My sons Pixel 5a screen suddenly glitched. It went black with small flashing sections. I found that uBreakifix was recommended in some groups concerning phone repairs and is an authorized Google repair business.Emmanuel and the lead tech were friendly and fast at completing the repair in just a couple hours. I was quoted $170 for the fix, but it ended up being covered under Googles warranty! I will recommend uBreakifix to my friends and familty.

Tony and his whole crew over there are remarkable. I always drive an extra distance to go to the elk Grove one because these guys know their stuff, are always polite and helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. I even saw one of them patiently help an elderly lady who was clueless with her tech. Karma points for this team! They fixed my fold 4 issues numerous times and they fix it right

Great customer service, great same day repair, excellent information about my phone screen that I didnt know and great advice on how to avoid the problem I had that got me to Ubreakifix in the first place. Also, the Elk Grove location for both AT&T and Ubreak were far superior than their counterparts in Citrus Heights. I was pretty disgruntled with the whole deal, especially AT&T Citrus Heights, but the Elk Grove store was very good, didnt cost me anything and I even got money back. All of my issues were resolved to my satisfaction in Elk Grove and I highly recommend Ubreakifix if you need a repair. Im still skeptical of AT&T, but theyve got me on a 3 year contract so Im stuck, which Im not happy about. My mistake, I warn others to not make the same mistake as I did.

What can I really say about this place? Absolutely amazing! Mr. Tony said, I’ll call you in 2 to 3 days. Well, a lot faster than that. We barely even touched the exit door before Mr. Nico said, already fixed it. You got to be kidding me? I heard good things about this place but this was very impressive. I honestly do not like to buy insurance or anything in that matter but because we do have computers, TVs, and cell phones, it was a must. Thank you so much you guys! Oh… they fixed my husband‘s switch. We also try to fix my daughters iPad, but because of how old it was, he said it was better to get a used one if that’s what I wanted. I like it when people are straight up with me and don’t sugarcoat anything.

I cannot say enough good things about this place 😀. They provided top notch customer service from the minute I was advised by my phone insurance to go there for cracked screen. They took the time to go over everything with me, and patiently listened to both problems I had with the phone. Took a couple of hours and I left with brand new screen, screen saver and a new battery. They also checked for malware. Back home with my phone and its perfect 👌. Highly recommend these guys. I will return if I have any further phone issues. Thank you guys.

Had a phone battery replaced here under insurance warranty, phone worked fine before hand battery just died fast. Screen went black 8hrs after repair, they denied any responsibility for the damage they caused. Had to pay them $100 to get the pictures from my old phone transfered to new phone. Absolutely terrible place very un professional. Avoid at all costs.

I was basically lied to about having to pay for my warranty diagnostic that was covered by samsung and recommended by them . And unfortunately talked into getting a subscription to wavier the fee when in reality it was free . Then after asking for a refund they postponed the refund process until the 12 of June and I ordered the refund on the 6th .. wont be doing business with the after this.

The staff did a great job and fully replaced my s22 ultra cracked screen in less than 2 hours. Part of the repair even replaced my battery and phone frame for free (the screen was free already through my Verizon insurance) as they were part of the screen repair. Im sorry to have forgotten their names (especially cause the line lady told me her name twice, but she was very kind) but they were fast, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend insurance (it would have been about 300 dollars otherwise) and would recommend this store in particular, it had great service

Went in to fix my phone, and the person helping me was completely transparent about the cost estimate and turnaround time, and when I picked up my device their estimate was very accurate to the final cost. Lucky for me they also even had the part we needed for an older phone in stock and was able to fix it same day. All in all, their expertise was top notch and the service representative genuinely friendly and willing to help.Frankly my experience and their service was superb, and if I need anything else fixed I will be certain to look them up again.

At first, I went to the geek squad next door at best buy and they didnt help me at all! They basically said it was too old and they couldnt fix it. So, I went and tried somewhere else and found uBreakiFix and I went inside and I didnt wait that long and they were able to help me. I had a crack on the bottom shell of my laptop and my computer was running very hard lately, it was also about a 4 year old computer. They said they could fix my computer for a few hundred dollars but they also gave me other options. They suggested purchasing another computer and as someone who knows nothing about computers, they went and pulled up some examples for me. They went onto amazon and found other computers like mine and I was able to take pictures of those so I can buy a new one. They went above and beyond for me and I was very glad walking out of there. I new there was a chance I would need a new computer and they took some stress out of it. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be going with them again next time!!

