Ive come to this location a couple of times this was my second time. Both times left me with a positive opinion on this store. The time they give me is always a understanding time. But both times they always call me earlier then what I was told. No one can complain about having something done sooner. First time I had my lcd display changed. Worked perfect. I got a new phone later on and traded that one in. My current phone I dropped it on the concrete destroyed the screen. Same day repair and like I said they called me sooner then what time they originally said. Hands down quick and reliable store.

I left a computer to see what’s the problem with. They called me to tell me my video card needs to be replaced, and it costs $50 for the consultation. I go, pick it up and get home, after I change my video card, I realize they took my SSD from my computer case. Good job. 👍🏽

The manager at this location made the process real easy. Be ready to leave your phone for a few hours but thats no big deal when youre getting your phone back like new. Highly recommend and will certainly come back if the need ever arises.

I received excellent service from this location. My screen (Galaxy s22 Ultra) cracked a while back but only started experiencing problems - a dark screen. I was able to get in and out about an hour with a new one. They said might be 2-3 hours, which is reasonable, but they were much faster and Im so happy to have a fully functioning phone!

These guys rocked.My Mac Pro was toast- the screen was cracked and my volumes were wiped so I couldn’t access anything. They fixed it all up and it feels like I have a brand new computer.They’re great. Highly recommend. And if you have ATT, get their new coverage for $25 more per month. I paid $99 to get the repair and I would’ve cost me $1200.Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this repair shop. I didnt have to wait for my appointment they received my aparts early and said I can take my TV in so that they could start repairs. I got my TV the next day because it was already done. It was really an awesome experience, very nice, very courteous it didnt matter which gentleman I spoke to. They were all equally polite and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for your service, guys.

I went in on a Sunday regarding an issue with my charging port on my S21. My phone was completely dead and unable to charge. The tech advised the port might just be dirty and need to be cleaned. He took it in the back and 5 minutes later came out with the charging port cleaned and phone was turned on and was charged a bit. He advised there was no charge for this work. This was a great experience and professional service. Will be back for any future phone repairs.

I rarely write reviews, and... Sam and the crew really helped me in a pinch, so I want to recognize them. I filed a claim online and chose to go to a store. I quickly got a call from Chris, acknowledging the claim. I brought the phone in at 1pm and Sam was able to turn it around while I grabbed lunch. I cant imagine thats how it would normally go and Sam did me a major favor by being so speedy. I had to run out of town and needed my phone repaired before I left (which he didnt know, I just said it was urgent). Thanks again, Sam! Would definitely go back (though hopefully, I wont need to!)

I went int because my charging port wasn’t charging correctly. There was some debris in there and the worker cleaned it out for me free of charge. I had been struggling with it for around a month and he fixed it so fast. Definitely recommend choosing this place to take your phone.

My front facing camera was completely out of focus. I called Samsung and they recommended Ubreakifix.Ubreakifix had to re-flash my system software before any repairs could be authorized.Eric helped me out with the entire process. Compliments for his help and patience letting me know all options.The re-flash did not fix the focus issue. I thought I was going to be out of a phone for over two weeks by sending it to Samsung. Eric asked me to wait. He went to the back to see if they had the part. Yes! They saved me being without my phone for two weeks. Great relief.I went in the following day and they replaced the entire front of my phone and camera in 4 hours.I am very happy with the results and wish to share my experience with UBreakifix.

The personnel at the Van Nuys location are extremely professional. I called and left a message with a return phone number and received a call back to discuss the IPhone not charging operation issue. We agreed to meet at the business and inspect the phone. David the repair technician listen to the discrepancy description and took the phone to the repair area for a visual inspection. He returned and identified he had discovered a small piece of material had broken off the charging cord connector, this piece was lodged in the charging port, and that he removed it. He then plug in an IPhone charging cord to show that the phone was now charging normally, David professionally identified that there would be no charge for this type of customer service. I recommend this location for its professionalism quality of communication, attention to detail and honesty for repairs.

It was a super easy experience, Frank was able to repair my Samsung Flip 4 screen in hours and it was something I have been making a claim with the protection insurance, and I always had to replace my phone for a deductible. Highly recommend this place because of their work ethic. I went in thinking my phone needed a charging port replacement but the attendant quickly realized the real problem was dirt getting in between the port and the plug, so he offered to clean it, to my surprise, without cost. He ended up saving me $80 dollars. I will make sure to come back if my phone needs repairing again, I can trust their workmanship and know they wont rip me off for things I dont have to pay. Great customer service!

