Had to fix my Google pixel 2xl. Brought it in. It was fixed in 3 hours like promised. Nothing else to it. Although I think to replace a screen $236 is a bit high the service the time kinda wiped that out. Store manager Leo was helpful and knowledgeable. Very positive attitude, makes you feel cared for.Update: picked up the phone at 6:40. Brought it home, started using it. No speakers. They dont work. Brought it in next morning to fix and they said there was A note in the computer they will need a part to be ordered. Never went in for a speaker issue. Speaker worked fine. Now I have to wait for the manager to diagnose the phone. SMH. They claim it worked. Right. Will seek for some credit. If not dropping g this to one star.

Drop my phone while walking the dog and the screen went black and wouldnt turn on.I have the Google Device protection plan and contacted Google.Google referred me to this location, where a nice gentleman named David greeted me.I had low hopes for this device getting fixed, and already started looking at new phones.after showing the phone to David, he said hell take a look.not 15 minutes went by and he called my name and the phone was fixed with a new screen.I am very happy and appreciative at the speed the phone was fixed, and also thank you to Google for making it easy to replacing the screens.

My service with Brent was great. It was leading up to today that was painful. Being sent to a store that no longer exists. But before that I went to multiple T Mobile stores. No one told me I needed to deal with Samsung directly. Then they sent me to Northridge and Woodland Hills, who was too busy to help me when I called in the past. Just frustrating how much time I spent on the phone, in the car, and waiting just to have the screen protector changed.

My sister and I had such a VIP experience with David at the encino location. He was thorough with what was wrong with our Samsung phone since the touch screen was damaged. He was able to get it done within 3 hours . We received every updates regarding the repair status and once it was ready for pick up … we finally got a call to come pick it up. David is absolutely top tier customer service .

Store manager Brent is extremely rude and knows nothing about the Samsung Fold 4 phone.He couldnt even find his way through the settings to get the phones serial number.I offered to help him, but he refused and became annoyed. He then breaks down and searches using the phones built in help to find the instructions on finding the phone ID.This is BASIC. Any phone user would know this.He then asked if Im running a third party software. Im using the latest factory Samsung UI software. A store that works on Samsung phones should recognize this and know this instantly.At this point, I lost all confidence in this place.These people dont know what they are doing. Stay away!

David & Brent are great at the Corporate Office in Encino, CA. I find I get better service with them when in a jam with my devices. Not to mention, Geek Squad highly recommended this place to me too as they no longer handle external parts/repairs. The guys at uBreakiFix were extremely patient, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful with my Dell Laptop issues (one of my hinges cracked and it wouldnt close properly). Went 3 times to fix the issue of the Samsung Galaxy not charging. First time we did a cleaning, second time I replaced my cracked screen in hopes it will also fix the issue. My first impression wasnt great. Upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment, I was told that they had just installed the last screen (for my phone) and would have to order another. My second visit was easy and quick. The new screen took 2 hours to install which was within the estimated time frame. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Overall, I am very happy with the installation and service. I would definitely recommend servicing your device here, just double check that they have the part before you make the trip!

After feeling really frustrated spending half a day at the Sprint store, only to get endless runarounds, I saw this place next door. I was so impressed by their knowledge, efficiency and total honesty. My problem that I went to 3 sprint stores, to no avail, was solved here in 20 minutes! With no charge, because it was that simple. Leaving me feeling elated, and angry at the same time, because I literally lost a whole day. The charges since have been so reasonable, service amazing. I have used this place for both phones and my laptop. They are as responsive as possible. I was in a panic when my laptop would not boot up because I had several important meetings in the next few days. Noe was the representative that I spoke to via phone when I called in to ask for a quote. He took his time explaining everything about the repair, including prices, turn around time, warranty and even offered to set up an appointment. I was so impressed bc I had called 2 other stores and wasn’t given all that information. Anyways, I showed up about 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment yet I was given priority and my repair was done in less than the 2 hour time frame quoted. I love this place! They know we can’t live without our phones. They’re super professional and amigable at the same time. Excellent customer service! I won’t hesitate to go back, if necessary. Brent is the worst possible person to speak with in regards to Customer Service. I called with a Samsung issue that many other owners of the Z Fold 4 are having, and this guy told me that I impacted the phone and that is why the problem is there. Samsung advised me if there is no physical damage or water damage it would be covered. Brent representing UFIXIT told me it will not be covered and that the phone had to have been damaged. I dont see how someone can diagnose something over the phone. And secondly do you not realize this is an electronic? They malfunction and break. But Brent must work at the Samsung Headquarters and has all the answers, because he can see things over the phone. Dont do business with this place!! And 1 star is giving too much!!

