Amazing service and super helpful people! My XBOX hard drive died and needed to get swapped out. They had one on site and it was twice as big as what I originally had. They completed the work really fast and everything works way better than before.

Wonderful professional employees. Was referred by Verizon and will always come back. I was helped by Mark and I was so nervous that my phone could not be repaired and I would be losing data from work. But he made the process so easy and fast.

I had a really frustrating experience here. I brought in my Pixel 3XL to get the battery replaced. The tech (Jonathan?) went to check if they had a replacement battery on hand and confirmed they did would be able to complete the repair within 2 hours. He completes a work order and prints me a receipt.I go kill some time and come back to pick up my phone. Bad news. Another tech informs me that actually they in fact did not have the parts needed, since the 1st tech mistakenly thought I had a Pixel 3a XL.They told me I could wait for a replacement battery to arrive (1 week ETA) or drive to the Fullerton location where they had a battery on hand. I drove to Fullerton to drop off my phone, but had to wait until the next day to pick it up since it was closing time by that point in the evening.Huge waste of my afternoon, and I had to cancel plans I had made for the next day. Theres no satisfying explanation for the mistake, other than Jonathan was simply moving too fast, wasnt paying attention to detail, or didnt know what he was talking about. I was very clear about the model I gave them, and it was reflected correctly on the printed receipt.I was never offered a discount or something similar, just a fist bump for my troubles. If I wasted several hours of a customers time, I would have done a little more to make it right. Bad initial interaction, and an underwhelming apology to amend for it.

I brought in my husbands Samsung Z Fold 4 phone because the screen was damaged due to a fall. Not only did John replace the inner screen but he also replaced the spine and the bezel that were both damaged during the fall. The phone looks brand new. It is gorgeous! They went above and beyond and we are beside ourselves by the kindness and service we received. You guys did a beautiful job and we are truly grateful. UBreakiFix did another outstanding job for me today. Out of the hundreds of passwords I remember or have stored, I forgot the password for a new tablet. Since I had a great experience here before, I responded to uBreakiFix for assistance.I met with DANIEL, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I explained I was having trouble resetting the tablet. He took the tablet to his work area for several minutes and returned with tablet reset and up and running. He also assisted with ensuring I was logged back into the tablet before I left. In addition, Daniel cleaned the charging port and speaker ports on my iPhone for free.I really appreciated the great service Daniel provided. Although I hope I dont have to return soon, I certainly will when another problem arises. Thanks again Daniel.

Daniel let me know I could have my screen protector installed for a review. When I came in, John installed the screen protector and did a great job. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Ill definitely come back if I need anything else.

Friendly place, had an issue with my charging port. Instead of talking replacement or costs, they took my phone to clean before getting into anything. Came back real quick and it worked! They then told me the cleaning was at no cost. Very satisfied!

They replaced my cracked screen in less then 3 hours. I had insurance so I didnt pay anything. Just called to make a claim and walked in without an appointment. The cute technician was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. Simple and easy just like me. Wait. . . .

Excellent customer service. I drove down from the Victorville area because of their willingness to help with my repair. Daniel and John helped me and had such GREAT attitude. Thanks guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Definitely will be returning to repair several other electronics. My phone is like new and the work done was excellent. You gained another client.
