Came across this place by luck and thank goodness I did. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Got my cellphone screen repaired in just over a hour. Much quicker than I anticipated so win win. Comparable prices when I initially shopped around for quotes but definitely the fastest turnaround. Highly recommend!

Came in as soon as it opened and they took us right away. My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen went green on me and we didn’t want to get a new phone. The process was smooth and simple! I made an appointment not too far from my home, your representative was very professional, and in an hour my phone was fixed. And at a reasonable price. These guys are very unprofessional. They have had our phone for over a month and they cant seem to get it right. We prepaid over $600 to get it fixed. We have made 3 trips to their store just today. Their management and communication is very bad. I wouldnt recommend them for anything unless you want to get your phone and money stuck with them. I would give them negative stars if I could.

My boyfriend got his screen fixed at this location 5 days ago. Service was prompt and done quickly. Today, he took his phone out of his back pocket and the top part there the camera is, has completely popped out and therefore, cracked. Upon calling the location, they are unable to provide any assistance due to the physical damage on the screen… due to the screen popping out. $200+ completely down the drain and no accountability or helpfulness from employees. Disappointed to say the least.

My phone decided to act up in the middle crease and called Samsung who told me to come to this location for a replacement since it would be covered under warranty. I didnt want to travel to Palo Alto and came here. Was greeted by Alexa who was welcoming and has an infectious smile.The bad thing is the color that the phone came in from Samsung, they do not have it nor their distributers so left me with paying for a new inner screen. Truly recommend for all your cell needs.

My phone had water damage. Before the repair the agent said there is 50% chance of recovery and hence I paid the fees but after the repair he says there is only 10% chance of recovery for any phone damage. So he lied and un necessarily lost money. If I knew there is 10% chance of recovery I will never go for repair

Outside the staff being genuinely nice, this place is awful. Brought my computer by to replace the LCD display. I was told it would take 3-5 business days, didn’t think much of it. I dropped it off on a Saturday and called to follow up the following Thursday. They didn’t even place an order for the part. In fact, they said they called me to “confirm and invoice” my order. Yet, I paid when I dropped it off. Then I call a few days later and they tell me there’s ANOTHER delay. Idk what kind of communication they have, but it clearly has som MAJOR MAJOR faults. Do yourself a favor and just go to GeekSquad or something. Literally anything else is better

My Samsung Z Flip 5 had a white line at the fold, a line of dead pixels. Submitted a case with Samsung Care and scheduled an appointment with this local authorized repair shop the same day. My phone was fixed in 1.5 hours with genuine OEM parts. Cant be happier with the service.I was also amazed at the number of electronics they repair, from game consoles to computers, and anything in between. Bookmark them for your future electronics repair needs.

Great service and fast repairs. I have one of the most challenging phones to repair, the Samsung ZFold 4. They did a complete make over. Why? Because my inside screen cracked, then my outer stopped working, and once repaired, I noticed my camera was out of focus. They didnt have any issues when I returned it. They just fixed it. These guys can fix any consumer electronics.When I was there there are several people giving these reps are pretty hard time but they were doing their best and working very hard. I came in with my phone SHATTERED due to an accident I was in and it was broken on both sides front and back. I chose not to go to the Apple Store because they would’ve charged me an excessive amount of money. Instead, I was referred to Ubreakifix and was helped by a woman named Sandara. She was the sweetest, greeted me with the biggest smile and fixed my phone quickly as she could! I came in the morning and it was finished that same evening! I brought my iPad in for repair. I could not get the plug into the charging port. Sandara who was helping me knew the problem over the phone and when I brought it to her it was exactly what she had explained. My iPad was fixed in 10 minutes and was charged a reasonable price. Very bad experience. We gave our phone for a screen fix and it was fixed in couple of hours. After picking it from the store and taking it to home, we noticed that the camera and cellular is not working. We took the phone to the store the next day and Ubreak suggested to take the phone to Cellular provider. Cellular provider confirmed everything working on their end. Later we took the phone to Apple Store and they suggested Ubreak I fix to diagnose the problem.On the third day, we took the phone back to ubreak and provided the feedback given by Apple and cellular provider. Ubreak said that they will diagnose the problem. On the 4th day, we got call asking for the phone passcode to figure out the issue. When I went to the store, the person working there said he is from a different location and doesn’t have the authority to change the motherboard and asked us to stop by the next day. On 5th day, I dropped the phone back in the store. On the 6th day, I got a call from the store saying that the phone is bent. When I said I don’t remember the phone is being bent, the person said in the phone call that it’s bent inside the phone and it’s hard to identify from the outside. When I went to the store, the person showed the phone and that’s bent from outside which contradicts from what they said on the phone call. Also, the attitude of the person was careless.Not happy with the service.