Brought my pixel 4xl with a broken battery and they were able to fix it within a few hours and were able to charge Google for the fix and didnt cost me anything.Adam and whole staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw a few people come in with fixes that werent covered by warranties or apple products that they werent licensed to fix and the staff pointed them to where they could get their tech repaired, and other advice.Ill be coming to them for all my phone and tech repairs in the future.

Could not be happier with this business. They are upmost fair and honest.My tablet was not holding a charge so I took it in. Noe asked me to leave it and that he would charge it and to come back in half an hour. He suggested to get some lunch while I waiting so I did. I came back and my table started to charge. I was pretty much convinced that I needed to replace the charging port on my iPhone 8+. Leo, the manager said it might just have a small obstruction or lint preventing it from consistently charging. Was told by Verizon that IPhone screen was dead and it needed to be replaced. Went into the store to get my phone screen fixed. Leo looked at the phone and quickly determined that the issue was not with the screen. TLDR: This location broke my phone and is now attempting is to shirk responsibility for it and is avoiding replacing my phone.I called them because my phones back glass was shattered and was told that they had a replacement piece in stock and the repair would take 2 hrs. Drove down to find that they didnt have it and it would take 6-7 hours. Brought the phone back a few days later to have it fixed, where they shattered my screen and somehow entirely disabled Face Id. They fixed the screen, but couldnt figure out why Face Id no longer works, so as stated in their Terms of Service they said they would replace it. I was told the phone would arrive Friday, however whenever I call to check on it, they tell me different things about the status of the phone. Ive heard that it was ordered and is delayed, that corporate wont approve the order, and that they havent even submitted the order. Obviously at least 2 of these are lies, which makes me believe they have no intention of fixing their mistake and are (illegally) choosing to not honor their Terms of Service.All around a terrible experience, would not recommend going here to fix your devices.

Worst experience ever and very shady. Took my macbook pro in because the screen was black with a pixel line going through it. They told me it was a cracked screen and the cost to replace was $800. I was not ready to spend that kind of money and told them I would think about it. The manager, Brent, came out from the back and asked what he could do for me. I told him I needed to shop around before committing to the repair. He told me to purchase Asurion Home + and it would cover the cost of the repair for $99. He would just pretend that I never came in since the insurance did not cover prior damage. I stupidly followed his advice and my claim was denied because they had already put the repair order in the system on my first visit. I went back to the Encino location and confronted Brent about this shady advise. He immediately offered me a large discount to go ahead with the repair. I gave these people my $2000 laptop and they returned it to me as a worthless paper weight, not repaired, completely unusable and physically damaged probably from forcefully using their tools to disassemble it. I filed a complaint with their corporate office. They assured me that they would take care of it and wanted 100% customer satisfaction. The first agent that I spoke to never responded to me again, great customer service there. I called and got transferred to another agent, and after talking to Encino, they did not take responsibility. Never even a physical inspection by another tech to see what kind of damage there was. Who knows what notes Encino had on my laptop. They can write anything they want in their records to cover their mistakes since they have already shown to be shady. I will never use Ubreakifix again! Maybe they can fix cell phones, but they ruined my MacBook Pro and blew me off.UBREAK-IBREAK MORE.Thanks a lot.

