Fast service. I submitted a claim on Friday for broken screen and they were ready for me the next day. Then it only takes 2 hours for repairs and my phone looked brand new. Overall Im very satisfied for the quick turnaround and parts readily available.

Let me save you a bunch of time and frustration. I own a pixel 8 which is under a year old covered by warranty. There seems to be a number of phones affected by a flickering green display. Google has acknowledged this. Theyve extended the warranty of the pixel 8 to 3 years. They told me to bring the phone to my nearest ubreakifixit I proceed to go to the store so seemingly get my phone repaired under warranty as its under a year old 6 months old to be exact and they told I proceed to go to the store so seemingly get my phone repaired under warranty as its under a year old 6 months old to be exact and they told me I would have to pay for my screen repair because its an impact problem. So theyre telling me that I dropped my phone. To make a long story short, I went to two of these businesses and I got the same answer. The owners there want to charge you for parts and they do not want to warranty. Google and or Samsungs repair services do not go here if you have a screen issue at all

I had an emergency! My work laptop would not turn on and Jackie went above and beyond by repairing it in less than 2 hours. She gave me best case and worst case scenarios but kept me updated during the process. Not only did she repair it, but she also cleaned it and got it running better than before. Great Experience….!! My IPad was acting up…Jackie recommended cleaning the port, did it for me…and didn’t even charge me for it. They have a really good monthly insurance program for All your stuff. I saw them in my neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Glad I did!!

Awesome customer service and work from Jackie! I was super stressed out because I broke the screen for my S21 Ultra. I was ready to just full on pay out of pocket but they let me know to check if I had insurance on it and to file a claim.Well, what do you know! Insurance and all good to go. I have Verizon so I think my copay was roughly around $30.Note: if you have Verizon then make sure to file a claim online first with asurion. Its super easy and way better than trying to call to file a claim. My phone was broken so they let me call Verizon, but I was having a hard time getting them to do anything. Have a buddy or go online first to file a claim that way they can immediately get started on their services.Overall 10/10 great service from Jackie. My phone works and now Im not stuck! Thank you so much!

I made an appointment at the Chula Vista location to get a screen protector replaced only to find out they didnt cary the one for my phone. I had to fill out the specifications on line to make the appointment. That should have been the point of notice that it wasnt in their inventory. I then called the East Palomar location but there was no answer. So I checked online where it showed to be open. So I drove out there only to find a sheet of paper on the door stating it was closed. Its not that difficult to post a closure on line. Waste of time and gas.

Very helpful! I’m glad that they are finally open. The manager helped me out with my insurance claim. Then he replaced my iPhone 11 screen within 30 minutes. Looks brand new. I will be back with all my iPhone needs in the future. Better than the actual Apple Store. No waiting.

This place gave me the worst experience. They told me it would take 1-2 hours and guided me that I could safely visit them in 4 hours. I visited in 4 hours but they said it would take another 40 minutes and I said I would visit in 1 hour and they said yes. I visited 1 hour and 10 minutes later and they said it was lunch time and put a note saying they would open in 1 hour and 15 minutes and locked the door. I waited there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. But they didnt fix my smartphone. They say they dont have parts so you have to order them. If I had been informed that there were no parts from the beginning, I would have found another store or method. But they made me throw away my time and the cost of gas going back and forth there. I will never visit this store again and I will not recommend it to my friends either.
