Steven was excellent. Didnt catch the other workers names but they were very rude. Had service done on my kids nintendo switch. Had a game still in it during service. When i returned to pick up the switch they said they didnt have it. Came back to the store again because I thought I still had issues, Steven was there to help out and he found the game in the switch. I would give this store 5 stars because of Steven but the experience I had with the other worker, I will be giving them 3. If you ever go to this store, ask for Steven!

Super easy experience. Been surviving with a broken screen for almost a year. So happy that ubreakifix was right next to wear I was getting my eyebrows done. Now that I think about it, thats the perfect place for nail salons to be next to because you have to be without you phone for about 40 min. Lol. I went to go get something to eat and when I came back walaaaah like a brand new phone. I cant believe I almost bought a brand new phone instead of just get the screen fixed! Great service and highly recommend.

My IPhone began acting up so I did the only thing I know to do which was shut it off and turn it back on, that is as far as my tech skills go. Upon start up my IPhone stated I needed to go online to Apple support and restore my phone. I was provided with the website and steps on how to do it myself. Unfortunately even with the steps I received and error code so I went to the Apple Store and asked for help but they advised they could not restore my phone even with a factory reset and that the error that was being displayed would cost almost $500 to fix. Truthfully I just cannot afford that so I left feeling hopeless. I am so glad that I came here. They were fast and kind. They took my phone to the back, five minutes and $40 later I had my phone back to normal and I didn’t have to lose all my pictures, contacts etc. I cannot thank them enough! I am forever grateful. You guys are wonderful and saved me from a lot of headaches. May your business continue to prosper.

I never thought I’d say this but if I could give 10 stars I would. This has been the best experience I’ve had with a repair company, I took in my touchscreen display from my cars entertainment system because it was cracked and they were able to separate it and replace it with no issue. Don’t go to anyone else but these guys because they were so welcoming and constantly kept me updated along the way. Such great work done by these people. 100% recommend

***UPDATED REVIEW***I left the review and within 15 minutes I was contacted directly by Noori and he asked me if I could bring the phone over to review the battery and run a diagnostic since I wasnt happy with how the battery was performing. They opened the phone in front of me and showed me the battery (original piece), it had printed on the date it was manufactured which was a more recent date than when I had bought my phone, the point is that they did in fact change the battery the first time but still offered to change it again for another brand new one just so I could be more comfortable since I wasnt happy with how it was performing. They were so gracious about it from the very beginning to the moment I left. All they cared for was that I was satisfied with their service. If you go here for service and for some reason you dont feel fully satisfied, just reach out to them directly and they will do their best to make you happy.**********************************I paid over $360 dlls to change my screen and back glass and they said it included a brand new original battery but I noticed that my battery was not lasting as a new battery should since it was lasting half of what it did when the phone was brand new, so I assumed that they never changed the battery at all.

So last week I broke the back glass camera on my Samsung 21 ultra. I called att for them to process claims for my insurance and told me to go to Ubreakitifix by my house. I went to the counter and the tech didnt find any claims from Att/ asurion, so I paid the full amount $125. Ubreakitifix was very professional and fixed within 2 hours. All parts are original from samsung. I called att again to get a refund and what they did was refill claims and told.me.to go back to Ubreakitifix and see if they would refund what I paid. BEWARE!!! if you take your iPhone for cracked screen repair they supposedly give you 2 options aftermarket or authentic part..which was never presented after paying 129.00 for screen repair, I had issues and had to get it repaired elsewhere thats when we were told this issue was due to aftermarket part. I called their customer service and they just stated this was true but as a customer I was essentially taken because I was bot told and I ended up paying elsewhere to fix their mistake!!!

Sent my phone in, even though the damage was indicated as being under warranty, I was charged $150 dollars to get my phones screen replaced, and in return it was left with a messed up front camera, new scratches on the chasis, extremely dirty, and a white substance throughout the back of the phone.Edit: the backlighting on the screen is messed up too, they didnt do a single thing right 👍

I replaced my screen at this location and was left with a crackling sound every time I touch my screen. Like if it was loose. For some reason my speakers sound low at full volume. I never had this issue before. I didn’t want go back as I wouldn’t trust them with my phone again. So disappointed.

