Had questions about my ps5 controller. Guys in the lobby were great, awesome customer experience, explained my best options and went from there. Do recommend taking a look at them if youre gaming system / accesories go bad.

Screen fixed within a day which is great, however the seal around the screen is no where near quality of original. Daughter dipped top near camera in water accidently (less than a foot) Phone works somewhat after drying but data connection is fried from water damage so can only use WIFI. Great screens/low quality seal

Getting my phone fixed by asurion was pretty easy. They did a great job.Only problem was asurion. They made me drive an hour from where I live stating they do not have an ubreakifix by my house. This was a lie. They said that they didnt have the mobile service near me either. Another lie. They only give you a week to get it fixed. That is difficult because of ubreakifix hours of operation. I had to take a day off work to travel down to Carlsbad. The night before I had planned to take it down to Carlsbad I found one local with a mobile service. Unfortunately they were closed and I couldnt take the chance of not being able to get it in on my final day. Extremely frustrating.

They were great! My phone got locked out and they did a factory reset for me. Moses was especially awesome and very kindly put in a screen protector that I had purchased elsewhere. I didnt catch the name of the person who was there when I dropped it off, but they were great too and very patiently answered all my questions.

Isabella was amazing, very helpful, answered all questions efficiently, and offered great service overall! I came in to get the self-healing screen protector on my phone. I was helped quickly, the time given for the task was accurate, and the protector looks absolutely fantastic! Plus, the screen protector costed way less than expected! Isabellas knowledge on the devices is impressive, and I will definitely be coming back to her if I have any issues with my phone or tablet. Thank you!

They had my computer for 3 weeks just to say that it was unrepairable because the charger port went out and that its soldered into the motherboard. Which can absolutely be taken out and replaced. They told me that I would need a whole new mother board but that they couldn’t get one. Only redeeming factor was they were nice as they told me that they could not repair my device at a device repair shop.

Fantastic service ! Fixed my iPhone 14 pro plus in 20 minutes ! Very reasonably priced and they open at 10 AM ! Technician was fantastic and very thorough ! Have used them twice now and would definitely recommend to anyone both times. It was a cracked screen protector you can purchase phone cases, chargers, etc. at this location. Thank you.

I was sent here by my phone insurance company for a quick repair. Unfortunately an extremely tiny chip delayed my quick repair however Jodi was really nice and helpful to help me have my Verizon insurance swapped to reflect the tiny chip afterwards the repair went quickly. Thanks Jodi!

I was not super impressed. The tech I worked with was nice enough, but the business practices were poor. I was charged twice for my part deposit, was not informed when the part arrived, an appointment to fix my device was made for me without confirming with me first, then after all that my device was unable to be repaired because they didn’t ensure they had the correct part that I waited 2 weeks for. I did get my deposit refunded, but all in all I was stuck with a broken device for 3+ weeks because of little issues that kept stacking up.

I had a broken screen on a three year old Samsung phone. I called Asurion in Carlsbad and they were immediately responsive. Once the part was in they repaired my phone with not only a new screen but also a new battery. My phone is almost brand new and the cost of repair was far greater than a new phone, thats for sure. Their communication was outstanding and I could not recommend their services more highly.

So Ive been going to these guys for a while Jody has been helping me with my various issues and he takes care of me every time, The guys in this place know what theyre doing and are real nice, usually my issues are just how to do something on my phone or how to take something off or cancel something but this time I actually had a part that needed to be repaired or replaced and they knocked it out in a couple hours didnt charge me an arm and leg to do it so Im quite pleased

I don’t normally post reviews at all, but asurion formerly known as ubreakifix, has stolen my iPad. I dropped it off in august and I still have not received it back. They broke it and it continued to “boot loop” as they were replacing the screen so I took it back. They replaced a battery and the touch button but called and said the touch button won’t work as it previously did. Then, a lady called me and said she would mail it to me (I have now moved across the country). I’m still waiting. It’s now October. So, long story short, they broke the iPad more than it was broken when I took it to them, and then they admitted to doing a bad job at fixing what they broke, and then kept my iPad. I have been patient enough.

This is the best UBIF Ive ever been to! Jody took the time to do a diagnostic test for me after she fixed it which Ive never seen before. She also wasnt able to fix the front and camera in the same fell swoop so I came in for the other half later in the week. Both times she was excellent! I will definitely be back the next time I inevitably crack my phone again. Thank you UBIF and Jody!

The technician that showed up was very experienced; he knew exactly what he was doing. The mobile service is super convenient; showed up on time and did the work out of the back of his truck. I thought my iPhone 6S was trashed but the tech managed to bring it back to life at a very reasonable price....much less than the ATT iPhone insurance deductible. iRepair is my new first port of call for any iPhone repair issues.