Went in this morning and this young man was assisting me and pretty much was no help. Said no stores have the screen to replace it and said I would have to pay the $99 deductible. Didnt bother looking at the phone or my account and I was definitely not satisfied with the service. We pay our insurance thru Verizon and I feel like he needs better training or pick a new job because he definitely was not trying to assist me.

Amazing work on my phone, just like new. My biggest complaint is that there is a 2.5% transaction fee when paying with card. If i would have known this, i would have brought cash instead.Also didnt get a call after 4 hours so i called in and some rep lady told me it was finished about 30 minutes after i dropped it off. I was told that wasnt true when i picked it up later. Service isnt accurate.Happy I have a new like phone though!

My phone got cracked over the weekend and I went to this place where my phone company was insured for and they were able to fix it and replace my screen in no time. They did tell me it was going to be about 3 to 4 hours because they were a little bit busy however I got an email about an hour to an hour and a half later that it was fixed. I was impressed. And they were being honest about everything as well as my payment. My phone looks like its new.

Although I have had an iPhone for nearly 10 years, I have never had to go to a store in order to get my screen fixed. I had a very damaged screen that obviously needed to be replaced, and I needed it done quickly as I use my phone frequently for work. I was extremely impressed with both the customer service and the technical expertise displayed at this place. Trey, in particular, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and repairing the device quickly and efficiently, answering any questions that I had. My Google Pixel 6a had experienced water damage to the screen. The screen was completely black and not working properly at all. I took it to UbreakiFix and spoke with a very nice employee named Tony. He said it can take up to 2 days to repair if the damage isnt significant. He called me within 2 hours with an update and said my phone is working and will be available for pickup. Aside from fixing my problems and replacing the screen it was some of the worst services Ive ever received first the guy tells me I have to wait which is always a plus to hear when youre in a rush but I have to wait until I signed the paperwork which I was okay with and then at the end of the whole ordeal he tells me the Wi-Fi is down we cant print out the information for him to have me sign so I waited for nothing and then when the phone was ready I never received a phone call until I called the very next day almost when they closed telling me thats been done I dont know why they didnt receive a call. And then I wear minded him about a discount that I apparently I received from doing my appointment online so I reminded him based on the text message that I received and then he told me that I need a coupon code which was never given to me. So I had to negotiate or complain about a discount that I never chose to receive but was due to me which was also off putting.

Even though I lost my cool with them because of my $1800, 25 days old Samsung Zfold 4 with bubbles on the folding screen, these guys were so calm and helped me out. Never ever got upset with me and dealt with all my screen issues directly through Samsung on my behalf, even though it was just an authroized repair shop and it wasnt actually their problem but they saved me so much time dealing directly with Samsung Customer Service. My husband has a galaxy z flip4 and we have tmobile, and if you’ve ever went through the third party insurance, had to send back a phone to get a replacement.. find out ups damaged ur phone way more than what it was blah blah blah 🙄 you’d know how much of a hassle it can be for some.My husbands flip4 fell no more 2ft from the side of the bed frame to the floor…… hinge popped out. This is the second time, and instead of being robbed of more of my money and going directly through T-Mobiles insurance/warranty procedure, dealing with ups and having to wait on a replacement.. we barely found out about Best Buy’s geek squad but we’re told they couldn’t help with this phone because they weren’t trained yet so they referred us to UbreakIfix. What a relief!! It seemed to be no problem at all, they had the parts on hand and knew exactly what they were dealing with. They went through warranty and got this fixed for free.. and upside, they say roughy 72hrs for service, they had it done in 48. I will go to them for anything electronic from now on. Definitely check them out!

Tony has helped to replace my iPad screen, however he damaged the Touch ID Home button and only replaced the button without replacing the mainboard so I lost the Touch ID feature. I received 15% discount but I’m disappointed for loosing a feature that wasn’t a part of the screen replacement.

Completely waste of time I drop my phone with a cracked screen covered by the insurance they says leave the phone come back after 2hours I show up to pick up the phone now they start testing drama again 2more hours my only has a cracked screen no water damage all functions are working fine after 4 hours 30 minutes wait they says they cant fix the cracked screen so I decided to pick up the phone they completely waste my time never come here again