I came in because I had an issue with my charger port on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 not working properly and this place was the local authorized station on Samsungs official website. Leo took a quick look my phone and immediately suggested to clean out the port since apparently it was really dirty. After about 5 minutes of him working on my phone and answering incoming phone calls at the same time, he came out the back with my phone and gave it to me with a charger to test for myself. It was working good as new and Leo didnt even charge me anything since it was just a clean-up! What an amazing service! Will definitely return here if I ever need to and will gladly pay whatever they will charge next time!

Spoke to Leo, the store manager. The customer in front of me thought he needed a new battery for his phone. Leo ran a few tests, cleaned the charging port and handed him back the phone. No charge. I was having trouble hearing incoming calls. Same deal. Leo took the phone, told me he saw some dirt around the receiver, cleaned it, and handed it back. No charge. By contrast the clerk I spoke to at the Verizon store up the street said flatly: We dont fix phones. and recommended contacting their insurance department.

Truly offensive bad customer service. I came with a brand new phone well kept to the store to install a glued screen protector. The manager installed it and then there was a scratch on the screen protector. I told it to him and he claimed this was the original condition of my phones screen. The screen protector he installed was the issue and not my phone (the scratch was reflected means it is not the phones screen itself + the scratch was felt and seen, if it was my screen itself - no one could feel the scratch with a finger/nail over it). He suggested to apply a new one and then denied the option to help me and referred me to the screen protector manufacturer.After a few minutes he just left me at the front desk and asked his team to ignore me and not giving me any service or solution.Thr entire argument wasnt loud or rude, therefore was no reason I would be treated that way.

All the staff is so wonderful here, Daniel helped me here today and he was incredible! My samsung 5s has not been charging properly for a while and he was able to in a matter of minutes fix whatever was wrong with my charging port internally and it is charging so much better now! The phone is about 3 years old so I also inquired about a new battery which was only 29$. I also asked him a number of other questions about my device and he was so knowledgeable courteous patient and helpful. Picking her up, I never felt the cut.After cleaning and bandaging my fingers, I called the phone company.Verizons new shorter hours and very busy circuits, made contact impossible.So I called Googles recommended electronic repair service, uBreakiFix. I often drive past their shop on Ventura Boulevard. Although their name is descriptively silly; it is accurate. The franchise came to life in Orlando Florida (2009) by a couple of self-described geeks, Eddie Trujillo and Justin Wetherill. Ten years later, uBreakiFix was acquired by Asurion, an insurance company.Leo, the store manager, answered the phone. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.I described the damage done to my fingers and companion phone. He assured me the Pixel could be repaired and provided an estimate to replace its glass back. No support was offered for my heartbreak or injury.Surprisingly, the quoted price was less than the insurance deductible. Leo checked and found the part was not available in the stores stock. It would take a day or two to arrive from the franchise warehouse. (Google requires authorized repair shops to replace parts as indicated on the phones ID.)Rubber bands and thick, clear shipping tape let me continue to use the phone.The next morning, Leo called. The part had arrived. A few hours later my Pixel worked like new, at the price quoted.The repair was done professionally. My Pixel arrived clean and functioned perfectly. Their services are highly recommended.With 500 shops throughout the United States and Canada, the name aint silly, anymore.

All the guys there are great but especially Leo! My laptop space bar was not working correctly. He opened it up and gave it a good spray and cleaning and now it works perfectly! He said he didnt feel comfortable charging me for what he did. Even though he doesnt think he did much, he doesnt understand that this was HUGE for me a single mother. My Pixel 3a screen broke and ubreakifix is the authorized place to replace screen in Google phones. This place had better reviews than most places near by. I had a minor problem with my electronic device. I needed a piece of one of my Nintendo Switch joysticks (the blue one that connects to the side of the main console) pushed back in. They fixed it for free becausw thats all I needed and there eas nothing else wrong. More electronic repair businesses/companies should fix items for free if its a very simple fix that doesnt cost the company/business much time or money. They also offer a 3 month warranty incase my screen starts to act up or stops touching. There shop looks clean and professional.