Checked in with the website, had an appointment set up. Went in to get my samsung tablet repaired. Guy takes one look and tells me we dont service those. I asked him why, when I am making an appointment, does my devices make and model appear within the drop down menu, if Asurion doesnt service them. Guy gives a shrug and explains he doesnt have parts for it.All of this would have been nice if Asurion could have used my contact information I was required to give when making my appointment to let me know that I would be wasting my time BEFORE I drove all the way there....Really disappointed.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I was having problems with my iPhone not charging, thinking the charger job was defective and had to be replaced/repaired. But he quickly pointed out the problem was just lots of dust that gathered inside the charger jack, and cleaned it right before me instantly at no charge. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced/repaired with me not knowing anything about what the problem could have been. But, he was honest about it and all he asked for was a review on Google. I dont know about the pricing because he refused to charge me but Id rather pay a little extra for a well done job than a poorly done job at slightly less of a cost elsewhere.

They took care of me and my Pixel XL and I will definitely be returning in the future.Update 1-14-22Went back again yesterday. Still a great and helpful place. My S21 was not charging anymore and couldnt hold a USB cable anymore. They first recommended me a warranty fix (aka I wouldnt have to pay) but when I got to the store they cleaned out my port first, which fixed it, didnt charge me anything and wished me a good day. I had gone into store 4 days ago to get my shattered screen fixed . Eduardo was amazing help and in just less than hour closing was able to help me out and changed my screen since I explained I have to go on business trip the next morning . The next day however I noticed a few lines across the screen and assumed that’s the plastic on top of the phone and when I took it off noticed it’s the screen that’s cracked . Since I was already out of town I went to a ubreakifix near me and they explained this happens every so often but unfortunately I need to go to same location I got it fixed . So 3 days later I got back and went straight to store and this rude employee, Eric M., that had no idea of the rules or anything basically shut me out saying In so many words that it’s not there problem but mine . I am soooo mad . This was exactly 180 degrees different customer service then what I received from the nice gentlemen Eduardo a few days prior . I went to this place twice to fix pixel related issues. 😮‍💨The most recent attempt was taking in a pixel 6 pro. It is having connectivity issues where it drops signal to wifi, while browsing, the bars disappear and come back, Bluetooth and cell service randomly disconnect while in use. It could be a sim slot issue because sometimes I would get texts saying welcome to the new service on your phone. Beside that I needed a new battery and the speaker was having some issues. It would also easily overheat.I want to say the lady that spoke to me at first was professional and also acknowledge that there was an issue with the pixel 6 when it first came out while the guy in the back that came to speak with me completely ignore this fact.One of the workers refuses to listen to me. I have mint mobile so he assumed because it was mint and it is a cheap service that was the problem. He said people with mint and metro always have carrier issues not a problem with their phone.He also said he has a pixel as well with no issues. I am like what does that have to do with my phone. So if you dont have a cracked screen then no one does?🤣He did a call test with the phone which makes no sense. I never said it cant make calls or recieve them. A 1-2 minute test was not going to prove anything the phone works until it doesnt.I explained I bought it when it first came out and there were known issues with the phone. You can look it up there were connectivity issues that affected some phones and not others and Google had to unofficially do a recall or repair for those affected. I have had the phone sitting for a while using my pixel 4xl or iPhone SE with the same sim card because of all the issues with my pixel 6 pro. Guess what no issues with my sim or carrier on either of the other two phones 😵The first time I had a pixel 4 with screen issues that they could not reproduce so they gave me back the phone. I decided to send it to Google instead but the RMA (repair request) was locked up because of taking it to this place. So when I tried to get Google to repair it they wanted proof of purchase and all kinds of information to unlock the RMA. I didnt have the info and I bought it second hand so I couldnt provide what they were asking for. The problem got worse and finally the store was able to fix it but they almost didnt take it for the same RMA reason which they created.

My flip 3 Samsung screen cracked on its own. Samsung has a program to warranty this. I was told by Asurion to walk into their Van Nuys store and there would be no problems. The owner took a look at it and refuse to repair it because he said he might get stuck paying for the part. This makes no sense because its a warranty item and had already been cleared. I walked out with a broken phone. He told me it was just business, not personal. It felt pretty personal because now I have to drive all over town to find another shop. The Glendale store on brand receives five stars from me they said no problem. Dont go to the Van Nuys store. Glendale is the jam.

Review 10 stars! Woke up to my phone, note 20 ultra with a blank/black screen. I felt vibrations when i touched the screen. So i checked if i had warranty still from samsung and i did. Took my phone in around 12p and maybe around 2ish they called that it was ready! I literally took it in just so they can have it for the next day to be repaired! Staff was nice and helpful. Nothing got fixed. My notebook was under a warranty, but UBreakIFix notified me after I got in contact with them that they dont do business with HP anymore. Shame on HP for not updating their info online and shame on UBreakIFix for not letting me know over the phone before I shipped my item to them. As a result, I spent close to 4 dreadful hours on the phone with HP before they agreed on having me send them back the product. Its been 2 months already and so far 1 warranty vendor rejected me and the other one [HP] hasnt given me a clear answer on the status of my repair. Highly unprofessional and negligent towards their clients. Never buying an HP notebook ever again. Still waiting on whether or not my notebook which had its keyboard just stop working out of nowhere. Mind you i never spilled anything on it. HP, you definitely owe me one.

