I had my Z fold 3 screen repaired on 5/4/24 around 10.45 . You said it’s going to take for 4 hours and then I said I’ll come back the other day to come pick it up. But I came the other day 5/5/24 since 11.20 because the store’s going to open at 12. I came early since I lived far. And when the store opened you guys said that I have to wait for another 2 hours. I gave you guys my phone for the whole day (5/4/24) and it should be finished when I came in. And It was not a cheap repair. I gave 637 dollars just for the screen. I had a chance to go near my house but since I’ve been here 3 times already I decided to come here . And when I got my phone back there’s scratches on the screen. I didn’t know that until I got to my work cuz I was late already. This is my first time and last time reviewing this place and I planned not the come back to this place ever again.

Had my cracked screen replaced through an insurance policy with Verizon, who gave me a number to call and booked it through Asurion to have UBREAKIFIX repair it. Awesome and friendly staff, quality repair work done and within the time frame given to me for completion of the repair. Very happy. A big thank you to Charles!

Brought my sons iPhone SE for a screen replacement. Both people who assisted me were really helpful in explaining what needed to to be done. Also helped me choose a screen protector. Very professional with friendly personalities. Hope not to have another broken screen but if I do, I will definitely return.

Having my phone screen replaced was extremely easy. From filing a claim to having a tech come to me and replacing my phone outside my home in his van in no time. Extremely efficient, Great service. Doesnt get better than this in my opinion.

Ive been here twice, thanks to my defective Z-Fold. Both times, I was helped out by Chad, a star example of a customer service rep. He has worked past closing to ensure my device did not stay overnight after being lied to by another service rep about it being ready the same day. He also managed to squeeze me in for a screen replacement on a very busy Sunday and had my device ready by closing time the same day! I am extremely grateful for his dedication and genuine concern regarding the issues at hand.

I brought in my s21 phone to get the screen replaced and everyone working there on march 28 from 2 to 5pm were so informative and helpful. KUDOS to the individuals who helped me get my phone fixed. They were very professional on the phone and in person. Ill definitely be coming back if ever need my samsung phone to be fixed again ^_^

The screen on my phone needed to be fixed, the process of filing the claim was so easy and I was able to be helped right away. The technician that helped me, was nice and informed me my phone would be ready in 2 hours. I went 2 hours later and my phone was ready! Fast and easy

Poor Communication.First they made me drive to the store to special order screen glass for an S22 Ultra. No need for a special trip, but they insisted.Then they told me it would be 48 hours to get the part. Never called me. I called 72 hours later and they said, It hasnt come in. A couple more days.Two weeks later, they finally call at 12:30 PM and tell me I can come in that day to get the screen repaired. I showed up same day at 4:45 PM, only to be told that although they are open till 7, they dont repair phones after 4PM. When asked why they didnt tell me that at a few hours earlier, all I got was a blank stare.Came back the next day, only to be told that my screen repair would take TWO HOURS to complete.I wont be back.

They will quote you a really short time frame to repair your tech but they will not complete it. I was told 1 week to open up my ps4 and confirm the necessary parts that need to be ordered. After 10 days I call them for an update and they havent looked at my ps4 saying they usually take 2 weeks. Gave them another week and still no call about ordering parts. Why even quote me a time frame of completion of ot was not possible? Rather go somewhere that will actually work as fast as they claim on their website.

The guy was really nice when helping me with my phone and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. Luckily there was lots of stores to kill time with so I didnt feel like I had to wait too long. Just be aware its a 2 hour wait.
