Quick. Knowledge. Helpful. Did I mention QUICK?!!Very easy to make an appt. Walked in and was greeted right away. Was given a 3-4 hour window. Received text/email/call about an hour later with ready for pick up message. Communicate was great! Also offer a one year warranty on their fixed item.

I went to the store for 2 iphone items: bad charging port & new battery. I picked up my phone end of day. Got home. Phone opened for about 4 minutes then went black. I had to sign again and again. This happened repeatedly. Took it back. They had my phone for about 2 days. In the end they said they could not fix it. Must be a bad motherboard?? Really?? My phone did NOT have an issue until they replaced the 2 requested issues!!! Without admitting, they offered to replace the phone! I declined because I did not want them working on a new phone. Perhaps just a fluke? Coincidence?? Never know.....

I’ll be honest, I thought this place was sketchy from certain reviews and upon arriving but when I picked my Series X back up, it was fixed up so very well. The estimate was two days but I got it back within 1 hour. Basically my issues were my Series X was making ps4 levels of noise and they cleaned it and added thermal paste to the CPU. This company will do a pre- and post-diagnostic on your items. It’s not the cheapest service but it was certainly high quality. So yeah, that’s about it. I got proved wrong and thanks ubreakifix.

My iPhone screen wasn’t working properly. Took it to uBreakiFix. Luckily phone was still under warranty. They fixed my phone in under 2 hours & free of charge. I even got another 1 year warranty on my new phone screen. Definitely will be using these guys from now with any kind of phone repair.

Do not trust this place for PC repairs, they had my PC for 8 days without calling me eventually I got sick of waiting and went to go pick it up, they said they looked at it and it was not repairable. Like I said they never called me to pick it up. I doubt they even looked at it. I took it to a small local electronic repair shop and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. They should have just said they were not qualified instead of charging me and lying it was not repairable. Beware.

Don’t ever bring your product to this location unless you never want to see it again. I had to follow up multiple times for months about my product repair status and was always given a different answer. Now when I called they said they recycled my product and nothing can be done. There goes hundreds of dollars down the drain, I am trying to rectify this with corporate and that isn’t going very well either.

My son’s phone had a cracked screen and we took it there on a Sunday. They were busy and I knew it would be the case. But the young lady helping us (Sunday afternoon) was openly honest about the wait and we chose to come back the next day.We came back around 4 and the same young lady helped us and she was still just as helpful and kind. Very friendly and had us in the system and ready to go quickly. She said to give her 2 hours but in 45 minutes (maybe less… we missed the call) our phone was ready. And when we went to pick it up the young man helping us checkout was just as nice and made with the we checked to see if the phone was working. I would highly recommend this spot. Very patient and got the work done satisfactorily.

My experience started out positive I went to my appointment on Saturday and the gentleman that helped me wan very nice however they didn’t have the part needed and he said they would have it overnighted and would call me Monday. I didn’t hear anything so I just stopped by to check and that’s where my experience went south the girl working the counter who would not give me her name was so rude unhelpful and has no customer service skills. Rather disappointed no I have to find another place to fix the phone

Great store with excellent employees. I could not be any happier about my experience at my local Asurion. I walked in expecting the worst about my sons iPhone with both the front and back glass on the phone cracked. They explained my options and they replaced both the front and back glass for me in less than a day. The cost was alot less than I expected and the phone looks brand new. The employees were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and it shows. This is my second time using Asurion repairing my phone and both times were fantastic and I will always take my phone issues to Asurion from now on!

Awful experience. Had a screen replaced on my phone for $310. 6mo later the screen stopped working randomly. Took it to the Simi Valley location and they said they were no longer a franchise and couldnt fix it under warranty (?). Called the Asurion tech line who told me to go to Woodland Hills where they have agreed to fix it. Drove there and was told me they would fix it... until they found out it was a warranty issue. Then they called a Supervisor on the phone who claimed there was physical damage despite agreeing there was no cracks or any physical damage they could find before finding out about the warranty. They told me to go to yet another location and see if they would fix it. Scam artists.I will never use these guys again. Wasted 3hrs of my time only to be screwed out of a legitimate warranty issue. Avoid and find another company!

Update: I heard from the manager of the store and he said it was an honest mistake. He claimed it was an oversight, but that in fact the screen was not cracked and he would work on letting Amazon know so I could get the full credit. By the end of the day it was fixed. Of course it would have been nice to not have gone through this at all but rather just had the correct assessment done of the tablet from the get go. I do appreciate him reaching out to me and doing the right thing.Dropped off a kid’s Amazon fire. There was nothing wrong with the device. Amazon was offering $20 if the tablet still held its charge and was free of damage. It was. The clerk put in the notes that the tablet had cracks! A complete lie!!! Amazon has now charged me the difference of $15. I really can’t stand business with unethical practices. Just be honest!!!

We went there a week ago with a ipad that wouldnt get charged. A week later we got back and the iPad was burning hot . They said 500 dollars. They may have take the battery out . They ARE SCAMMERS! This is a great place to go and see about your broken phones etc. I came here because my phone charging port was broken. Took it to the geek squad for diagnosis and they told me I have to go to Apple to get charging port replaced but I decided to come here instead to get a quote on how much that would cost. Quinn here was very nice and honest and told me that it was just a broken piece of metal stuck inside and he pulled it out and was done in 5 minutes. My phone is charging great now and he didn’t even charge me! That was awesome because he could have just let me replace the whole thing. So grateful to come across honest people and great service these days. Highly recommend them.

