.. I guess it always happens unexpectedly in the worst possible way, and then we try to scramble and put our life back together. Because lets face it, we are all attached to our phones in all ways of our lives.So my phone died... and I brought it to a different place (not going to mention that place) where they held it for a couple of days, nothing was done...and then they were extremely rude about handling my case. In desperation I simply Googled some other nearby phone repair facility, and what a difference it was...Asurion phone and repair shop was very straightforward about all the possible expenses and when I came back to pick up my fully working phone a couple of days later.... they didnt charge me anything!!!!My phone glitched, and according to them all they did was to take the battery out and put it back and my phone started working again. They would not even charge me service fee.I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially having a bad experience prior.

I dropped my phone and cracked the protective screen and the home button. After pricing a new phone (yikes), I walked into Asurion to see if (fingers crossed) they could just fix the button. Their staff was extremely helpful and said they could not fix the cracked button but would have to fix the whole screen, which costs 1/3 of a new phone. Resigned to having to lay out money for a new phone, before we left, their representative suggested we implement a bypass of the home button. He helped adjust the settings and it worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money. Thank you for helping us find a solution. He didnt have to do that. We 100% recommend them based on this honest and fair exchange.

I took my phone in for a problem with the screen and the camera. He initially quoted a screen and camera replacement, but when I left it and he checked it out, just disconnecting and reconnecting the screen and the camera made it work again. Wes did not charge me for this, which I found incredibly impressive. People charge for everything now. I found him to be honest, friendly and overall a pleasure to deal with. If you have a Samsung Care plan DO NOT TAKE IT THERE! Found out the painful way today that they decided to no longer support Servify claims from them. Oddly enough all the claims from Samsung are from Servify. So after paying a deductible, scheduling appointment with them, and then showing up, Im told they cant do anything about it and that I should call Samsung instead. Absolutely terrible service, if youre not going to support something dont have their ads up in your business and remove yourself from their program. Dont allow people to schedule appointments with them, have them come to your place, and then tell them sorry cant do anything for you 🤦‍♂️.

Brought my laptop in because i had spilled some water on it accidentally. The laptop itself was working fine, but the trackpad stopped working entirely. They had my computer for approx. 3 days, did full diagnostics, and the trackpad was operational after a good internal parts cleaning. They didnt charge me anything! Seemed sketch. They cant fix a screen if it is in maintenance mode even though that is exactly what maintenance mode on ONE UI 5.1 is for. Im refraining giving them a 1 star review because its possible the tech or company policy isnt up to date with the current OS capabilites. I found them thru my phones makers website as a certified repair location. Neither case nor screen protector sticker were able to save the screen on my new phone. I recently purchased a Galaxy Z Flip 4 and it broke within a couple of weeks. I called over a dozen different fix it places in the SCV and AV. No other store had the tools or capability to fix it. I took my phone in and they very honest about everything. My camera didnt work and they were going to replace it. It turns out its not the camera it is a bad circuit board. They could have keep my deposit for the time they spent on it but they did not. They are very honest and I will use them again if needed, but I will refer them to anyone who ask if I know a phone repair shop. They were also very polite and have a good customer additude.

I completely shattered my Google Pixel 2 XL after dropping it and they were able to repair the front, frame, and battery. I had to go here for a samsung/assurion repair for my Samsung Galaxy s21 phone. I dropped it from my lap while sitting and it happened to hit right on the corner shattering that corner only on the front. The process was quick and easy.I set up the appointment with assurion, came in and dropped off my phone. 3 hours later I had a brand new screen that 100% looked as if it came out of the factory. The only difference was that they added a screen protector for no charge.The employees I spoke to at this location were friendly, helpful, and did their jobs exceptionally well. If you end up with a mobile device that needs repair, I can wholeheartedly and steadfastly recommend this location.One caveat is that parking can get a little tight in this complex, so be sure to pick a time outside of normal lunch time or dinner hours. Just to be sure. Currently about 20% of the spaces are being taken up by businesses without door tents for outdoor seating. And while I absolutely hope that they can continue to do so because eating outside on a patio in an outdoor tent is delightful, it does affect parking.

After sending my phone to Apple for an new battery on my old out of warranty phone they returned the phone to me stating they would not change the battery because something on the phone was not original. When the phone was returned it was returned with a broken screen. They refused to repair the screen so I brought the phone to ubreakifix for a battery and screen replacement. After repairs we completed they called and said Apple had actually replaced the battery and I was only charged for the screen repair. I’m extremely impressed with their honesty and the quality of their work. I won’t hesitate to bring my electronics to them first next time.

