Avoid this company. Was recommended today by Samsung to bring my Fold 5 in for repair of a touch sensor, and I thought id call to verify that they even had the part in stock. I got a guy on the phone that was already irritated when he picked up the phone, and promised to call me back because he was clueless if they had the part in stock- which of course he didnt call back.Hours later, I called back and he again- had no idea if the part was in stock and then put me on hold for over 10+ minutes until I finally hung up, and guess what? Still never called me back.Worthless company, take your business elsewhere.

Sebastian was great! Made the process of fixing the phone, using our insurance, easy and very professional. Phone is like it’s brand new! I would highly recommend this company and San Clemente location. New battery and screen . WOW! Above and by is our expectations

TLDR: Send your Pixel back to Google for warranty repair, dont bring it to this shop.Brought my Pixel 8 in for warranty repair of the back camera glass cover. I had to argue with the manager that it was covered, even though I had an email from Google. The time estimate was 2 hours; it took 3 days to get it back.When I got it back, the proximity detector no longer worked. I sat there for two hours while the tech talked to their support line and googled how to repair it.The tech had a whispered conversation with the manager, after which they gave me my phone back and told me they couldnt do anything about the problem.I ended up sending my phone to Google. It would have been quicker and less stressful to just mail the phone back to Google in the first place.

Took my Samsung Fold phone to get repaired. These guys did an awesome job and cannot say more about the service they provide. Left the phone with them at 12 noon and it was done 3 hours later, went in, picked up and paid for the phone and it looks brand new. Thanks once again for an excellent job!!!!!!Well Done Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did the job.Unfortunately I felt very uneasy with the preface that if they damage the screen while replacing the battery, Id have to pay for a new screen as well.Also, while their website says theyll repair within about an hour, they had never reached out to me and after four hours I called to find out it was ready 🤷

Sepasian has to be one of the best technicians to have helped me, I cracked my iphone screen recently and I decided to come to Asurion and he was the biggest help. It was the fastest service and I was surprised because I have waited 3 hours or more before but it only took him about an hour. Great service, he deserves a raise!

What a great experience in a stressful time when my phone broke ! Instead of jumping through all the hoops to get a new phone through insurance I went to this store and had my phone with broken screen fixed back to new again. A terrible place!They couldnt identify even a simple problem, which was later identified by another repair shop. When I got my phone back, I noticed that the sim card was missing and all the scratches were on the back of the phone that had never been there because I had never taken the phone out of the case.The worst thing is that when I brought my phone to another repair shop, they told me that a couple of crews were missing and also original black screws were replaced with other gold screws. Terrible place. Please DO NOT take your phone to this place. They just dont know what they are doing. You will regret!

Sepasian is a Rock Star! I needed a screen replaced quickly on a Galaxy S21 and he completed the job in record time. Even with a few hiccups and a system problem at Samsung, he went above and beyond to ensure I had my phone back in time. You seldom see that kind of customer service anymore but it is refreshing to know it still exists. I will be taking all my devices there for diagnosis and repair in the future.