This place was amazing. I came in to this store with what I believed was a broken USB port on my phone. The technician said there could be something blocking the charger from entering the port. He then carefully removed some gunk and bingo, it went back to charging. He couldve easily took it to the back, cleaned it and told me they swapped out the charging port. Went in to have my Galaxy S7 edges screen fixed. They fixed the screen, but I had to go back because the back button was no longer working, but was working before I went to them. They fixed that issue, but then a day later, my phone was completely unresponsive and not turning on or being able to charge. Went to them a third time and finally everything was fixed. I had to wait a total of 10 hours altogether for the amount of times they had to repair my phone. Yes, they do fix your phone, but there is a possibility that it will take 3 attempts in 10 hours to fix your phone.

The girl that helped me was competent in what she does and am poised to say the same to the rest of the staff there. Usually my experiences with repair shops can be dubious, but if I were to recommend a quality tech shop to anybody it would be uBreakiFix. I walked in for a screen repair and the guy quoted me at 200% (double) of market cost at other uBreakiFix franchises. I called around the other stores and verified, also verified on the corporate website. Thats like the McDonalds next to you charging you twice as much as the McDonalds a mile down the road, makes no sense.Maybe theyll give you the results you want and maybe thats what the other positive reviews are about, but I dont think any place that charges you twice as much should get positive reviews.

These people in short words are amazing. I have a note 8 thats screen had been cracked for a while now but finally the LCD screen was giving out. Flickering lines and turning green. Luckily have insurance with Assurion.. so I filed a claim. They gave me a list of places I could take my phone in to, so foundd the closest one to me. I came to this place thinking, here we go, money leaving faster than its coming in. My phone, a Pixel 2, the cable that plugs into it, to charge it, kept falling out. The person working there, I didnt catch his name, because the solution was faster than I expected, was still dwelling on how much, and how long. He cleaned out whatever debris was in the jack where the cord plugs in, after about 3 minutes he plugged the cord in and it was just like new. He didnt have to do that, he couldve got me, I would not have know the difference, it kind of restores a bit of faith in humanity.The world can be an ugly place! The best part, they didnt charge me anything. Even better, if they they fix computers, this is where I will go. For any electronic repair, for that matter. Purchased a high quality screen one evening. they finished it within 45 minutes before closing. I noticed a light dark blemish in the screen but i thought it was part of it. hard to tell so didnt say anything. same night ordered a brand new OtterBox Case on ebay and put it on a day later. 1 week later i dropped the phone on the first try and the screen cracked. I was under the impression this was original factory screen. Turns out when i got back to the shop to explain my story they said its not Originall. i was not convinced. ive had 3 iphones and never has one cracked on the first drop, let alone with an otter box case. i requested to see the lower price screen and the higher priced screen side to side. they refused.theres no way to tell which one you are getting. i believe the screen is not worth it. feel likes a high quality screen but its not. spoke to man who changed my screen. he wasnt willing to do anything. then spoke to his manager and he had the audacity to say if youd like we can put on your old screen and keep this one. making a joke on my old broken screen. knowing i wouldnt want that. then i requested to speak to regional manager. spoke to him the next morning. He said i was supposed call or to come to the shop as soon as the screen cracked. (????) so, with my very busy schedule that was the soonest i could handle it. i went 3 days later and they couldnt do anything. VERY UPSETTING. QUALITY is GARBAGE. buyers beware.

My iPhone OS version upgrade was interrupted mid-process and my iPhone became unusable, wouldnt turn on. I tried completing the upgrade a few times and even tried restoring it back to the factory settings through iTunes but couldnt complete either... I thought my phone was bricked and began coming to terms with the possibility Id need to get a new phone.The next day - Super Bowl Sunday afternoon, I decided to take it to my local UBREAKIFIX - 14503 Sherman Way, Van Nuys CA 91405 and explained what happened. Yaroslav was the best, he carefully listened to me explain the problem very attentively and asked me a few questions along the way that he needed the information to which would be helpful in fixing my problem.He told me he would check it out for free and that they have some special software that might let them get into my phone and finish the upgrade but that he couldnt make any guarantees about. Going in, I was already prepared to hear nothing could be done about it and that Id need buy a new phone but coming away, and after talking to Yaroslav, I actually felt pretty good about my chances of getting past the problem and saving the phone.He called me about a half hour later saying they could recover my phone, complete the upgrade, and save all my data and apps without the need of a factory reset. Boy, was I happy to hear this! He said it would cost me $49.99 which I thought very reasonable and was very happy wasnt more so I authorized the go ahead.I got a call from them about another half hour later saying everything was done and my phone was now ready for pick up... the upgrade was complete and all my data and apps were safe just the way I left them.That particular store is new to the neighborhood, and I couldnt be happier they moved in. I told him that was way too much, its what I paid for my phone and he proceeded to say Yeah but we use all authentic google parts. I left, then went to the website, and their very website quoted me $129.99.
