The camera on my iPhone XS max cracked (dont ask). I went to AT&T and they recommended the store around the corner from them...uBreakiFix. They ordered the new camera and it was replace within the hour! So happy with the service.

Excellent experience with Marcos, who knows what hes doing. He replaced the broken iPhone screen, and when we had to wait 60 minutes because of the calibration and turning off the facial recognition in settings, he guided us through it remotely. His customer service is excellent; hes patient and knowledgeable. I was momentarily worried that we might not complete the job, but Marcos went above and beyond. Please dont hesitate to contact this store for any repairs. Thank you!

They fixed my screen pretty quick. Someone had told me it would take 2 hours but they did it in 45 minutes or less. The guys were nice and were multitasking like crazy. Im honestly just glad insurance finally covered something and I got a good team to fix my stuff.

I changed my screen a couple of days ago. After I changed it my screen was lagging and it cracked again. Every time I tap it, it lags and doesn’t work at all. I would really appreciate it if there is an opportunity to fix it for me again and do something so it doesn’t lag and work properly.

Came in to fix my cracked iPhone screen and he showed me how to file a claim with my insurance through my phone carrier. It was super fast only took like 45 minutes and now I have a brand new phone! Even the speakers and camera work 10 times better than they did before. 10 out of 10 would recommend bringing any electronic here

I have been trying to talk to somebody on this establishment for 3 days now. So far waited at least 40 minutes each time and nobody ever gets on the phone. I have been on hold forever until I finally give up. I had them install liquid shield but now it has a problem that needs to be fixed and they wont answer. Very disappointed. The one near Roseville was best. Good luck if you if go to this place.

Filed a claim with our insurance and decided to take my wifes phone to this location. Shortly after choosing this store we got a phone call identifying the phone in question and asked to make an appointment. I thought these guys seem professional and with it. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. My wife took time off from work and drove over 20 miles each way to get her phone repaired. She gets there, and bam, sorry maam, we dont have the parts to fix your phone. Well call you when we have the parts.Almost a week later, we call to see if the parts are in and they are. Finally we can get the phone fixed. We dropped the phone off when the store opened at 10:00. Got a call around 1:00 saying the first repair was defective and they would have to do the repair again. Said it would be done around 4-4:30. We went back after 5:00 and the repair was not done.This place is so unprofessional it isnt funny. Wish I could give them 0 stars, but thats not a thing. When I asked what happened the first time, the tech said they dont check inventory on the phone until they receive it, yet told me what phone I was bringing in before we brought it. Guess Ill never use this place again.

Such a great and easy experience. No effort from my end apart from making the appt. The technician drove to my work so I didnt have to take time off and contacted me as soon as he was here. I gave my phone to him and went back in to work while he fixed my phone in the parking lot. It took him a little less than 15 mins and my phone is back to brand new.

My phone screen cracked during Bottlerock and i couldnt get passed my lock screen to access messages or anything else. Took my phone in at about 530pm and was able to pick it up the following morning. They were extremely helpful and the service was free because of my Verizon insurance. Special shoutout to Sam, Carlos and Brandon. Stop by if you need assistance, i highly recommend.

My phone needed a screen replacement. They were fast... A bit too fast, perhaps. New screen looks great but the phone has a gap on left side where they used too much adhesive and had excess adhesive protruding that I went back in to have amended. They took it back and exacto knifed the bumps. But the gap is big enough to fit my fingernail in and is collecting dust.Didnt feel like making matters worse so I just accepted the poor specialized handy-work.Do not recommend for anything more advanced than a screen replacement. These kids are not professional.

Decent service, cracked screen repair. Terrible follow up procedures. 15 emails over the course of 1 week. Before the incessant pestering for multiple surveys and reviews i would have happily recommended the service, now all i will mention is all of the dumb emails. Be careful just how hard you push for a review because you just might get it.

My phone on back order. Not giving me no information. My screen was broken the repair tech broke by camera and left debris in my screen. Broken even more. They say that it would be replaced no charge, but phone on b/o....After a week of calls to c.s. without any head way I was able to speak with a person who was able to get my phone to me, she was very polite and very helpful. Being here 3 times regrestbtwo of them unfortunately I was told.to bring my computer the fist time I was told about 10 days 20 days later they dont even remember having my computer, parts are ordered, no we Don have you here, yes it will be ready tomorrow, and finally Im sorry we didnt call you your computer was ready long time ago thisnlast one was for my second computer and the Asian man with glasses said well ill note in your account to not call you because my phone is not receiving their calls.. so my phone is stupid and not the guys pretending to work here almost 30 days for a screen repair. Left my phone there for 2 days now. Only got one call I had to call to check up on my phone to see what’s going on with it. Didn’t have the supply to fix my phone yet keeped it for 2 days with out saying anything of what going on in there part. Said it would be ready at 11 I had to call at 5. 6 hours later of there opening time. It’s a 3 hour job yet 2 days later and they just said you can come pick it up and come back when we have the screens for it like. Why would you not check if you got any before taking the job. Really disappointed on this place. Expensive bad timing and bad communication service.Going to pick my phone never got fixed BTW have to take it somewhere else now waisted my time.

