2024-01-27 23:06:26I took my s23 ultra to replace the screen, but they scratched my phone . It was an Asian guy who took care of my device ..if u guys take yout phone here pls be aware...take pictures of ur phone before and after to enter in this store.

2024-03-21 03:38:23AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!I am a RETURNING CUSTOMER who had left a five-star review (now deleted) two years ago. They fixed my iPhone screen and I was happy with the service.Today it was time to replace the battery and the plug. Figured they would do a great job like the last time. Unfortunately they broke the screen and refused to rectify their mistake by replacing it.They did offer to give me 50% off a new screen, but I found that ludicrous.They had completed the battery and plug repair, (a $200 repair which took the tech 3 hours to complete) However, since the manager would not rectify their mistake, she actually had the tech put the broken parts back in the phone. Im assuming that it would take the tech another 2-3 hours to get the phone back as it was.I left the store without my phone.When I returned to pick up my phone @ close (7pm) I expected my phone “worse for the wear” as the battery and plug would still be broken, but now I’d also have a broken screen.Turns out, the manager must have had a change of heart and fixed the screen (they broke). The repair on the battery and plug were not done. She had them swap back to my old ones.So to recap:1. They broke my screen and would not rectify their mistake.2. They used (and wasted) 4-5 labor hours on the phone.3. They did not receive any money from me.4. They ended-up replacing the screen that they broke and ate the cost.Ironically, I would have had no problem paying for the repair I took it in for and would have been happy they reaccessed their position on the screen.Unfortunately, due to the petty nature of the manager, I will be taking my business elsewhere.In my opinion, the company needs to figure out why this incompetent manager is still employed.No way to run a business.Hope this helps!!!

2024-05-09 23:03:41Relatively easy. Samsung care booked my appointment. Store wasnt open until 10, my appointment was at 10. 2 people ahead of me in line, at least 1 had an appointment. 30 minutes later the attendant took my claim, also now separating customers by appointment and walk in. After verifying my claim was still active since store works by 1 day appointments, took my phone and given 5 hour fix and retrieval time.Everything works fine, pick up was on schedule, no hassle.

2023-11-14 19:49:17Their screen protector bubbled 2 weeks after they replaced it on my device. I called them and was quickly told theres no warranty or that my phone was probably not flat enough?!? Ive had good experiences with other UbIF, but I would avoid this location.

2024-06-26 03:38:58Tbh this place should just close down permanently by now, their employees show no pride on their work, nor their service, easy for them to turn down Samsung claims without solids reasons, and wont even fix your phone as promise. Please dont get their monthly plan, youre better off burning down your cash!

2024-04-28 01:08:31Im so happy my phone works. I hate buying new phones and I got so used to my cheap little Samsung A15. I was almost sure in the back of my head that nobody would be able to repair or have the parts, but they had the screen, which I had broken in stock and they fixed it in a relatively short amount of time. Im so happy I dont have to buy a new phone.

2024-02-10 23:05:37Ive done repairs here a couple of times and Ive been happy with the results. The repairs have taken different amounts of time bc of parts and type of repairs but theyve been as quick as can be expected.I like their clear communication of the process, pricing and what we can expect. All the staff members have been really pleasant to deal with and patient answering questions. I also really like that they keep you updated as they make progress on diagnostics, ordering parts and the repair process. My most recent experience was having my daughters phone (Pixel 4a) repaired after it fell from a tripod. It had a black screen with random glitching. I brought it in at 5:30 pm right before they closed and they called me at 1:30 pm the next day to give me an update that the phone would be fine but needed a screen replacement. Within 30 min, they texted me again and said the phone was ready for pickup. Very happy that they had the parts for the phone on hand as well as the time and manpower to do repairs quickly even though they always have a line of people to help.

2024-04-22 21:05:21My phone screen was blacked out. uBreakiFix fixed it in about an hour! Rafael was fantastic at the front desk. Then the technician (I believe it was Tommy) did a great job. Highly recommend this place!!
