Not impressed AT ALL!!!!This place has had my phone for a total of 10 hours over a 2 day period and have not been able to repair my phone simply because of a lack of communication on their end. They apparently let my phone sit for hours unrepaired, when a simple phone call to me could have and would have allowed them to fix the phone.When confronted with this very logical question, they had no answer. Their answer was, I dont know.Whos running this place????????If you choose to go here, make sure you follow through with your repair. They will not.

It was great customer service and the phone was fixed perfect. The only issue I had was at the end when I tried to hand the technician my credit card so I could pay the bill he said no. I have to answer a quick question on the computer screen before I could pay a the question was how much do I want to tip 15% 20% or 25% on a the repair bill that was $200 I was wondering why I was asked to tip.

I had an appointment but was almost 30 minutes early. The team was so knowledgeable, polite, and happy (which is hard to find these days). They replaced my screen protector (on a Samsung z4 flip) in record time. They had one of those credit card machines that asks you if you would like to leave a tip, heck yeah, it was great of an experience!

Love this place and honestly going to be my go to place and recommendation for anyone that needs help with anything!! It was quick easy and very honest in what was wrong with my phone and friendly! Shout out to Stephanie, George and David and sorry if I spelled anyone name wrong lol but they were all amazing and friendly! They are the definition of customer service thank you!

I just got a brand new Google pixel fold phone and it failed. These guys tried everything in my behalf to work with Google and get it done and eventually Google did concede and gave us a new phone. But what a great shop and what a wonderful service they have here

January 9, 2024 - I broke my screen to an MSI GF63 Thin computer.January 29, 2024 - I filed a claim, paid for it, and took it to this place.January 30 - February 22 (And Still Going) They said they had to order new screen parts. A week goes by, two weeks go by, and still no new screen to fix my laptop. They said they would call and update me about my PC, but I always have to call them. They say the expected dates on when my screen would get to them to repair, and I wait. But then that day comes, I call them, and they say, it was a shipping delay, they didnt deliver it to the mailbox, all of that. Im starting to become impatient. It shouldnt take almost 30 DAYS just to get a PC fixed. Im starting to wonder if they actually scammed me out of my computer (they probably knew it was a gaming laptop and wanted to have it for themselves). Thats why Im starting to not believe this whole shipping delay stuff. I NEED MY COMPUTER!!! I START SCHOOL IN A WEEK AND I NEED IT!!!

Instead of the same day 2 hour repair, I experienced a long and quite frustrating 6 day process. Like others have stated, the place seems to be understaffed for the volume of customers it serves. You cant be mad at the staff who appeared to do their best given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the end result is poor adherence to answering phone calls, inability to keep promises to return calls or complete services within a stated time frame... overall poor customer service. Im happy I got my phone fixed by utilizing my Verizon wireless protect plan, but I dont recommend this Asurion service and plan to cancel my protection. I would rather deal with a cracked screen for a few months before being able to trade in the phone instead of dealing with this service again. Good luck people.

My screen broke just before Christmas and the part took a week to come in. It was out of the owners control. He felt really bad about the delay and even brought the fone to my place of work when it was completed . He hooked me up w a gratis screen protector too. Hes a smart and caring guy who tries his best to manage all of the problems thrown at him.