These guys absolutely killed it. I had an issue with my Samsung S10e, the battery was bulging screen separating looked like a god awful mess. After trying to get my insurance going through Verizon themselves, they just looked at me like I was crazy. Another reputable phone repair place wanted over 300$ and just kinda shrugged mentioning I should use my insurance.Not Ubreak. After showing them my issue, they helped me actually get my insurance to pay for it. Had it done in less than 3 hours, phone looks brand new. Only cost about 30 bucks (insurance deductible) and I have a brand new battery, new screen and everything. This is how you train your people to take care of people!

I’m an clumsy and I’ve broken several screens. I’ve always taken it to a Kiosk at the mall, paid around $120 and they have it fixed within 30 mins. I decided to stop here to fix my 4th or so screen and they charged me quite a bit and took an hour.When I got my phone back, my screen recognition wasn’t working. So I went back a few days later when I had the time and they said they can’t fix it. That it’s an Apple problem not them. I told them my phone worked before they touched it and now it doesn’t. I asked for a refund since they cant fix one of the main functions on my phone that I use constantly. The manager, rudely, said, “I can give you a refund but I have to put your broken screen back on.” I stood my ground bc it’s my phone and it’s not working now.Eventually he gave me a refund on the screen but not the screen protector which is fine. I will never go back to a store that takes longer, costs more, and messes up.So the main point to my review is: Just go to the mall and browse for 30 mins while you wait for your phone. It’s that easy.

I brought my google pixel 1 here for a battery replacement and was sadly disappointed. My initial thoughts were good because the staff communicated well with me and were fairly professional/amiable. However, after receiving my phone I was perplexed to see that they had ruined part of the chassis. Around the phone closer to the screen there were dents and scuffs. Also something that was quite bizarre to me was the fact that the chassis was warped. When I held the phone in my hand it was like holding a bent piece of metal. Also the screen was slightly lifted. Probably wont comeback.

TL;DR: I am a techie, and was absolutely amazed with the results I got after repairing my year and a half old Samsung Galaxy S8 (which is difficult to do). The repair was $300 and it was totally worth it because it was certified by Samsung, the manufacturer, and they didnt just replace my screen and glass back, they also replaced the side panel along the borders. The repair took under 2 hours, and my phone was practically new. *If youre thinking about this place you should head over, check it out, and consider your options, but remember, this place does things properly, will not take risky shortcuts, and will give you detailed information.***And look up the parts that your phone needs. It will help you understand the pricing they give you, and dont forget to include cost of labor because handling or repairing electronics is difficult, especially the tiny ones in a phone the size of your hand**On Monday, I went into this uBreakIFix location with a shattered Samsung Galaxy S8 screen and glass back, and dented side panel. The gentleman at the desk told me they would need to ship in parts (because my phone is an uncommon color) and that they would get back to me in two days. I gave the $100 deposit (for MY particular device) and waited. Two days later, I got the phone call and headed over. After getting the call at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, I headed over at 12:30 PM, dropped my phone off, and waited. Under 2 hours later I got a second phone call (from a different device, of course) and they had my phone ready. I walked in, paid the remaining amount, bringing the total to right around $290 (keep in mind that my device is only about 2 years old, and it has top-of-the-line parts), and walked out. My device was spotless. It was as though I had just taken it out of the box. These people do a wonderful job and explained everything clearly. I looked up the parts myself and they would have cost around $220 plus an unknown shipping cost and date, and thats compared to the next day shipping uBreakIFix had access to for my parts. Another $70 got me parts that are DEFINITELY from Samsung, the manufacturer, and kept my phones water resistance (which unauthorized third party places CANNOT ensure, no matter what they say). Id reccomend anyone with a messed up device to AT LEAST head over to this store so they can look at your device. Consider your options, but know that this place is legit.P.SThis review is so long because most of the good reviews arent detailing why this place is great. Some of these reviews have 3 stars saying they got EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED. I got MORE than what I wanted, so this place deserves a detailed review explaining why I would return.

Terrible. Went to get my Asus laptop screen fixed back in February. Replacing the screen cost $300, totally not worth it. They screwed up the hinge and the back of the laptop in the process and said they would order it and call back when they had the part in. Came in 3 months later after not hearing back and they said theyll order it again. Still nothing. Another 4 months later and its still broken. Would not recommend this place to anyone. My screen works now but I would rather have a minor cracked screen than a broken hinge that gets caught and a screen that pops out of its shell.edit: in response to the reply they left me below i called and i was never able to get through to anybody. its been well over 90 days since i left this review so they probably wouldnt be able to help anyways. this only proves my point more as to why you shouldnt come to this place.

Came in for a screen repair on an iPhone 8, got my phone back and it the screen had a new issue when I make calls. They apologized and fixed. The screen I paid for was the authorized Apple screen and not the after market one at a cheaper price, but I the screen has latency issues.
