Excellent Experience. Good communication from tech about arrival. Kept me updated with estimated time of arrival. I handed him my phone he took it to his worktruck in my driveway and in 10 minutes he handed it back to me, all repaired.Really terrificPhone: Note 20 Carrier: Verizon

Might be fine for phones, but take a PC somewhere else. I brought a high end PC here for a repair and wish I hadnt. They are all very nice on the phone, but they dont follow through on what they say. They promised calls back and updates every time I called and I received none. My PC was shipped all the way to San Rafael to get to the only PC technician and I was not told. I couldnt even get that location to answer the phone to ask what they were doing. Then, they downgraded my CPU without telling me. An all around terrible experience. I would give it one star, but the second star is for the manager, who was sympathetic to my needs, but still didnt follow through on what he said.

I went to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) and the service was awful. I was so pleased with the service here and the product knowledge. I will 100% refer others and/or return myself if having any issues in the future. These guys were so nice and customer friendly!

I recently had my phone screen fixed, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service. The staff was professional, the repair was done swiftly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My phone looks and functions like new again. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing phone repairs. They are reliable, efficient, and truly deliver excellent results.

My experience here was awesome out of five stars. I’ll give them 100 stars. The customer service was over and beyond awesome I’d recommend this place to anyone matter fact I will as soon as I come across someone that needs help they gave me vital information on my computer and my PlayStation again they did a awesome job five stars not enough they should be given hundred stars I recommend this place to everyone thank you thank you

I submitted the request to have my phone repaired on Sunday the 16th, because the screen broke and I could not use it. The repair options were to drive to one of two UBreakIFix locations that were over an hour away or have someone come to my home to fix the phone on Thursday the 20th between 9 - 11 am, so I scheduled the home repair option. I waited all morning Thursday, and once it was early afternoon I checked the status of the repair online and it said “complete.” I used my husband’s phone to call UBreakIFix, who was supposed to send out the repair person, and spoke with Armani. Armani told me that they canceled the appointment because they didn’t have the part. Asurion/UBreakIFix had offered the repair timeslot and had DAYS, while I was without a phone, to get the parts, but somehow they didn’t and ALSO did not even have the decency to email or call me about canceling - they just didn’t show up. They told me it would take another week to get the part. It was totally unprofessional and left me without a phone even longer and trying to figure out what to do next. I called Asurion, and they offered to send me a replacement phone overnight, but it was an old refurbished model and the pits, so I returned that. On Friday afternoon, Armani called me to say they got the parts to repair the phone, but I would have to take the phone to them to fix it; that they couldn’t send someone. The entire reason I waited a week and didn’t take the phone somewhere locally for repair was because I didn’t have time and also didn’t want to drive over an hour away to drop off my phone for repair. Luckily, my husband ended up taking the phone to Armani / UBreakIFix for me in the thick of rush-hour traffic and the screen got fixed so I could use the phone again. The phone is working again so the repair seems to have been well done, but I can’t believe I was charged for this repair after all the nonsense Asurion and UBreakIFix put me through. Totally unprofessional and not worth it when you have to wait a week AND jump through hoops to get your phone fixed. After all that I should have just gotten a new phone. In the future I definitely won’t use UBreakIFix in Antioch and I’ll probably skip the Asurion phone insurance too (I’ll save that money just to get a new phone or same-day repair nearby).

The techs were professional and courteous. The tech even stepped in and spoke to the asurion rep that was on the phone who was being extremely rude and condescending, insinuating that I was attempting to submit a fraudulent warranty claim and was insisting that there could be nothing wrong with the phone unless I had damaged it. The tech assured her that he and his team had done a thorough diagnostic of the phone and was there was no evidence of physical or water damage. He stated that they phone was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced per the warranty. Despite the phone rep still being disrespectful and accusatory, the tech remained professional and restated his finding and recommendation before excusing himself from the call to move on to the next customer needing assistance.

I came in to get my HDMI port fixed and the customer service was GREAT! Ramon’s explained everything that was wrong with my system, which was previously repaired at Cell Phone Repair, and even tested it for me.