I went there to get my screen replaced. I asked the tech if I should backup phone since it still worked. He told me no it will only take 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and he told me he needs more time so I left and came back 30 minutes before closing. He told me if I had a different operating system. I told him no. He told me in order for phone to work I would need a factory reset. I told him go ahead and it didnt work it kept going back to reset screen. So now he told I had to pay for a screen with the phone not working.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. They are priced below their competitors and yet their work is top notch. If they tell you that the work will be done by a certain day you can take it to the bank. First of all the Suite smells like marijuana. There is a smoke shop next door but I would end out if these guys were using on the job. Ive been here twice for repairs that were approved by the manufacturer directly in both times they turn me away saying that it wasnt covered under warranty. They simply do not want to do warranty repairs. I sent the phone directly to the company and they fixed it both times so I know its nonsense. They do not answer the phone ever. Perhaps I need to try a different location but its a super shady joint

Upon the technician arrival, Louis, I told him that the back cover wont close.He immediately knew the problem and said that the battery had swollen up so fat (like a hippo) that the cover cant close.So he took my phone and returned 10 minutes all finished! When I took my xbox one s in they diagnosed it and when i came back to get it it wasn’t even in the store. I had to wait about 30 min for my xbox to actually get it back because it was at their “second lab.” soon after i discovered that the one drive or disc drive was replaced with a disc drive for the xbox one x when my xbox is for the xbox one s. The way I know this is that the model number for the xbox one x is DG-6M5S-01B and the model number for the xbox one s is DG-6M5S-02B. There is a 1 and 2 difference between the 2 as you can see by the end numbers. When I went there to go back to get my disc drive the guy told me they don’t “replace them”when clearly my disc drive had been replaced because he was the first tech I went to. The manager said he had been working for 50+ years when he was clearly in his 50s. and proceeded to say all xbox models have the same “disc drive” when they clearly don’t, xbox’s have different disc drives, right after the xbox 360 they are different.I was shocked at the very much unprofessionalism that this store had. Do not come here for your console needs especially if you own an xbox or any other console, would not ever recommend the manger is unprofessional and doesn’t know devices well at all. I had the BEST experience here!My daughter’s tablet wasn’t working. I was so afraid that we lost everything it had on it (pictures, her apps (and the progress she had in some of her games), her artwork…). My daughter was heartbroken. (Good quality parts). I broke my IPhone XR for a second time now and saw that this place had 5 star reviews. I can say this screen is better than the last one I got from a different location. Better colors and the service was done within a reasonable time (3.5 hrs on a Saturday) . The tech Aziz did such a good job, I bought their own branded tempered glass with it.

Your phone is too important to go anywhere else. My phone is my most important work tool so when it suddenly stopped working I needed it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Downtown is much closer but you have traffic and parking to deal with. The Chula Vista location was easy to get to, easy parking. I walked in without an appointment, they assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote, told me to come back in 2 1/2 hours. The phone is working and in great shape again.

The screen for my iphone XS Max was broken. The apple store told me Id have to wait at least 6 hours just to be seen. then another 3-4 hours to get it fixed. I took my phone in to get the front and back screen replaced after it shattered when I dropped it at a concert. I left my phone overnight and came back the next day to get it. About 15 minutes after i left with my phone, i noticed it kept spontaneously turning off if i used it after 5 minutes. I took it back the same day, and explained to them the problem. The lady listened to me and took my concern seriously. My phone was repaired by Mohammed and he was very communicative, friendly, professional, and helpful during the whole process. He made the process much less stressful and they gave me a loaner phone to use in the meantime. Im very appreciative of their work and professionalism.

I never write reviews but if I can help someone I will. Avoid this scamming store at all costs, they are an authorized Asurion insurance shop (AT&T phone warranties) but they are scamming customers by “repairing” cracked screens with fake iPhone screens (I realized this because Apple now blocks non original screens from working with Face ID). THE OWNER told me AFTER replacing my screen that everything would work fine except Face ID, otherwise they could reinstall my old broken screen. So obviously, I had them reinstall it (they broke it even more, also volume up button mysteriously stopped working too) and decided to go somewhere else. SURPRISE, they tried to double-scam me because in order to still get paid by Asurion even though I rejected their offer, they flagged my phone as “unrepairable” in Asurion’s system for certified shops. After explaining all this to asurion they helped me out. But whatever you do stay away from this store. Best decision you will ever make.

Came here to have my ps4 console fixed 12/8/2022. Which the front salesperson told me whats the problem of the console and I explained to her. BAD I have to edit my review. after this location said my phone was not repairable (they told me they replaced the battery and the display and it was not repairable at their location. ) I was then suggested to send it to the manufacturer for repair. Now the manufacturer says that the camera is bad, the display is now bad and there is internal damage to the phone. When I walked into this place they confirmed there was none of that damage before ubreakIfix open the phone. Now I’m being charged $500 for a refurbished phone because ubreakifix damaged the internals when they opened up my phone. Thank you for RUINING my phone.
