Best service ever! Amazing people! Great customer service! I am truly thankful for the help I got. My phone screen stopped working. I made an appointment with Best Buy as suggested by Apple, they couldn’t help me and sent me to the Apple Store. I waited for an hour and a half, just to be told they couldn’t help because I was out of warranty and if I wanted to continue, just the screen would cost me $270 and it would take days to get it back. My husband then found this place through our provider insurance. Val helped me and fixed my phone she is super friendly and knowledgeable. Totally recommend this place!

This store is slimy, their customer service is lazy, and I would avoid them at all costs. The warranty they offer is just a lie that they tell you, and they’ll say anything to get out of honoring it.I got a laptop screen replaced here for my laptop, it randomly went out, and then they are claiming that there was ‘physical damage’ to it. Couldn’t be more wrong and couldn’t be more cheap.This is after driving from Denver to North Hollywood because they only honor the warranty at “the original location”. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Super easy, super speedy services, great communication and kept me updated about my repair. my galaxy note 20 ultras screen suddenly stopped working (completely black screen. could still interact with stuff since I could hear clicks/feel vibrations, just couldnt see what I was doing) and it turns out my screen just crapped out. the screen replacement was a bit pricey for me ($315 after tax), but hopefully itll be worth it in the long run. if it wasnt Ill update. theres also a 1 year warranty after repairs though so thats nice, but the warranty is a bit specific so I would ask what it covers since it varies between the types of repairs I believe

Great experience. Cracked my screen last night, contacted asurion immediately. Scheduled my drop off time, the people were standing by ready to do the work. Took them about 2 hours to do the repair. Received multiple e-mail updates on the status of the repair. The work was done in less time than expected. Great service and a outstanding experience overall. What started as a nightmare with a broken phone ended great.

Excellent experience. I took in my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 that wasn’t starting up, and both Zack and Luis were so amazing and professional, and they were able to get it working again. They both had such great personalities and were very helpful. Zack was highly informative and talked through the problem with me, was patient in answering all my technical questions, and overall made me feel comfortable with my phone in his hands. I really appreciate it and recommend this location on Magnolia in North Hollywood for everyone to take their phone when in need! Thank you again!!

The repair I needed sounded extreme, but the cost was so much lower than I had worried it would be. Its been fantastic using the computer after the fix and there had been no problems with the machine after. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly which made an experience nicer.

I was completely stressed out because my phone screen cracked and the touch screen stopped working completely. I tried restarting the phone 20x. Nothing worked. I watched over 7 you tube vidoes. Nothing worked. Walked into Verizon, spoke to 4 different reps, they had no idea and asked me to file a claim online as they dont fix phones. Thank God I came across this cute little store by chance. The minute I walked in, a very professional and kind lady named Val immediately knew the issue and gave me the diagnosis of my beloved Samsung phone. She fixed it after a few hours!!!! OMGGGG I was in awe of her amazing skills and cell phone jargon. Thank you Val You are absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cracked my screen and the touch was not working so I brought it right over to them and they were able to take care of it without a sweat. Ive had some not-so-great computer repair experiences in the past, but Asurion was absolutely top-notch doing an internal battery replacement for my laptop. Intake was easy, and staff was incredibly responsive and upfront about the reasonable costs for parts and labor. Easy text messages and emails kept me updated every step of the way, and pickup was a breeze. When I have any future tech repair needs, Ill go straight there. Highly recommend.

The online system and the store location do not sync for either appointment availability or materials availability, leading to a wasted trip to fix my phone screen.UBreakifix/Asurion website was handy at first. I filled out a request for repair which included my phone brand, model, color, and what service I was requesting. With these choices it showed available stores and times; 6pm was offered at this location which I took same day.We arrived on time for our 6pm appointment from across town, and there was one lady there who was not happy to see me and my broken screen, stating we arrived pretty late for a phone fix. She didnt seem to be expecting us, so I let her know we had a service appt at 6pm, and she stated an appointment an hour ahead of closing is rough and said she was planning to close up at 6pm instead of the 7pm listed hours online on their website.In any case she took a look to see if they had the screen repair materials in stock. It was not, so she offered that we come back in a few days when its available, but we left.The site led us to believe both the appointment was available, with the materials requested, and neither were. In addition to making us feel like we had done something wrong - not a good experience.Edit: I did not receive a call ahead of time as mentioned in the owners response and when we were there in person, it was not mentioned that a call was made. No email was sent canceling the appointment online either, only a reminder the appointment was upcoming. I agree a call would have been nice to save both of us the trouble.

Female employee is incompetent and gave me a quote of $100 more than Samsung service center in Glendale when my repair should had been free by accordance with standard limited warranty.Brought my galaxy s23 because top half is unresponsive to touch.Limited Warranty and exhibits an in-warranty defect, Samsung will, at Samsung’s sole option, either repair the in-warranty defect without charge, subject to the conditions above or replace the Product without charge.This Standard Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the Product.My phone doesnt have any issue that would disqualify me from warranty.
