Best customer service and great turnaround times. My son and I had broken screens on our Samsung phones, and they were able to take us with no appointment and have our phones back up and flawless in less than 2 hours. I am extremely grateful for this store and their employees ❤️

Screen fell out 3 months later, no adhesive. 3hr. repair? I saw a movie, it wasnt ready when I got back. Screen is fine just not secure. Fingerprint reader no longer available. 1 ½ hr. drive each way. The technicians were nice.

This was the repair work done through AT&T for cracked screen and the store was clean the employees were polite and professional I was quoted 2 hours and they were done in 40 minutes I highly recommend this store and they did a great job everything works 100% there was no issues or no complications or no excuses of why something could or could not have been done great good job guys I would recommend you as I just did

I came from out of town to get my screen on my Samsung Galaxy z fold 5. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and honest. He told me they were a little behind and that they had not yet changed a screen on my type of phone yet. I left my phone overnight with him and he called to let me know when to head to town to get it. Would definitely recommend.

Wont fix VRs when it is a gaming unit!!! Made a appointment online for it, should have called me and told me they didnt work on them instead of me driving all the way here for nothing!!! I do not recommend this company!! Will never come back for anything!!

These guys are awesome! The shell on my xbox elite 2 controller was coming apart and I ordered a replacement shell but when I looked up how to replace it, it was a process. I called around and when I finally called them up, they said that they normally wouldnt do something like this but since I had the replacement shell, to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I dropped it off with them and within a couple of hours they were able to swap the shells! Been playing with it for the last week and no issues what so ever. William was super helpful and just the offer to help me out was so comforting as I thought I was going to have to toss the controller. I would highly recommend!!

Belch and Billy quickly figured out my Z Fold 4 needed a screen replacement. Even with its unique design, they had it fixed in 3 hours, including a new battery. Watching them interact with others, their genuine care and customer service stood out. Definitely give them a try; theyre worth it!

Quick, friendly and easy in and out process. Door/windows could benefit from some glass cleaner though 🤭 getting your phone back from a shattered state to a clean and shiny new screen would pair well with a clean glass store front. What matters, though, is getting the phone fixed and their great customer service, so of course, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks ☺️

I attempted to make an appointment online to have my fold 3 inner screen replaced. When I arrived I was told the appointment was not sent to them. I was quoted $400 to have it fixed which was a pleasant surprise given the website said more. I was asked to come back a different day as they needed 2 hours to fix my phone and it was almost closing. When I came back I was told it would be over $600 to fix the screen and that the price I was told was for a flip. I was obviously upset since the price was a big difference to me, but the person on duty worked with me regarding the price. My phone looked brand new when I picked it up, and works great! I also feel better knowing the repair is covered for a year in case it goes out again.

Having sed IBYF a few times in years past, I was confident in their abilities to fix my phone glass. These dudes at the YUBA City location went above and beyond . I went in with what I thought was a broken iPhone camera and shattered glass. They could have easily charged me for both. It turned out that the camera was only disconnected. They replaced the glass and reconnected the camera. Well done, Dudes! Well done!

I appreciate them trying to mount my hard drive, but they are not data recovery, as advertised. They give you a flyer to call a group they work with to send in separately. In the end they were not able to do anything to my drive that I wasn’t able to do at home.

I didnt get my camera phone fixed yet. Not because the staff wasnt supportive. We talked about the possible options. It was very nice and helpful to talk through the possibilities and decisions I need to make to attempt to fix the camera on my Ultra20. This was a great place to build a relationship with out opening my wallet and I did offer. Thanks for not making me fill like an idiot, even though I know some of this tech. stuff is simple for some. Continue to keep you discussion simple to the tech dummies and will keep coming back. Im sure I will be back to support our local business here and I will spread the word.

Dropped my phone off for repairs and was told I would get a call back that night with an update. I never got a call with an update and on the receipt they gave me it said estimated pick up at 7:10PM the same day. So I called to get an update and they actually close at 6pm.I finally get an update two days later that my phone is ready to be picked up and that they are open Monday through Friday 10-6pm. I drove 40 minutes to get there and they are not open yet. I sat and waited for a full hour before they got there and finally opened up.I took my phone home and it broke again within 4 hours. Very frustrating experience, if 8 loved locally it would have been a much better experience, but driving 40 minutes away to have this happen was unforgivable to me.

They printed a shipping label on Friday, paid for Saturday delivery, didnt mail it until Monday, and then I find out they didnt put my apartment number on the shipping address. My phone would have been gone for over a week if I hadnt driven all around town to different UPS locations to track it down. Unacceptable given that I have no other way to make or receive phone calls.

Mixed feelings. First thing, my phone was fixed with charge under Samsung warranty. Very cool. But please realize that making an appointment means NOTHING. I traveled from the Chico area with a 1:00PM appointment. Called earlier that morning to confirm and parts in stock. All good. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hr. Checked in at 12:45 and was informed there were 4 phones in front of me and it would be ready at 4pm. So...making an appointment was a joke. Came back at 4 and was told 5:15 pm. Finally picked up my phone at 5:15 after waiting in town for 4-1/2 hrs. Disrespectful, but thats todays customer service. I would use again but not believe their appointment or completion time estimates.

My laptop would not connect to the internet and I work from home, so you can inderstand how stressed out i was. I called my local yuba city store and was pleasantly surprised to here the associate encourage me to bring it in and they would take a look at it for me.Butch took a look at my laptop and was able to fix it for me within 15 minutes, he was very nice and quick. I will always bring my electronics back here in the future.

I heard they do real good work from customers that came in while I was there on a Sunday. My repair was going to be done under warranty but the technician could not guarantee my phone would get repIred by the end of day. It depended on how many walk in customers came in that day. During the week they have plenty of technicians on site. I was going to try the following day but my issue with my phone was no more. My phone must not like to be opened up because the constant notifications of USB connected USB disconnected stopped. Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

They tried to get me to pay $40 bucks for them to tell me my laptop doesnt work which I already knew and was unable to be repaired. Only told me it was a motherboard issued, nothing else. I wouldnt recommend them.
