I call ahead to ask how long it would take to fix a phone screen and they said one hour. I tried to get there as soon as I could that Day, but it was a long drive, and longer with traffic. I got there exactly 1 hour before they closed so I figured they would tell me I was too late, but they said give them 45 minutes. It was done in about 30! Great fast service, I am extremely grateful!

I have had work done multiple times at this location on my pixel 7 pro. They are always professional and accurate about the time quotes given. I have a really nice case on my phone now, but when I crack the screen again Ill be returning.

Worst experience ever. This business is dishonest, does poor work, and does not hold staff accountable. I took my Samsung fold 5 in for repairs under warranty. A pixel died on the interior large screen. When I got the phone back, the pixel was fixed, but the outer screen no longer worked. I brought it back immediately and was told sometimes when they remove the small screen to access the inside of the phone for repairs, it doesnt seat right when they put it back on and that they would check for loose wires. They didnt find anything wrong and told me to bring it back another day and it would be fixed under the warranty with a whole new screen. I brought it back when they said, they in took it, and fixed it, installing a new small screen, but then said Samsung did not approve the repair, so they argued with me and Samsung for 3 hours, then removed the new screen and replaced it with the one that didnt work while they made me wait. Then when I got it back it was missing the sim tray. I went back to the store to pick it up and it was smashed to bits. They accused me of dropping it off like that and refused to fix it. Unbelievable experience. Avoid at all costs. Send your phone in to get repaired. Dont trust this vendor.Update:Vendor just responded to my criticism as if I hadnt tried to address this with the staff and management already. Underscores how disingenuous they are. I spoke to the district manager who took no responsibility for the damages to my phone. She pointed her finger at Samsung, despite her staff having broken the small screen and sim tray. She was rude, unprofessional and did nothing to address my concerns. With a district manager with this attitude, no surprise the staff feel empowered to break hardware with impunity.

27-April-2024, Great service and technicians. Urgently needing my phone working after cracking the screen and LCD screen, their customer service was fantastic. With proper time, the team was able to service my phone and get it back to me the same day. Ive used this services twice. Both times resulted in great service.

My technician communicated clearly and gave me generous advance notice of his arrival. He explained the repair process and answered my questions. He was friendly and courteous. I hope I dont crack my screen again, but if I do, its great knowing that I will have a quality technician to help me...Great experience!

Took my PS5 in with an obvious HDMI port issue. The lady there swore that there was no issue with the HDMI port and that she was able to play games on it. They “cleaned” my console, slapped me with a 55 dollar fee and said it worked fine. I got it home and tried it with various tvs, HDMI’s cables, and power cables but it did not work. I then called them and they said that it works just fine and that it is probably the conditions I put the console in…what conditions??? I tried it on 3 brand new tvs and two monitors, 6 HDMI Cables to no avail. Customer service was no help either. They “do not give refunds for repairs”,but they didn’t even repair anything. The customer service line also kept saying they needed to place me on a brief hold while they checked something and then they’d transfer me to some other department that had nothing to do with the issue. This company sucks. Stay far away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very professional service! I came in needing to computer fans replaced for my ASUS computer. The job was complete by the next day with a phone call + text to let us know that it was ready. I would highly recommend them.

Was very happy with service I recoeved at ubreakifix. The tech Vikram P. was friendly and saved me time and money by identifying the real problem with my charging port for my iphone 12 mini. It just needed to be cleaned. He also helped me see that my screen was not broken and that it was just my screen protector. This all happened in less than 30 minutes and I thought it was going to take 2 hours.

This was by far the easiest appointment for a service. Technician showed up on time. Repair took less than 15 minutes. The technician was kind, quick and helpful. Highly recommend

Excellent work by Evelyn and the whole team. Brought my phone back from the dead, or at least life support. My phone was stuck in an endless boot loop, constant crashing, very unstable. They replaced the main board, the charging port sub-board, and the battery. Asurion is a certified Samsung repair shop and they were able to get Samsung to cover everything under warranty. Like having a new phone. Kudos!