This shop is awesome! They’ve always been very nice and kept us up to date. They also kept our electronics in the shop for a week or so as we got busy with work and couldn’t manage to go on the day it was ready! It happened so fast! Armani was very kind. This location is the worst!! It is an Amazon drop off location to return specific items. I have come across town 4 times to return an item (all during listed business hours) and the are always closed. Today they have an “out to lunch” sign that says they’ll be back in over an hour! Very bad customer experience over here. If you are an android user then read this before you even think of showing up there.Called them on Thursday to see if they can replace the screen on my Samsung phone. They said they can do it and gave me a quote. I showed up on Friday after work. First they said their system was down and took my phone saying I will get it back on Saturday around noon. That was my first mistake to trust them.I call them around 11.30 am on Saturday and then they say it will be available by 5 pm. Already annoying at this point. I call again at 4 pm to see if they would have it ready by 5 pm as I had to be somewhere else as well. They then say the parts are not there and I can pick my phone.I show up at the store and the person says I have to talk to Samsung as no one else in the bay area has the parts. I take it to the uBreakIFix in Fremont and get it fixed by Sunday.Very bad tech and customer service that wasted my time in back and forth. Stay far away from this place. Never ever going here and telling everyone I know how bad they are.

Only issue I had was trying to contact the shop to see if they had time fix my phone since I live 20 miles away...the number on the claim reached a fax machine, tried to call the support number which disconnected me 3 times before talking to someone who then transfered me to Verizon which gave me an automated response that my claim is confirmed...ugh, all while time was running out, annoying!

I could not rave more about this place and the stellar customer service that I received today. The new manager went above and beyond to help me. (Johnathan)I came in with a battery issue and turns out I filed the wrong claim and had to create a new one with the Verizon extended warranty. Jonathan is the man. I live In Utah and here working for the next 3weeks. I use my phone frequently for work and need it to find my way around the city. I called the closest location to me but after calling 5 times and not one answer it was worth the 30 minute drive. Jonathan answered the phone and told me to bring it in same day. Even though he was busy he had my screen replaced and back in my hands in no time at all. He is a true professional, kind, and compassionate. I had my battery replaced on my Samsung Note 8. New battery was worse than my old one. When I contacted the store, they promised to replace with another battery that still hasnt arrived after several weeks. Since my battery replacement, my phone started dropping calls or often I couldnt connect on made and received calls (same issue with texts). I never had this problem before repair. I called the store. They said all they can do is replace my battery when it comes in. So I got a bad battery, and they mess up my phone. A complete waste of my money plus a lot of aggravation. Clearly I would advise not using this company.

Made a reservation on the website for 2:00PM since they dont provide a number to the store itself. I took my S22 Ultra for cracked-screen replacement in fully working condition otherwise, the service person was able to unlock with the passwords and even enabled developer option in the phone in front of me. He knew it was in working condition too.After 2 hours and hearing back from them, I went back and They returned the phone to me after 2 hours saying it stopped working before they could fix the screen. Do not trust this shop especially the one in Dublin. The guy who took phone, did not even come out when I went to collect it, another guy came out and handed it over to me. Was a bit nervous going here given the avg review score of 1.8 at the time of this writing, but this was the closest place to me that Google recommended for replacing a cracked screen on my Pixel 6 Pro. It was a good experience. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to replace the screen in about an hour with no fuss. When my brother picked up his phone after the repair, the cashapp website was on his phone with a random account. They used my brothers phone to use a cashapp for some reason. The people here did not even assess the problem with my phone properly. They were going to charge me 109 dollars for a repair that cost around 10(I found this out at another store later). To me it seemed like they were trying to make a quick buck. I would instead recommend going to ScreenWorks in Pleasanton. They had fantastic and quick service. Turns out a piece of my iPhone charger broke off and was stuck inside my phone. However, ibreakufix told us that the charger port was damaged and needs to be replaced for 109 dollars. After going to screenworks they took the piece out of my charging port in less than 5 minutes and explained to me how I could avoid the problem next time. Please do not get your phone here and instead go to ScreenWorks.

