I went in yesterday to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. The tech (Art) who assisted me was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He made the experience stress free. I brought my husbands phone for a repair, and I asked for a screen protector. Gentleman said to use the liquid protection from Gadget Guard. I was skeptical, but I was assured it worked as good as the rest. Few days later, the phone fell and the screen cracked. Since Verizon will cover the cracked screen, I submitted a claim with Gadget Guard for reimbursement for the amount of the protector. They said the warranty doesnt work that way and disconnected me. So I called this store and they said, once you use it we cant refund you. So pretty much I was sold snake oil with this liquid screen protector. If you have insurance and no copay, dont buy.

Got a new phone from AT&T and was told someone would come to my house and transfer data from old phone to new phone. It was a lie! After 2 hours being on the phone with AT&T I finally got someone at Asurion that sent me to ubreakifix. I went to Redlands and Art saved me!! He transferred the data and explained things to me. Within a few minutes it was done. Art was courteous and patient, explaining things as he went along. Of all the interactions I have had with phone co. Personnel he is the absolute best!!!! He will be my go to always. No more spending hours on the phone with people who do not help! Thank you Art!

I was so happy to get my Samsung Tablet repaired in a timely manner. My cats were fighting and they broke the screen and I was afraid that I would cut my hand. I love my electronic stuff and I was beginning to worry that I wouldnt be able to do zoom on it. I walked in the store in a state of distress. I could no longer charge my phone an needed my phone to access a bus ticket app to get home. As soon as i walked in the door the store clerk acknowledged me even though he was helping someone else. After informing me that my charging port was damaged and would cost $130 to replace he offered to clean the charging port and my charger to see if that worked. And it did. I havent had any problems charging my phone and since then and was able to get in and get out without great cost.

The employees at this location are very respectful and attentive. Their professional work completed exactly what was needed for my phone repairs, and also kept their word prior when Art said they would call me when the parts to repair my phone would become available. I really appreciate how friendly they are. I was helped by both Victor and Art at this particular store and they made sure I did not leave till all my questions were answered and I was completly satisfied. DISHONEST- LIARS-INSURANCE SCAMMERS- My wife just made the mistake of buying the new Samsung flip phone- we have paid for insurance for years and never made a claim in good faith that if the time came they would honor it, but this Samsung screen went out and they had the audacity to tell us our warranty was void for a tiny little spec dot on the back of the case, clearly it is not from dropping the phone or any type of damage other than putting it into a woman’s purse - I will NEVER BUY SAMSUNG’S products OR ASSURIAN - I plan to try and file a small claim or see if any class actions have been filed- clearly this is a corporation taking advantage of us small people- the salesman there should find another job rather than work for these crooks

Best place ever! I had been charging my phone wirelessly because I couldnt get it to charge with a cord; it wouldnt fit right, something was blocking the port. I tried fixing it myself, but couldnt see anything wrong. Izsak took my phone and looked at it and immediately knew what was wrong, fixed it in less than 15 seconds and wouldnt take any money for the job. These guys are fire!

I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm to have my phone repaired. They closed the store early and 6 without notifying me or attempting to reschedule. I even received a confirmation text which I responded to prior to coming. It was a complete waste of time, and a sign of inept and uncaring management. Find another repair service.
