The guy who came to my house to fix my phone was super friendly and funny. He was so quick. This is the second time Ive used this service with my phone insurance. Last time it took an hour, but this time it only took 20 mins. I was so happy. I didnt think my phone would able to be fixed. Now my phones looking brand new again. Thanks for your services. 😎👍🏾

This service is innovative, inclusive, and so convenient! When I accidentally broke my phone screen I was devastated. Thankfully I have insurance on my phone. Through Verizon it was a free fix and they were able to schedule me for a repair only 2 days after the incident. The best thing about it that I wasnt expecting though....they come to you!! I didnt have to worry about going anywhere or the possibility of leaving my phone! Plus the free fix saved me from spending the $100 - $200 that most, if not all, phone repair shops ask for. Wild! The young gentleman that helped me that day said it would take 20 minutes, but he was done in a little over 10! Absolutely amazing. Oh, and they sell phone screen protectors too, so you can buy one from them if you need to. I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone. I can only imagine the amount of people they are/could help that have harder times leaving their home or simply cant leave their home. If I could give more stars, I would!! 10/10!

Upon arriving at their store I was surprised to find out that the claim I was told was filled by Verizon did not go through, the young lady at the counter was very helpful and got me to someone who could help me file my claim and then they were able to repair my screen on my phone. This was such a relief. Its very hard to communicate with Verizon when you cant read email and text messages. Getting the phone fixed was literally a life saver

Very professional, quick, and flawless repair. Got my phone with a new glass screen back on two hours like stated and they installed the liquid screen protector I purchased as well. After filing a claim for a cracked screen, I was referred to uBreakiFix on Benjamin Holt and was very pleased with the customer service I received. I was expecting to wait for the repair to take two hours, but they delivered it back to me in less than 1.5 hours. Phone is as good as new - Thank you for the good experience!

If you dont have insurance on your phone, then this place is an absolute scam. (Still a scam either way, unless your insurance is paying for it) Its very clear that they dont want your business unless you have insurance. One way you can always tell if a place is scamming you is if they dont explain why it costs that much. They refused to tell me what samsung OEM parts actually cost for my phone. Just that they were expensive. I asked if they could install non OEM parts. And they said they could not because insurance. Even though my phone was not going to be paid for through insurance. I got a phone fixed here a couple of years back and it was a reasonable price. I wonder when they changed their business model to scamming people.

My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra had a crack along with a line of dead pixels going from right to the middle of the phone. As soon as the repair tech arrived, the damaged screen was replaced in no less than 20 to 30 minutes and I havent had any issues with the phone. I recommend anyone to have your mobile phone repair with this company due to the prompt response and quick repair.