Do not ever use uBreakiFix. The people working in the store a pleasant and professional, but management and ownership is TERRIBLE.On the advice of Google I took my phone to the Dublin, CA uBreakiFix store to repair a faulty battery. The only time I got an update on my phone was when I called to ask. Eventually when making my weekly call to check on my phone it would go straight to voicemail and I never got a call back. I ended up calling their 800 number and talked to a rep at corporate after 45 minutes on hold.The rep was very nice and put me on hold again after hearing about the problems Id been experiencing. When she came back on the line she told me that the Dublin store had closed permanently and had been closed for some time. Nobody at the store had thought to call and let their customers know that their phones were now being serviced out of the Union City store.OK, fine, pandemic is still going strong, its hard for everyone to find employees right now so I can see that maybe the store had to close, but the franchise owners should have called every customer to let them know. So now I call the Union City store and am told theyve been in contact with Google to get the phone fixed. That was 2 weeks ago, and today I call to get a status update (because remember, they will NEVER call you to update you) and they tell me that Google has told them to put back all the original parts and ship it back to me, still broken. 1.5 months theyve had it and my phone will not be fixed.DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO uBreakIFix. If it is a warranty repair then choose any other option. If you are spending your own money on the repair, then I implore you, find another company.

Do not use their appointment system. I came to my 6pm appointment for a 1hr screen fix and they told me they had stopped accepting devices for repair at 3pm. I was told by this site (and also the union city store which also has an appointment system) that they dont use their appointments at all.Also call in advance to verify they have the parts needed to perform the repair.I came in the next day (having called the store a few times to verify my appointment and their hours, as well as if their store could repair my specific kind of device). I was turned away because they didnt have the parts in stock to perform the repair. I could either wait a week or try the Union city store. They were polite and apologetic that they didnt have the part I needed. I felt this interaction earned an extra star.I got my device fixed at union city. The screen repair took 3 hours (they told me the repair would take 2-4hrs :)I left my device with the union city store at 11am and picked it up the next day good as new.

My iPad suddenly wouldnt accept my charger cable. Nothing was visibly wrong and I took it to the Dublin location of uBreakiFix. There was no waiting. A friendly employee named Troy took my iPad to the back and, less than a minute later, returned it to me - completely fixed. It turned out that the very tip of the charging cable had broken off and was stuck inside the port of the iPad. Troy gave me the piece, which looked like a tiny little staple. Apparently, this is a pretty common occurrence. Easy fix and he did it FREE of charge. I will definitely use this company again if I have any issues with my Apple products.

Turns out this store is closed, couldnt make an appointment online so I spent half hour on hold. I finally gave up and called their customer service line that others provided in other reviews. The person picked up and said that this location is closed Monday - Sunday. It says they just updated their hours here on Google maps a week ago. Now the nearest location is Union City. I have suggested to Google that this store is closed hopefully it is accepted soon. Until then dont waste your time and just plan on going to union city for an afternoon.

I had the worst experience in this store and the entire UBreakifix company.Short story, there is a disgruntled employee at the Dublin location. He simply hates his job and is too proud to work at a ubreakifix store. He refused service to me for no apparent reason, other than not having a good day or not liking me.Long story, my phones screen broke and I have the Verizon insurance. I went through the verizon webite, and then Asurian to submit a claim, pay deductible, select store, date/time all that.Walked in the store at 10AM right after they opened. There was a guy, African-American, average build, average to tall height. He wasn’t wearing a mask when I got there, and after he put it on, it was only covering his mouth and not the nose.He couldn’t find me in their system, I explained that I went through the claim process online, and he said they can’t find it and I should have reserved a part!! I asked him what should I do then? And started being very rude and told me “it’s not my job to tell you, call them”!Anyway, I went out called verizon, asurian, and they confirmed the claim and location, I had the rep stay on the phone when I walked back in to make sure they can sort it out together. When I walked in, I had two phones in my hands and was struggling to put my mask on, he started shouting at me that put your mask on. I brought it to his attention, I’m doing my best, however, you were not wearing it yourself when I initially came in.He then started shouting at me again, that get out of my store, I refuse service to you, and continued cursing at me.I walked out, called back verizon, assigned me another store in Oakland. Drove all the way there. Surprise surprise, such a store does not exist!!! I received a confirmation email with the address, but no store to be found at that address.You can check it yourself: 4299 PIEDMONT AVE STE BOAKLAND, CA 94611I ended up in Union city for the repair. Just google map it and see how much I drove in one day and waisted an entire day to get a simple screen fixed. If this seems right to the owner of these stores, well good luck!Note to owner/manager:Having a disgruntled employee is bad business, simply let him go. I don’t know how the owner/regional manager is handling these stores, but whatever it is, something is wrong. You can’t have a location with bad employees and locations listed that don’t exist, you might wanna get some help.