Dropped in and the tech checked to make sure they had what they needed and if they could fix my wifes phone. He came back and it was good to go, he said it would be about 3-4 hrs for the fix and we were good with that. We checked in around the 3 hr mark and they said it was ready, the phone works great no issues and we are really happy with the repair and service we received.

The intake process was a little bumpy, they were unable to locate my claim with my phone. However, the number was listed on the initial claim from my phone provider. They eventually located my claim and completed the job of repairing my phone in a reasonable time. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable.

Your diagnostic services were exactly as advertised. I walked in gave you my phone and you ran the diagnostics under my Samsung warranty. You advised that the failure on the test indicated I should get a replacement phone. Unfortunately Samsung has advised that they will need to run diagnostics as well and I should send my phone i for 10 -12 busines days. Now that is a BAD policy

The hitch was fixed, but opens and closes roughly. And the cover screen display now has a defect that wasnt there prior. Its minimal so Im not going to request a fix for now. But if the screen completely goes black, then its something that needs to be fixed.

I returned today to replace the screen protector on my Galaxy Z Flip 3. It had just been replaced two weeks ago and it started cracking less than a week later. To their credit, although the staff tried to charge me again for the repair, they ended up doing the repair at no charge. I wasnt happy to have to re-repair the protector. The appointment process is useless, as on both recent visits Ive been told that even though I had an appointment, the repair would take at least four hours. Im under the impression that Asurion is the only authorized Samsung repair but I have to say, right now Im not your biggest fan.

I was very happy with my service, my iPad screen was literally demolished! We dropped the iPad off on Saturday and was able to pick it up Tuesday, so super quick turn around! The only complaint I would possibly have is that when I dropped the tablet off, the tech told me it would be $120. I expected to have some taxes, but was expecting the price to be close to the $120 mark. When I went to pick up the iPad, the cost was actually $150, plus tax, I paid $160. I dont mind paying that price, but I do wish the tech would have told me it was going to be $150 so I could have anticipated it a bit more. Especially around Christmas time, it just would have been nice to have more open communication with pricing. I will still go back if needed!

I brought my phone to Ubreakifix in Napa to have the screen repaired on my iPhone, I honestly didnt think my phone was reparable as the screen was severely damaged. Jose fixed my screen and in less than two hours my phone was good as new. Jose also took time out to help me put my screen protector on. I had a good experience with a cell phone replaced screen but that was South San Francisco. Kind of a nightmare experience with an Android tablet in San Rafael though. They basically kept giving me bad information, I kept having to contact them to get updates on the battery replacement that basically took a month, and they had told me that when I brought the tablet in it would take an hour. Only after I have driven there was I informed they didnt have tools there, it would take a day to get the tablet to Napa, an indeterminate time to work on it, and another day to return it to San Rafael. As it was my only computer this was quite irksome. I like the company, but man was that a bad experience. General incompetence and even worse communication skills.

I usually never need repairs done on my phone, however, when I do, I dread having to wait for a new phone to get mailed out or having to go inside the stores. I cracked my screen and went to my phone provider app and started to look into what the process was to get a replacement since it had been so long since I’ve had to replace/repair a phone. I learned about the service and went ahead and requested the at home repair. Literally, the technician came to my house, took my phone repaired it in his van, and maybe 20 mins my phone was back in my hand. Literally a seamless process that I 10/10 recommend.

I took my cell in because it got water in it when i picked it up they said they dried it out an it came on so it was ok. I tried to make a call it did not work when I went back in the said the sims card must of got wet an to go to verizon an have them change it so I did after verizon checked it out they said that the sims reader was messed up an would not accept or read the card. Update 05/09/23: I had a second phone needing a battery replacement and of course I knew where to go. Jun and Alvin did a great job on this second phone. I was in and out in less than an hour. It always cost money. My flip 3 crease started to crack the screen protector and I called and it cost 99$ to get the new phone, all I wanted was the screen protector replaced. They just want ur money. My phone didnt need to be replaced. So idk was it convenient I guess so, but they went the most expensive route.

I tend to do repairs myself but was put at a standstill on my Nintendo switch lite due to stripped screws and without the proper equipment I was at a loss, reached out to them making sure to ask if they have worked on Nintendo devices and they were very understanding with the questions and I am super happy for all the help they gave, and it was a super fast fix replacement and the price was also definitely good for the fix I needed, will definitely come again if I ever need assistance with future game console replacement help

So i broke my phone and they fixed it in some hours for good price. The only thing that doesnt work is the front camera sumtimes it gets really blurry, I had told them and they cldnt fully fix it. Sometimes it works sometimes its blurry.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! When I walked in the employee was arguing with a lady. After she left the next guest complained about how rude he was being to the customers and store employee just rolled his eyes. When it was my turn he said my account wasnt paid for and he needed money for my repair. When I had the email conformation. I called customer service and they said my claim was already paid. I went back in and the employees where going through customers photos and laughing. This is completely unprofessional.