Had some horrible charging port issues with my iPhone 10 Max.... I had some co-workers tell me about this place and boy am I glad they did. I spoke with Mike on the phone, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and welcomed me over to come check out my phone.I was greeted by Dakota who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. Customer service sent me there (30 min away) assuring me this location could do the repair to my charger unit on my I Phone 12 pro. Not only did they not have those parts, they kept insisting they didn’t have the parts to the iPhone 11 pro (so they didn’t have the right parts to the wrong model of my phone). Can’t make it up. They said the repair would take 6-8 hours and a full time tech dedicated to it. In fact it only takes one hour. I told them I would bring my phone in in the morning, and I heard it reported to some presumed manager in back that I was “refusing” to leave my phone. The store had no merch, looked stripped down to the hocks. Stay away.

I took my phone in for a screen repair as I needed to get an upgraded phone. I couldnt upgrade my phone until they repaired it through my insurance. The deductible was $30. This is reasonable enough considering I pay $15 per month. I have wireless charged my phone for its entire life. I have never had a single issue with wireless charging. I come in and it takes them a full 24 hours to even look at the phone for some reason. As infuriating as that was it wasnt as bad as the scam that was about to come. They claims that wireless charging wasnt working so they would not be able to repair the screen. How that makes any sense is beyond me but how they could so blatantly attempt to scam me is also beyond me. I immediately filed an information report with the police to protect myself from the scam. Of course when I got home the wireless charging was no longer working. What this company essentially is doing is breaking your phone at the repair shop with issues they claim are intermittent. Intermittent issues with technology is the perfect crime as it is impossible to determine the issue without swapping out the part. Since I had no issue with wireless charging before this is a clear and blatant scam that I will be reporting with Verizon as well as the proper authorities. I heard another gentleman coming in talking about how his asurion phone was also having issues. This company is a complete fraud and the way the screen cracked on my Samsung phone was as though it was an iPhone. The replacement phone they wanted to me to buy was directly due to an issue with one of their replacement phones. How does that make any sense? Why would I buy another replacement phone from you after you just claimed that the reason I cant get service from you is because the phone randomly doesnt wireless charge, despite me not having any issue with wireless charging before I came to the store. Such a scam. I will never deal with this insurance company again.

I would have given more than 5 stars if possible. I went to Asurion because I had connected a headphone to my laptop and the 3.5mm headphone jack broke and got stuck in the headphone port of my laptop. As a result, I could not hear any audio from my laptop because the laptop was still producing output through the headphone and the speakers remained off. When I brought my laptop into Asurion, within a few minutes, Ken removed the broken 3.5mm headphone jack and returned the laptop to back to its normal condition. He was very professional. There was no wait time. He neither charged me nor asked for any tip. Thank you Ken for your help. You saved my day!

I had a crack in my phone, and was worried (based on what I had read) that it would cost quite a bit to fix. I told him this and he said not to worry, that the repair in question would only be around $30. He had a lot of integrity. Then I asked how long the repair would take, and he said he could stop what he was working on currently and have me fixed up in a manner of minutes, while I waited.Great service, a knowledgeable and personable technician, a very clean and attractive store--overall a great experience. I used to work for a major firm that studied customer satisfaction (J.D. Power and Associates), so I am very attentive to the customer experience. I brought my daughters iPhone in today because the tip of the charging cable broke off and got stuck in her phone. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and immediately took the phone to the back. In five minutes, he was able to remove the broken piece of cable from her phone without damaging the jack. Phone screen was fixed nicely but camera stopped working 2 days later. Guys said they knew the common camera buzzing motor issue right away and to bring it in. Told them I went through insurance and was all of a sudden given a strong backlash of them not having liability and it wasn’t their fault. I understand the insurance issue however I do not understand partnering with the phone insurance company if phones are being improperly repaired. Initial store manager was rude although I tried to stay pretty calm. Not a great experience overall.

I brought my moms laptop in because it wasnt booting up properly. Garrett helped me. He was not only helpful, he was informative, and took the time to get the laptop functioning properly while explaining what was going on with it. He didnt charge me for his time which is valuable. Not only is at an extremely courteous representative but hes someone who goes above and beyond expectations. I broke my google pixel 2 last night. And let me tell you I had a total mental breakdown about it. I made an appointment online then came in close to when they opened. Theodore helped me promptly, he was super informative and friendly. They checked to see if they had the correct parts to fix my phone, and luckily they did! Theodore gave me a quote and told me it would be 2-3 hours until they had it fixed. He called me maybe an hour or hour and a half later and told me it was done. I went in for an update because my Galaxy note 10 plus stopped taking over the air updates. The guy behind the counter did not listen to what I was saying. I have 2 Note 10’s one is on one UI 2.1 and the other is on 2.0. I needed it to go from 2.0 to 2.1 so both phones would be on the same OS.
